Have been a patient of Dr. Stovall for over 20-years. I won’t see anyone else. He’s the best and takes plenty of time with his patients and always explains what he’s doing in great detail. His staff are also excellent and provide wonderful service. I highly recommend Focus Eye Care.

Staff is so friendly and office is very clean. They are following all COVID protocols and ensure their clients feel safe. Ive had glasses since kindergarten, so I felt like I had seen it all (no pun intended) but I feel like I always learn something new when I go for my yearly checkup. They do a great job explaining and going into detail with what is going on with your vision. The staff also gave me honest feedback while helping me pick out new frames, which is always something I look for and appreciate.

The doctor, staff, their service, and entire business is fantastic. I usually recommend Focus Eye Care on their care, the doctor is so attentive and takes his time making sure you understand any issues.Though today, ive had a recent issue which prompted this review. My son ruined by brand new (week old) glasses with a nail file, I called to get them replaced thinking it was going to be a nightmare.The call lasted 5 minutes. By the time Laura got to the phone, she explained my options, covered my glasses, ordered them, and will take payment when I pick them up for $50! She also saved me the $300 in replacement fee with her coverage. This is above and beyond service, kind, caring, and not always trying to get ya.I highly recommend them, the doctor is fantastic but its the staff like Laura who just make it over the top special.Use them.

Our family is so happy to have found Dr. Stovall and his team. We were greeted with a smile, taken back quickly, and treated kindly by everybody in the office. We had a few concerns about some issues with our eyesight, and he took his time and explained everything to us, in detail, along with easing our minds and showing us what he saw in the exam photos. It turned out to be common, & he offered several solutions to help. He is so genuine, pleasant, kind & professional. The entire office staff is this way, as well. It’s wonderful to know we have a doctor we can trust! We will not trust our eyes to anyone else.

Dr. Stovall is very thorough this is what I love about him. He is going to take his time and make sure you understand. I totally do not like going anywhere else, b/c is my astigmatism they can not seem to get my prescription nowhere near what What they should be.Now today was a bit much the appointment took a bit longer than normal this is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Other than that your eyes are in GREAT HANDS with this man. Keep up the great work that you do Dr. Stovall:)

I’ve been going to Focus Eye Care for several years now. The staff is super pleasant, attentive and efficient. Both doctors are great. I’ve had wonderful experiences with both Dr. Stovall and Dr. Clements. They are very details in their diagnoses and treatment plans. I came here for my frames only. The place where I had my eye exam had a very limited selection of frames, so after reading good reviews about Focus Eye Care I thought Id check them out. Im so glad I did because they were awesome! They have a great selection, the storefront is beautiful and clean, plus convenient hours (like 8-4 on Saturdays). I worked with Laura Carnahan and thought she was fantastic - she was really nice to work with, and patient (I tried on A LOT of frames). Great communication about the status of my order, and they came in in less than a week. I was sincerely impressed by Focus Eye Care.

I went to Focus Eye Care for the first time last week and they are now my go-to optometrists and opticians. I had a really positive experience with the technician and doctor who checked my eyes. They let me know everything they were doing and what each test was for. When some tests didn’t come out clear, they took the time to repeat them to make sure they got clear results.The optician, Lucy, who helped me with my glasses and lenses was really fantastic. She was so patient and thorough and she guided me through all the choices and optional add-ons and I really felt that she didn’t push me towards any one solution, which I appreciated. It’s really annoying when people try to upsell you and Lucy didn’t do that at all. I have good vision insurance and I still chose several add-ons but I didn’t feel like I was pressured at all.

It was my first time getting glasses and the optometrist is amazing and so are the staff! Highly recommend.

I’ve been with Dr Stovall for 7 yrs. I am absolutely satisfied with him. I have referred several coworkers to him...and yes, they are active patients! He’s very thorough, very detailed & concise as to what he’s looking for and at as well as explaining to you thoroughly his findings. The staff is professional and amazing definitely not a turnover here. They’ve been with him since I’ve been going and that speaks volumes for a small practice. Again, hands down a great practice and do recommend.
