In hindsight I likely went in during a busier time for the facilities, however Don was quick, efficient, and realistic about the time it would take for the phone to restore functionality. To be clear, my phone was in shambles, and he was able to completely restore my phone, and slap some protection on the back and the front. Sincerely appreciate the banter, the skill; and the speed at which the phone was repaired.Thank you!

Good Price. Good Service. Integrity.Ive used other screen repair places before, but this location is by far my favorite. I was able to walk in and have same day service for a price that didnt clean out my wallet.When they first initial replaced the glass and LCD they noticed that the replacement piece had a single pixel that was out. Without me even having to ask they said they would order a new one and replace it no additional charge. It took a few days for the new part but they called me as soon as it arrived and had made the replacement in under 30 minutes when I returned.I would definitely use them again. 👍

My husbands phone stopped working and we had to get a new one. Everything in the phone was backed up, except his pictures. Our cell phone carrier told us they were gone. I went into IFixScreens in Ronkonkoma and Don was able to recover ALL of my husbands pictures and videos. He made sure everything was saved to the cloud. There were pictures in there that would have been devastating to lose. He was friendly and professional. He took his time to explain everything to me. Called here about getting a replacement phone camera. I was annoyed I broke it I thought it was going to be very expensive he told me to come down looked at it ordered the camera and fixed it the next day all for a great price. He was professional answered all my questions and my camera works great now extremely happy. Over priced and barely spoke English.Called another place and got it 30-40 cheaper.And they would have had to order the part which would mean about a week given the dilevery times. The other place had it in stock.

Despite presenting a Groupon for a screen repair, the employee initially tried telling me I needed to pay the difference between what I paid for the Groupon ($67) and what Groupon listed as the price ($90). Never heard of that nonsense before and it struck me as shady. Of course, Groupon often offers discounts on its listed price and that was the case when I purchased it. The employee did eventually accept my Groupon and the phone was repaired quickly, but I wont return.

We got our phone fixed here. They put the screen protector on wrong and it starting peeling. We took it back a little over a week later and he wouldnt replace the screen protector. Dont shop here go somewhere else.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would! This place was so unprofessional. I dropped my phone off in the morning when they opened and came back before they closed and they didn’t even look at my phone. To make things worse they tried to take it apart in front of me and after I said I wanted my phone back without being touched they didn’t even think of putting the screws back in to my iPhone. Seriously don’t waste your time!

I went in to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7plus. I did not have time to waste at the dreaded Apple store. This location was recommended to me by a friend and it worked out perfectly. I showed up with out an appointment was taken right away and the battery was replaced in about 20-25 min. The person that helped me explained everything and was professional. The price was very very reasonable. The battery works great and has a warranty! I will absolutely be back if I ever have an issue with any other divice.

They took two months further broke my computer. I offered to buy the part from another country they said no i got this no worries. Than i called back week after week 3 times no call back from the owner after i offered to buy the part. Than the biggest joke is they said there would be no diagnostics fee. If i brought my car to a mechanic and he told me the same thing id laugh at him . This was easily the most unprofessional transaction ive ever been apart of.

They had worked on my sons phone and fixed it in September and it just went blank in November. We went there and they fixed it again no charges no problems.Thank you. If I can give zero stars I would. I needed a new Port so I went there bc my phone was not charging. After and hour and a half of him trying to take apart my phone, I was told that it was not the port and that it was some sort of wire that connects to port and that it would be $120 to fix and that I would have to leave it for a few days. Mind you, that I cannot go without my phone for even just one day. Told the guy there that I would get back to him. Went to another place and it was in fact the port and the owner fixed it in less than 20 minutes. What a difference of knowledge between the 2 places. And btw, you left out some of the screws when you put my phone back together. First and last time .
