Maria did my lashes on my initial appointment, and then she did my fill as well. She is super sweet and very good at her job. She answered any questions I had and made a very simple process. I had my lashes done before somewhere else, and after a couple days I lost somewhere close to half of my lashes...kept me from going back and getting thrm done again....but Im so glad I gave lash lounge a chance, im so in love with my lashes...the confidence boost is AMAZING. Thank you so incredibly much Maria, I really love my lashes and I really enjoy our talks! You are an incredible person❤

Emma did a great job tinting my lashes! It stung a little, I have very sensitive skin so she used the saline solution 3 times until it was better. I loved her volume lash extensions. Maybe someday I can afford to do that! They look so good! All the girls lashes looked great! Thanks for a good experience!

I went in to the lash lounge to get lash extensions along with eyebrow and eyelash tint. It was my first time there as well as my first time getting tint and lashes in the U.S. Payton was awesome and very sweet! She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything she did. She made sure I knew how to take care of them and answered any questions I had. The gentleman at the front desk was also amazing and very kind! He made sure I got what I wanted and that I knew how to take care of them and was also able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 on customer service!

Let me start by saying I loved Claudia! So why the 3 star review? Just a bit of advice . . . DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. If you do, be prepared to pay an extra month after you cancel the membership (yes I know it was in the contract) even if you do not plan on using the extra months of visits in the next 60 days (also in the contract). In my case, my lashes needed a big break. I have not had them done in over a month and they are still few and far between. They needed a big break. I had all intentions of coming back to the lash lounge until my card got charged and I would not be able to use the visits I was charged for since I am taking a break. The only reason for the 3 star instead of the 1 star is because Claudia was great and my lashes looked amazing when I was going. If only their business practices were as great as Claudia - they would have a customer for life with me!

I got a lash fill from Emma the other day, and I was extremely pleased. As a lash artist myself, I am quite particular, and Emma did exactly what I asked of her and in a timely matter. Went in today for eyebrow threading and I’m not pleased with how it came out. It seemed like whoever did it wasn’t very experienced with threading and only pulled one hair out at a time, and half the time there wasn’t even hairs being pulled out. Typically my skin is very red after threading but since barely any hair was even removed I walked out of there without any redness. I wasn’t asked to hold my skin taught like normal and there’s a ton of hair left so I’ll be going home and plucking the rest or getting them done again somewhere else. They’re also not even which is frustrating. I wasn’t sure how to say it without being rude so I just paid and left.

This was a very relaxing environment and adriana did an amazing job! i was a first timer and she made me feel so comfortable! i 100% recommend!

I had a pretty good experience! They took good care of me there. The only thing is a week after I had my lash lift and lash tint, on the left side I have about three lashes that are not curled like the rest but other than that Emma did a great job!

Honestly it was a good experience, but the results are a different story. I asked for a cleaning and instead I got uneven eyebrows, one thicker than the other . I do not recommend an eyebrow threading, they even make ur brows smaller than the other ! $18 went to waste 🙄 back to having to grow them out AGAIN.

I’ve been coming here for almost half a year and it is honestly the best place to get your lashes done. They value their customers and set the highest standards. This was my first time at The Lash Lounge. I booked an appointment for eyebrow threading on their website, quick and easy. Emelia P. is a great stylist! She was very professional and kind. My eyebrows were out of control, and she reshaped them for me perfectly. The whole appointment only took 20-30 minutes, even with being a new customer. The price was affordable. I will definitely be back regularly!

I went in for lash extensions and noticed they were on the middle of my natural lashes. the MIDDLE. then about 1 week-1week and a half later almost all of them were off. i cleaned every night and brushed them regularly how they told me to brush and clean them. very very unsatisfied and not worth the cost. and to add the lady that did my lashes got a good amount of glue in my hair !

I had scheduled an appointment for 11am (yesterday) for tomorrow morning, via text message. Donna responded with confirmed but that she needed a $50 deposit yesterday at 445. I wasnt able to respond until this morning at 848 and asked them how I could pay the deposit, to which I never received a response back. Not thinking there was a problem, I called to confirm and pay over the phone at 4pm day before since I never heard back from them about how to pay the deposit. She responded with my spot had been filled this afternoon. Very frustrated, had I just been told on HOW I could pay in a timely manner, the spot wouldve been mine. But instead they gave it away to someone else. offered nothing except an Im sorry and another appointment at 1030 the next day. I couldnt do that. Now its 4pm on the day before I needed my lashes and likely wont have anyone to be able to do them on such short notice.

They did worst eyebrows threading didnt know a procedure how to do eyebrow threading, had to guide each and every step and had a weird machine where she was not able to remove hair between my both eyebrows, constantly she was plucking hair with tweezer and it was paining badly i am really disappointed with the way they are doing i suggest they need to learn the techniques of threading with hands instead of using a machine very very disappointed

Eyebrows were not good when I left. Owner offered 10% for next time and proceeded to charge me-thanks but that won’t fix my eyebrows. The lady that did them seemed quite new to me and it was a very awkward experience. She and another worker were communicating with their hands and mouthing words to each other. Just felt uncomfortable and weird. Won’t be back. Don’t let that discourage you from going- but I do leave honest reviews!

I saw Cristina today for a lash and brow tint and she did such an amazing job!!!My brows are so well done and beautifully shaped for my face. Do NOT go here!!! Most lashes fell out in 3 days and all out in 5! Ladies this means I did not enjoy the lashes for even one weekend!! To matters worse they only offered to repair if I paid for the cost of a refill!! This is not okay!! Don’t waste your money or your time!!

I was debating lash extentions for awhile. Finally went in and did it and I couldnt be happier. Theyre absolutely stunning. The salon is beautifully maintained and clean. Emma was my technician and did a GREAT job. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and really took her time to make sure my lashes were perfect. I didnt have a reaction to anything so the membership is the way to go! Be the glamorous person you want to be and get your lashes gurl!

Do not go here. Owner is okay with charging for services not received. My eyelashes are severely damaged from getting extensions here. Because I was a ‘member’ they continued to charge me $159 worth of services I never received. I even spoke with the owner on the phone and the receptionist and was led to believe I would be refunded. Not the case. Spend your money at a place where they actually value the customer and doing legit business.
