Updated equipments. Friendly and accommodating staff. The doctor is very knowledgeable of what he is doing.

I was on my way to a volunteer job I have, & noticed my glasses were digging in to my nose ! When I got into my car, I noticed a clear piece of plastic on my seat! It was the protective cover of my eyeglass nose piece!I decided to stop on my way home at Target to see if the Optical department would be able to fix this problem for me... that is, if they werent too busy. I was in such luck! The most wonderful manager... Justin.... just happened to be available! And even though I did not purchase my eyeglasses at Target, Justin didnt hesitate to take the glasses & nose piece, & gladly repaired it for me... right there and then! Not only did he make the repair, but also gave my glasses a wonderful, & much-needed cleaning!!!! When I asked about paying him, Justin practically laughed! He said, anyone who would charge someone to do such a simple procedure, didnt deserve anyones business!!! I ended up loving the cleaning job so much, I purchased an eyeglass cleaning kit for myself! What a testimony to Targets Optical department!!! Ive always experienced great professional, & personable experiences at various Target Opticals.... so kudos to your company for hiring employees who represent your products & service so well!!!!

I had excellent customer service from both representatives, Anna and Leida. Both staff members provided me with valuable information, as well as great pros and cons in regards to lenses and comfort of frames. I would recommend the location, due to the highly informative service.

Roswell target optical did a great job with my eye exam. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Ana was also kind and friendly; All of the staff were great-they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance and choosing glasses.

Bad experience today. We stopped by today to choose some glasses, but we left shortly after we got no greeting or welcome. Also seeing that the old male employee not wearing his mask properly. His mask was worn under his nose, disregarding the precautions and safety of others during this pandemic. Nor safe or friendly service.

Arrived 5 minutes early for an 11:30am appointment at the Woodstock rd location. Upon arrival, was informed insurance was inactive. Informed them that the old policy from last year was inactive, then gave them updated policy information. The front desk girl was still unable to pull it up even though I had given her explicit instructions on how to, as I look up insurance for my job as well. She insisted that she could not find my sons policy and only the primary policy holder was active under the plan. (I knew this was not the case). To save time and further confusion/frustration, I agreed to pay OOP. In the 25 minutes that we spent waiting to be called into the clinic by the Dr (now 12pm), I was able to find another eye care center fairly close by that was able to find my sons policy with his name and DOB and see that it was ACTIVE with zero hassle and see him same day. As a result, we decided to take that appointment before our experience at this Target Optical got any worse. Terrible experience, wasted a Saturday morning. To provide a more positive customer experience in the future, perhaps prepare front staff accordingly with proper training that includes listening to patient concerns regarding my own insurance policy and avoid using busy Saturday mornings for training times.

BUYER BEWARE! I have never left a derogatory review, but my husband and two sons went for an annual eye exam which should cost $10/person with our insurance. They scammed him out of another $35/person by having him sign additional paperwork. Do NOT sign anything here! That’s not the way business should be conducted! Shady!

My wife and I came to the Target Roswell Optical in Roswell to see Dr. Spolzino. We were very pleased with the service he gave. He is very patient and kind and explained many things to us as we had our exams.

My husband and I saw Dr. Spolzino earlier this week. He helped us very much and took plenty of time explaining what he was doing. He fixed a prescription that I didnt know was wrong for years. Highly recommend.

One of those places that you wish zero stars was an option. I only went there because other places were booked. I learned a lesson in patience

So unprofessional. My husband went over a month ago and he still hasn’t gotten his contacts. We called and the lady told up they were ready (after they said they were going to call us when they were ready but never called) He went to pick them up the next day and she didn’t even know anything! She told him she was going to call him the following day to see what happened with his contacts. She still hasn’t called. So disappointed in the service.

Dr. Spolzino saved my sons vision. My son had perfect vision a year ago, but hed lost a few lines of vision on the eye chart during a physical and we took him here to get checked for glasses. Dr. Spolzino saw that he had a hard to diagnose degenerative eye disorder. He recommended a specialist and we were able to get treatment through a medical study that will hopefully stop him from going legally blind. Since his condition does not respond to glasses or contacts, treatment is extremely time sensitive . The eye surgeons could not believe Dr. Spolzino caught this disorder and repeatedly stressed that he saved our sons vision. He is amazing doctor and we are forever grateful to him! We are so lucky to have chosen to stop in here for what we thought was a routine eye exam. Truely excellent eye doctor!

Worst customer service ever. I went in to get my glasses adjusted and the lady there told me to come back tomorrow so I went back the next and again she said come back the next day. She was sitting around with nobody in the optical with her. She had no reason for me not to be able to get my glasses adjusted
