Because of our daughter Ive been going to this establishment more and more with her I love it always a friendly atmosphere loves smelling the new candles and scents and finally they got mens under arm deodorant if only they would create seasonal mens body spray scents that would be insanely cool bring more men into your establishment not just the women

Don’t go in with your child because if they escape from you for a second, while you are smelling products, they will say rude things behind your back. Glad my friends didn’t tell me that happened until after I left the store so the experience was still pleasant, but I’m sad I spent money there.We were told we could open items and smell them before purchasing, sorry I can’t open soap and carry a squirming toddler at the same time.

I love bath and body works > a favorite brand of mine that i always have on hand at my house, Im an addict :/ I frequently by their: hand soaps, candles, hand sanitizers, lotions and room spray.The Promenade location is great, its clean and family-friendly. The store associates seem to be helpful and have knowledge on the product.The parking is kind of hard sometimes, so thats the only negative.

The employees were not friendly And not helpful there at all the only reason I went there was go get a product the other stores didnt have will not go there again

I always love this place! I do, however, wish they would stop getting rid of my favorite scents and only bringing them back for the semi annual sales.

I have never been more disrespected by allegations and stereotyping than I have at this location. I went to do an exchange of products after already speaking with customer service about their return policy. The manager assumed we wanted a refund or wanted cash value on the card but I only wanted to exchange bottle for same bottle (most were full). I was told by management that she did not know how the exchange policy worked on used products and she insinuated that I may have poured some out at home in a separate jar and wanted to get another. Then as me and my husband started to shop the associate from the beginning said we couldn’t shop yet and needed to wait for management (which I planned on buying the products I needed anyways minus the exchange’s needed). No matter that EEOC issue, there was a Caucasian lady who came in after me to do an even exchange and had no issue. I have every scent known to BBW and have no reason to try and scam when the policy states even if you use the entire product you can return or exchange. I only buy skincare and body products from BBW and I refuse to spend another dime, at this location at least. I’m not one to call a racial issue but when someone came in right behind me and they had no issue helping that lady, this will definitely need to be handled above store level.

I love this Bath & Body Works Store! They have the BEST customer service. The staff is always willing to answer your questions and to help you in any way they can. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works store.

What can I say, Bath & Body Works will always be a nice place to get some of my favorites but the instore experience just isnt the same with Covid-19. I appreciate that the staff asks each customer to sanitize when they come in. I quickly realized the experience was different when I went to smell new scents and realized I would have to hassle with my mask each time. Its just not the same; a big part that made going to the store fun was smelling the delightful scents as you approach the store and taking time to discover the latest scents of the season. This is no fault of the staff. They maintained their friendliness and were helpful. These are just different times we live in.

The store was super disorganized. Items all in the wrong bins, nothing rang up correctly. The cashiers were great though. But its semi annual sale, they should make sure stuff is dumped on the correct table.

Policy on exchanges is not consistent with bath and body works policy and is dependent on employee you checkout with.

Love this store...Not only did they have some awesome sales, the employees were all knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me without being too pushy..Parking maybe a lil crowded during the lunch hour amd after 4 but a small walk worked out just fine for us!
