From the moment I walked in until I left the service, and attention were 5 stars. Maurice, Lead Tech, was professional, efficient and thorough. The patience and time they spent with me in optical choosing my frames, I believe I may have tried in at least 20 frames! With their help I choose 2 phenomenal Tom Ford frames and I cannot wait to pick them up!

Dr.Michelle Moscow is one of the best out here! She is so thorough and walks you through with every aspect. Super patient and answers all your questions until you are satisfied.. don’t forget Nicole Brooks who is at their Prescription glasses section is phenomenal!!! She loves what she does and it clearly shows from the interest she shows to her clients in picking out the right frame for the face. She literally helped me pick my new pair in less than 15 minutes AND helped get them the same day as well!!

This was my first time ever at an eye doctor, and I was a little nervous. The staff was so friendly, and when I asked some questions about the tests, each questions was answered patiently, and my curiosity for the technology felt appreciated and not annoying. The assistant helping me pick my perfect frames was beyond helpful, as I had no idea what to look for. She led me in the right direction, and then took the time to pick some frame options herself, and one of those was what I went with! Definitely am looking forward to coming back for my yearly appointments!

April 8th was a great day for me as it was my first visit to Roswell Eye Clinic! My friend recommended this clinic for my next eye exam because for years I had gone to the big box stores for eye exams. I met with Dr Scott, Katie, Beth and Lee. Although I am not an expert in optometry, I knew Dr Scott was providing top notch service and a thorough eye examination. I knew I had some vision issues, but Dr Scott was quickly able to access and address those issues without making me feel hopeless about my vision. I am now able to see what I want with the help of glasses and contacts. My night vision is improving and I no longer feel anxious about my vision and the health of my aging eyes! Dr Scott and his staff are personable, professional and knowledgeable. The Tech, Maurice was great! Very patient when fitting my son for contacts. I was skeptical when there was a fitting fee for contacts, but after the time he took making sure that the selected contacts were right and teaching my son how to take put them in and remove them, I understood why.

Horrible customer service after the purchase. We have been a customer for years, but they seem to care for the “new” customer. I had to come back for a simple adjustment in my frame. Waiting an hour and half. They were taking customers who came in after me. I demanded a copy of my prescription then I get the two minute service I needed. I do have the prescription “we’ won’t return!!! I also requested my medical records to forwarded to my Dr. Which have not been received.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Once you’ve completed your exam, Lee out front is awesome to work with. He’s thorough, patient and professional. I’ve been seeing him for a few years now and have never had a bad experience, nor have I had a pair of glasses not fit correctly.Thank you.

Very happy with our ocular therapy experience. Melissa keeps the tasks fun and engaging to the point thatmy daughter is excited to go every week. I also appreciate that Melissa has considered other factors such as checking for reflex presentations that can impact vision and provided exercises to overcome those as well. Thankfully, found Roswell Eye Clinic after trying a handful of other places locally over the last few years. Wish we’d found them sooner! Great service from all the staff on the medical side and in the billing team too (which, is not always common!) They are super responsive to questions, and have had good appointment availability when I needed care beyond just my routine check up. They were also patient and supportive with lots of sample pairs of lenses and repeat visits when I was trying to get fit for contacts as that has always been a challenge for my eyes. And, my family loves Megan in the frames shop. She is SO knowledgeable about insurance coverage, clear in how she explains the pricing, and honest about if a frame is flattering on you. On top of that, she is *meticulous* about adjusting the fit of your glasses so they are just right. Happy to be a patient here!

We love Roswell Eye Clinic. When we moved down to GA several years ago, we were worried about finding an eye doctor that lived up to our previous expectations, but Roswell did not disappoint. Greg, in frames, has always been so helpful. He will give you his honest opinion on your frame choices, make sure you understand your coverage and benefits, and be sure you are happy when you leave.

6/21/2021 purchased a pair of toddler glasses for $284.00. I was told I was getting a indestructible pair of glasses, that carried a warranty. Less than 2 months later the glasses broke so I took them in. They were repaired. A week later they broke again in the same place. Took back was told they needed to be replaced and would be a few days. The optrician aske me What did he do to them... Um hes 3, hes in daycare. I called a week later to see what the status was and they werent able to locate my job and I was placed on hold for a manager. The manager couldnt find my job either and cant even answer my questions like whats going on. Instead he tells me, Id found out by now if youd let me go. Truth is they cant be found because apparently coincidently they were on an opticians desk and he was waiting to call me. They had been returned in the wrong color and do not have an ETA on when my color will be available. The manager tried to sell me on the idea that I can have the wrong pair as a loan until they get my color back in stock with NO idea on when that would be. Refused a refund even though I am not getting what I paid for and cant come up with any idea of when I will. My gut tells me Ill never see the ones I bought. The manager had the nerve to insult me by telling me my son broke them. Of course he broke them, hes 3. I wasnt trying to say he didnt. I had a warranty! If someone would of just called me and explained to me what was going on I may have been fine, but instead they had me call a week later and run through hoops to get an answer. I will never be going to this place again. I bought a pair of $35 glasses from GlassesUSA.com and they seem more durable so far. I filed a complaint and shocker they never responded.

I recently visited Roswell Eye Clinic for my annual eye exam. April took me back to do my initial tests. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Usually it takes a couple of tries to get the puff test (thats what I call it) completed, but April was able to get it on the first try - with both eyes. Distractions are a good thing when you have to take eye tests.Megan has helped me twice since going to REC for my glasses. She is not there to just sell, sell, sell. She will give you an honest answer about whether your glasses are right for your face and she takes the time to explain how your prescription will fit on the frames to help you make a better decision. If you have bad eyes like me, youll find out how those tiny frames wont work and why. She will ask you how you like to wear your glasses on your face (all the way to the top of your nose or just slightly down the nose) before assuming and then getting glasses that wont work for you. I definitely recommend you seek out Megan if you need to get new glasses. Shes amazing!

After having a visual deficit for many years, the clinic was able to offer me help that I’d never been offered previously. Dr Michelle is very knowledgable and explains things well. She referred me for vision therapy. I saw Melissa Snyder for VT and she was great. She is very passionate about her work and obviously enjoys what she does. While I was seeing her for therapy, we found out that my daughter needed therapy as well and she also saw Melissa. My daughter’s issue has resolved. My therapy will be more long term and Melissa continues to help tailor my exercises to my needs.

I had apprehension due to not having an eye exam in over three years and didnt know exactly what I to expect. This was my first time here and I had a generally positive experience at my contact lense fitting appointment. I was happy that there were plenty of available appointments slots - it was very easy to get in quick.Update: I increased my rating because I had a follow up conversation with the manager and my contact were officially ordered/arrived.I’m giving a low rating because I don’t know what to do at this point... I’ve asked 3 times (once in person, 2 phone calls, all spaced days apart to give ample time) simply for my trial lenses to be ORDERED since they only gave me 3 trial lenses at my fitting and PROMISED me that they would order more since they had a low supply.... it’s also much less than any other eye doctor has given me (I communicated in my appointment that I have sensitive eyes so I do need more than 3 lenses to make sure i’m not irritated by the brand before I commit).My request and the PROMISE for more trial lenses still remains unfulfilled. When I called for the third time they were confused about what to even order me and said my other requests were never processed (someone messed up on their job and didn’t order them?).... super unorganized and confusing because my eye doctor told me & told the people behind the counter to order me more trials. I’m not at all abusing the trial lense system, I simply want more than 3 lenses for a proper test to see if the lenses work!I’ve yet to receive absolutely any communication or confirmation that my contacts have been ordered. There’s NO FOLLOW THROUGH, the only communication comes if I reach out personally.

I always have a great experience at Roswell Eye Clinic. Dr.Michelle was great. Megan was wonderful. I havent meet anyone as patient as Megan. She gave me great options of glasses in the beginning. She knows me more than I do! I am very indecisive. I couldnt decide which color and shape are the best for me. I changed my decision every 2 minutes. The colors/sizes that I like were not available in store at that time. Megan ordered two pairs of glasses with two different colors so that if I wanted to change my decision in the last minute (when glasses arrive), I still could do so. I am looking forward to seeing Megan again.
