I visited this shop to have my Galaxy S20 fixed as I shattered the screen. I could not believe how quickly they repaired my phone AND how friendly they were (usually does not go hand in hand). I will definitely be recommending this place and using them again if the need ever arises, which knowing me it will!

I would pick somewhere else if I were you, especially if you’re prone to dropping your phone. His short warranty doesn’t include cracks. I cracked my phone the day I got my screen replaced and it started leaking LED a week later unprovoked, but since I had made a tiny crack in the corner he said it wasn’t included in the warranty and made me pay $110 on top of the $150 I had paid a week before. I would have been fine with just the crack (which was tiny and in the bottom right corner in the picture), but I don’t think the LED and the very small crack were related. I think he’s just using cheap screens that are pressure sensitive. Really quick service though, so I’ll still give three stars.

My visit to phone clinic with my wife was very smooth experience. I had few complications in my previous device in a different place. I thought my and my wife’s phone will take a week or so to repair. Surprisingly 30 minutes for a screen repair on my IPhone 11

I bought Samsung S21 from this place.Very small shop but guys look and sound very professional. During 15 minutes they handled 3 or 4 repair customers.I am not sure how good they are in fixing but they got my respect on friendliness, patientce and kind attitude.Love my new phone.

Another fellow was in the store buying a phone for his daughter . He seemed like a long term customer which also made us more comfortable. The salesman threw in a couple of upgrades at no charge and set up the info transfer for us . It was all a very positive experience. Everything is working great with the phone . It is certainly as advertised .Some folks may advertise a certain phone and try to sell a different one when you meet . Not these guys!!

Its easy to have good customer service when everything goes well. When it doesnt, like if they make a mistake, there is no customer service. 3 staff members were very defensive, argumentative, and manipulative, unfortunately.

My IPad Air 4th gen quit charging. Port was broken. I called few repair shops they quoted me almost $200. (Also mentioned risk of breaking the display)Phone clinic (specifically Agha) took care of the iPad. It charges perfect. I am ready to connect my keyboard and return back to business!

This place is new in the area, but the staff is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I responded in referencing to a ad about an iPhone that I was interested in, and both Jimmy, and his brother Agha responded in a very timely fashion. They are both men of their words, and stand by their product and work. My 11 pro max had “No service” connection problems. Verizon forwarded me to Assurion which didn’t offer logic board repairs.After calling dozens of places I ended up going to Phone Clinic, the only place I could find can fix main board problems.Apparently it had lost baseband. They fixed the problem I am able to get signal back.I appreciate your effort and expertise!!!

Absolutely amazing. My phone stopped working all of a sudden and had internal damage resulting in it not turning on and I had a small crack. They fixed my phone in 15 minutes (probably, I wasn’t tracking time but it was very very quick) and gave me a free tempered glass for $140 ($150 w/ tax). Phone looks brand new. Very happy and highly recommend !

I called 10 places including apple.they all recommended a new iPad.My charging port was fixed by these guys fixed it the same day.Apparently, to fix charging port requires soldering skills and ordinary technicians wont posses.Very professional people! They earned my business

I went there to buy a new phone because my s9 had a busted back and busted camera, when I price checked the repair cost at 2 other locations the repair was going to be not much less than I could buy a new used phone for.
