I had a really bad experience at a different location and the store manager of this location Ans was covering at the one I wasnt pleased with. I was ready to change carriers because of the bad treatment I received. Thanks to Ans, he reminded me of why I choose Verizon and decided against it. He not only listened to every frustration I had but he took the time to break down my new upgrade and plan. He step by step explained it all so I was fully able to understand it better. I can’t stress how much I appreciated it. After all that this location will now be my new go spot

My elderly uncle came to the store to simply buy a new phone. He was the only one in the store. When he asked if the technician could transfer the contacts from his old phone to the new one he was told to use his computer. When my uncle responded that he didn’t have a computer he was told to “find someone who did have one.” Then when he asked if he could get a case for the phone he was told they DIDNT HAVE ANY PHONE CASES. I would not suggest anyone use this Verizon location.
