Came here to upgrade my phone Sam and Rahul were super friendly and helpful. They were both very attentive and have a fantastic sense if humor. I would recommend anyone to come here when they are working!

I went in to get a new phone and give my old phone to my brother, Rahul had a great deal for me where I could get a even newer phone & my brother got a new phone ! Shout out to Paola and Nia for hooking us up with the best plan for us, new iPhone 12’s and phone accessories. My phone took forever to back up and to transfer to the new phone but they were still friendly and professional throughout the process! They stayed 45 minutes after the store closed waiting for my phone to transfer. And I really appreciate that!

Twice I went to thia store and they dont know how T-mobile works. I am not a person who gets upset quick but these guys dont know what they are doing. I call T-mobile to complain and they saidThey are sad the store dont know the processBut that was all.

Just left the store on 5/9. The guy there could not have been more nasty and unhelpful. Yelled ar my wife about her ID . Didnt want to be bothered selling us a new phone. He was too busy talking to his friend that was hanging out in the store. We have 6 phones on t-mobile and am thinking of switching providers.

Well I was there today and Paola could not have been more helpful. I brought the phone in which was delivered to my home and she unpacked it, set it up, transfered all my data, put on my screen saver and double checked that it was all there. This will be my one and only T Mobile store as opposed to one other that tried to rip me off.

Rahul asked what I needed right when I came in the door. I explained to him I had my husbands old phone and let him know I just wanted the phone to work. He misheard what I said and thought I said I needed messages uploaded on the new phone. I never said that. It was also a super busy afternoon where he and the other woman were handling other customers. The woman behind the desk, once everyone left and she was available, asked me if I needed help. I told her that Rahul was helping me. After another 10 minutes go by I ask what’s going on which is when I realized the miscommunication. Basically my phone was working the whole time and I waited over an hour for no reason. Just make sure to communicate aggressively when you go.Edit- I have visited this location twice in the past year. They have been very helpful!! I would recommend going here and have changed my review “stars.” Thanks T-Mobile!!

Today we set up a plan with family with new iphones. Rahul was very knowledgeable and helpful and figured out a plan that saved us a lot of money from our old Verizon plan. Its very hard to find excellent customer service now-a-days, but this store really came through!

Rahul is great. He knows all the features and can help you find the best phone. I always had iphones and he helped me switch to android which i think is better. They care about customers especially after the sale which i never see in sales. Highly recommend!

Rahul is well above par when it comes to customer service. I went into his store with a phone from another carrier that I wasnt happy with. By the time I left I had a much better phone at a cheaper rate. Someone so knowledgeable about their business is hard to find lately and i felt as if i was a friend or family when i left. A few days ago I turned off my iphone and turned it back on and I forgot my password I was disabled for a long time so I went to Best Buy didn’t help at all so I went to this t mobile and it saves me thanks to Rhaul he reset my phone didn’t let me leave until he checked everything and was a big support. No clickbait but ask for Rhaul he’s very good.

After two years of TMobile service, the month my husband and I pay off our phones, our phones stopped working almost completely.Went down to the store that we purchased them from and was told I have to put down half the retail price of any phone we wanted.. I asked about insurance or the warranty on our phones but it was all dead ends.Paola then told me we could get Google Pixel 3a today for $50 down. But they only had 1 in stock. We could also get a Google Pixel XL for $80 down, again, they only had 1 in stock. So we bought both. Not bad, right?A week later my husbands XL starts shutting off randomly. We learned this was a bug issue from Googles end. (Needless to say, my husband lost out on a sale due to this bc for his job he shows customers how dirty theyre air duct system is and photographs it and makes commission off what he sells to clean it...)Go back to the store. They cannot do anything for us bc the store manager had to give Paola and Laura authorization? To replace the phone. They called Rahul and he asked if we could come back down tomorrow..miss more work. We said no. I really found that ridiculous.Paola and Laura were very nice, great customer service but their hands were tied..After calling customer care, and more troubleshooting, they replaced the XL with another. But it was just the Hassel to begin with that was unnecessary.

Great cell phone plans, extremely well priced, and great coverage

We were looking for a new phone and plan. Decided to try T-mobile and after speaking with Rahaul were glad we did. He was very knowledgeable and recommended phones and plans that suited our needs. He did not try to oversell us on anything. We are seniors and was able to get the T-mobile senior plan which saved us quite a bit of money. I went back another time because I was having trouble setting up Bixby on my new Samsung 8 and Rahaul was very patient and took care of everything. I can only rave about how helpful he is and Im sure Ill be back for more of his help.
