Perfect bunk beds and kids furniture and accessories. Hope my son loves his bunkbed for Christmakah.

Not the best place to go to if you ask me! The people there didnt even bother to come and great me once I walked in! One was busy on the phone and the other answered my questions from far! Also the prices kind of make no sense pretty expansive if you asked me. Go somewhere else

There is only 1 person working and 6 people in line. The beds dont even fit a teen and is more like a bed store for little kids. I also saw half the customers LEAVE the store because of its bas service.

Two weeks ago I walked in to the Rockville branch of this company. I was immediately greeted by Beverlee. She was such a lovely salesperson and the store had an amazing selection to choose from. She walked me through the entire decision process for my daughters bedroom furniture. There were so many options to look at but Beverlee was so patient with me and helped me choose the right furniture for our needs.The furniture was just delivered yesterday and the quality is wonderful. It looks great and my daughter couldnt be happier.

Very personable customer service experience. The owner understood what I was looking for and have recommendations for would work best for my needs. Also have info for me to be mindful of when making my selection of furniture.

Good selection, too bad they completely botched the order and delivery. Wrong colors, missing items. The finish color is clearly marked on the box, how hard is it to read? and there was damage to some of the drawers.

Pricy but high quality products. Limited (slightly crammed in) in-store stock but plenty available to browse for delivery in their catalogs. Not the most personable staff, but not terrible either. Wont be my first choice for future furniture purchases.

The sale people were verry knowledgable

The store opens at 11 (which is unusally late to me) but when I got there at 11:20, it was closed and when I knocked real hard and wait for few minutes, finally someone came and opened the door. When you enter the store, you see the signs saying that the price is cheaper than online, but that is such like. Everything in there is unnecessarily expensive and people are very unprofessional. I would not go there again.

Excellent bed. Delivery crew was great.
