NO NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS ATT STORE HAS THE BEST SERVICE AGENTS AND REPS AS WELL AS PRODUCTS AND PRICES. I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT REP JORDAN WHO HANDLED MY REQUEST FOR A NEW PHONE LINE. I can’t stress how awesome of an experience we had with Joel at this store. We don’t live local but we were in the area visiting family. We decided we wanted to upgrade to the new iPhones and switch carriers. Joel was so patient and not pushy at all. Knowledgeable and honest. He worked the store alone while he helped multiple customers in person and on the phone all while keeping his cool. We got a really good value and plan on visiting him again with our cell phone needs. He is an asset to this store and company, a very impressive young man. I hope he does big things!

Best customer service, not only was I able to get both my parents new phones, Jordan the store manager was able to get my bill lowered as well. Jordan was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that every question I had was answered. Will definitely be going back for all my phone upgrades and billing inquiries!

Jordan is a wiz when it comes to anything that’s needed or anything that’s impossible to do. Not only did I get a new phone he lowered my bill and got me an additional 2 on top of what was needed. He’s a really great store manager. Go see Jordan as well as Joel.

Went in to pay my bill and was helped by Mr. Hernandez who failed to properly process my payment which resulted in my phone being shut off for a day. So I missed some fairly important calls and texts due to incompetence, and all I got was an oops sorry Thanks guys..

Joel helped me with getting a new phone and set up was quick and easy. Very pleasant,friendly and well spoken highly recommend this gentleman.

I accidentally put my phone in the washing machine and from the moment I walked into the store, Jordan Murphy, the store manager gave his undivided attention. He tried to salvage my phone but it was dead, so he showed me the options in my price range. After speaking with him, I explained my daughters phone was on the fritz as was my sons. They were all very old! After he fixed my phone, we went back a few hours later altogether and he handled my kids and any other customer that walked in at the same time. From the moment anyone walked into the store, they were immediately greeted and he helped everyone in order and in-between each other. Im a mother and he bypassed me at multitasking! It is worth noting that a customer came in for a case that isnt popular and he checked the inventory, found the only one and offered to pick it up for him at another location. Jordan is professional, reliable and knowledgeable and made a stressful day, very easy. Excellent customer care and service - AdrienneJordan Murphy was beyond helpful and so funny. He was always nice to us he set up my phone so quickly he was he didnt treat me like a kid he treated me like a customer. Jordan was a real class act, not only did he get me approved, he went out his way to deliver myself and my family our 4 devices while we left them there to have everything restored to our new devices. Ugh...dead spot in my town so this service is bad...i used the company several yesrs. The service couldnt be used when I was upstairs in my apt or other places I would go bc of the dead spot, switched to VERIZON no problems anymore!!

This AT&T location is nothing but a fun atmosphere ran by a comical and cute store manager named Jordan Murphy. Jordan not only got my bill down $80 while getting me 3 new devices, he also helped get my DirectV installed without any issues; and transferred all my data from all 3 of our new devices that myself and kids had. If there’s any place you want to go while being stress free, eating popcorn, and drinking ginger ale provided by the store lol go see Jordan he will DEFINITELY have you laughing and make everything a easy process for you.

Came to the store because my phone wasn’t working and was very frustrated I was approached by the store manager Jordan who was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my phone and a short time later I left Very happy with a new phone.
