Not a first time customer, so surprised when the day after I went in to buy frames we received a coupon in the mail. You’d think they’d give someone buying four pairs (for husband and I) a heads up that a deal was starting that soon. Manager is very knowledgeable and personable, made everything right when I went in for a my appointment with optometrist (they aren’t there on Weekends), no problem at all. Much obliged! This location has a fantastic selection of fashion (and safety) frames and being close to the Mall, it’s easy to find parking. TIP: CALL AHEAD to make sure optometrist is in, MAKE APPT for the day you buy frames, if you know you need a new prescription. State of the art optometrist (Roswell Vision Care) is a separate business in the same shop.

My husband miss placed his glasses and his old ones no longer allowed him to see correctly. We went to see Eyemasters the next day and after choosing a pair of glasses, they were ready in one hour and my husband was ready to go back to his normal life. But then we found out that one of the lenses moved too much inside the frame so we took them back to Eyemasters and within an hour we had a new pair of glasses. Excellent service from everyone there. Very professional folks super knowledgeable in their craft. The frames I chose didnt have lenses on site so they had to be ordered. They arrived early but when they be put my RX on the lenses they broke and were not useable. The gal that made/broke ;- ) them called me herself to advise what happened. I asked what they needed to do and was told they would have to reorder the lenses and would be about another 7 days. Since I had been wearing a taped & super glued pair of OLD glasses for well over a month I asked if there was any way to expedite the lenses. The young lady immediately got her supervisor and they found lenses on site that could be used for the frames I chose. The glasses were done that day in UNDER an hour. My new glasses are great. I am still getting used to the bifocal but I am super pleased thus far. I hope everyone at Eyemart has a wonderful Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas! The only suggestion I have for them is one more person should be floating so customers dont have a long wait. I highly recommend this company for your next new pair of glasses. Nicely done and kudos to the staff.

Wow...what a great experience I had at Eyemart Express.I had broken my glasses and needed to get another pair, and needed to get a new prescription as it was time for a new one. I was in a time crunch and called early in the morning and was told I could come in after lunch. The exam went swiftly and smoothly, and then I found the exact same frames I had had and REALLY liked, so i got them again. I had a very nice young lady help me with getting my lenses the way I wanted them and they had the lens blanks I needed available, so I left to get lunch. I was amazed that I got a text message within about 40 minutes telling me my glasses were ready and I haddnt even finished my lunch.I went back and finished getting my glasses and was out the door 2 1/2 hours after I had arrived, with perfect glasses and a big smile on my face.Bravo to Eyemart Express and their people for making something that is usually a painful experience into a shockingly great one!I WILL be back for another pair of glasses, for sure.

Broke my glasses an had to have some for work the following day. I went in with my prescription the young lady behind the counter immediately came out and was more then helpful. She laid out what they had available showed me and explained the different glasses/prices even helped me decide which pair looked better on me. Didn’t try to upsell at all. Very happy with my service an they were done in less than 2 hours.

Friendly staff. But I was told that my glasses would be ready in less than a week and it’s been two weeks and haven’t gotten my lenses in yet. Not the staffs fault of course but it’s getting frustrating.

I wanted to come here because my son needed his glasses sooner than later. He picked out what he wanted (he picked out to pair). The last that was helping us told us they would be done that day. Then she went to check what time and came back and told us it would be 14 days before we could get the glasses because their machine was broken. So we did our shopping and came home. About an hour before they closed they texted and said one pair was already done. So Im not sure how that happened but was happy my son had his glasses. We are still waiting on one pair. All in all it was a very good experience since never using Eyemart before. Thank you for getting at least one pair done quickly.

The TV ads lie. You do not get a free eye exam if you buy your glasses there. There is an optometrists office in their part of the bldg. But they wont take my insurance. A basic exam--just glasses, not contacts--was over $100. I came home and made an appt w/ another place for less than half that. Also, Eyemart Express staff were all in the back chatting when I walked in the store. I had a question and stood at the front desk waiting for someone to come out. Someone did finally come out to answer the phone. She didnt even acknowledge my presence with a smile, eye contact, or anything, even tho I was only 2 feet away. Wish I could give this place negative stars for false advertising and rude staff. Wasted my gas and my time going there. Will also buy my glasses elsewhere, after I have my eye exam.

Texted that my glasses were ready. Drove across town to pick them up. Not only were they not ready, but they ran out of UV. Seriously, how do you run out if UV if you make glasses.? Hopefully might be in in a week or so. Very poor service. First experience with them, won t go back.

Charged me for 2 prescription lenses on my daughters glasses when she only needs one had to take glasses back to have plain glass put In right eye and they refused to reimburse me for the unnecessary not prescribed lens they put in this could have seriously hurt my childs vision and they really dont seem to care and certainly refuse to give my money back on something they had wrongly charged me for and I had to have fixed
