On 2-13-21, the store in Rogers was closed during normal business hours. We arrived around 12:45 pm and there was a sign in the window sharing they were closed for lunch and reopen at 1:20 pm. No problem. Understand if short handed you need a lunch. Decided to wait since we are from out of town. Girl comes back around 1:02 pm takes done sign of 1:20 pm and then replaces to 1:35 pm. Sorry - if you post something stick with it! Bad business. Especially when three cars are in parking lot waiting for the business to open.

Must be a licensed professional to purchase anything from this store. Staff is generally friendly and helpful with any questions. They carry some different brands than Sallys Beauty or State Beauty. Have good sales.

They are expanding their barber selections but so far didnt have what he wanted and very little of what he is already using. The friendly and knowledgeable employee said check back. They are getting a little at a time every delivery day.
