I went in looking for KVD tattoo liner, but I hadn’t been in Sephora in years, so I was not sure where it was or what to look for. Immediately as I walked in, an employee asked if I needed help, took me straight to the product I needed, gave me some information on it and other deals, checked me out, signed me up with a new account and sent me on my way in probably 5 minutes. She was very kind and I will definitely be going back!💕

Poor customer service from the Sephora staff but the JC Pennys manager resolved the issue. I will not shop in this Sephora again. In the future Ill likely go to Ulta or Dillardss for cosmetics.
