If you need the part/accessory quickly you should contact them directly to see if the item is actually at the dealership. One item was stocked by the dealership and arrived 2 days later. Second item arrived 10 days later because it was not stocked at the dealership. The good news was they did not charge my credit card until it arrived @ the dealership. Dealership emails kept me informed.

Most competitive price for the Volvo XC90 roof rack bars and ski carrier. Even though Im local, I could not select local pick up to save on the shipping fee. However the silver lining was that they didnt ship it and sent it via same day courier so I got my order fast.

Second order with these guys. Pricing is good, slow to ship. Ordered on a Monday, products didnt ship until Thursday, all parts were shown in stock. I was hoping to do the project over Labor Day weekend but the multi days to pack and ship and an apparent FedEx error (not DARCARS fault) means my parts have not arrived in a timely fashion.
