I purchased a used vehicle from Bachrodt at the end of February and, unfortunately, it ended up needing expensive mechanical repairs and I was scared I’d be stuck with it. I collaborated with Charlie, Naim and Chrissy and I’m ecstatic to report that not only did they take the car with the mechanical issues back, but they also got me into a brand new VW Atlas and it was all done via mail and phone calls so I didn’t have to make the 5 hour trip back to the dealership. They sent someone to my home to pick the used vehicle up and then had the new vehicle delivered to my home. What started out as an extremely stressful situation ended up working out nicely. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one tire after having them rotated, and it almost fell off on a drive to Madison. One of the lug nuts did fall off, or wasn’t put back on in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE, They FALSELY advertise their vehicles, charge you for their Q-Warentee without even giving you an option to OPT out. They SCAM consumers out of money, and they also switch and bait innocent people in hopes they dont catch on!!!! I live over an hour and a half away, why would I go to them for service if I am having an issue. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY LIE AND UP-CHARGE YOU THEN IGNORE YOU. I will be contacting corporate later today to report as well as the BBB. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THEYRE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Even if it was the last car dealership on the planet I would rather walk than deal with these jokers again!!! Worst dealership experience ever!!!

They messed up my car. Took it in for the power steering and now my car wont start. Never had any problems with it starting ever and now a battery charger, jump starting it, or using a jump pack will not work. Never bring your vehical here

(Dec 2019) My husband took his VW here for service. They lost my husbands keys. He brought the car home with our spare set. They stopped answering his calls, gave him the run around, Etc. They finally found his keys after 4 weeks of being lost. He went in to pick them up and they didn’t offer an apology, discount on future service, nothing! They lost us as a customer.

Terrible help! Made an appointment and had to return and reschedule, didnt get a phone call or anything, asked for direccions and it was like pulling teeth, these people are better off staying home! Tried to get parts through them and told me i had to be a shop!, GIVE ME A BREAK!

***DO NOT BUY***Recently purchased a vehicle from here, 2012 Santa Fe with only 68k miles. Literally 6 weeks later when my girlfriend is driving the car the engine crashes and she almost gets into an accident.We call up Lou Bacrodt and take the car there. We immediately start asking about what we are suppose to do for a rental seeing as how my girlfriend and I both work two jobs and have 3 kids between us.They us there was nothing they could do because they didnt have a loaner for us and Enterprise didt have any cars.I brought them the bill for the rental I had for two weeks because of their lack to provide reliable transportation.They also tried to charge us for a deductible which no one told us about and they kept changing the amount on. Finally someone was Gracious to waive the $200 and told us they we should be happy they replaced the engine, even though they had to because we had our power-train warranty. Ive literally received better care from Speedway Automall and Buy Here Pay Here places, pretty disappointing because we choose Lou Bacrodt to avoid these types of issues

I recently bought my 4th VW, a 2019 Tiguan, and I wouldnt go anywhere else but Bachrodt because they always provided excellent service and they are fair and easy to deal with. I want to thank Gabriel for walking me through the process and communicating with me every step of the way. And I also want to mention Courtney in the service department. She has worked there for quite awhile and its always good to call on someone who knows us personally and who takes such excellent care of our needs. Bachrodt is truly a team effort and I recommend them highly.

My son was interested in a Jetta R Line. Bachrodts prices were higher than I wanted to pay. I spoke to a few other dealers. Bachrodts called in response to my truecar inquiry. I told them we were not close in price but I would prefer to give my business to a local company if we could make the money work. I told them exactly the deal I was looking for. Later they called my son and couldnt match our deal. Joe transferred my son to TJ. TJ was rude, laughed and was condescending. We said, look its ok if you cant match the deal. You can only do what you can do. We wanted to give you the opportunity. TJ decided to act unprofessionally. I do not recommend working with Lou Bachrodt.
