Service people are very friendly and I get the work done on my car

Extremely professional high quality sales and fantastic service department. They have a huge selection of all the vehicles and charged fair prices. Everything you could ask for in a car dealership. They even have a courtesy pickup shuttle and will give you a free loaner of a brand new vehicle while your vehicle is in their shop. I have taken my vehicles to multiple other locations to have repairs done and this is by far the most reliable, courteous, professional and quick.

Wish I could give 6 stars. They are the best. I was Traveling and they were the only dealership that made an emergency opening for my f350. I had called 3 other Ford deslerships and they all said 2 to 3 days til they could get me in. Ive dealt with formula Ford several times now and they have been nothing but great to deal with.

Ive bought and leased my vehicles for years. This was the most amazing experience Ive had with leasing an F-150 for pleasure and business use. Formula Ford exceeded my expectations on the process of finding the right vehicle for me. It was the attention to detail, communication and the relaxing atmosphere of negotiating a comfortable monthly payment. When my wife needs a new vehicle; we will be back to Formula Ford for the second vehicle.

I was sold a used vehicle that had problems that the garage claimed they fixed 3 times. I ultimately put more money into the car in repairs than the car actually cost. After driving the car for only 60,000 miles, maintaining it regularly and not driving it as much as it was in the shop, the motor in it blew. I spoke with a gentleman at the dealership who ultimately told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could due to help me. Still owe a ton of money on it because i didnt have it long enough to pay even half of my loan. Watch out for friendly sales and absolutely junk cars and shady business

John McKenzie got me my first Ford Escape when they first arrived on the market, year 2001. I recently picked up my 5th one from him at Formula Ford of Rutland. I live in Montpelier, and I choose to go to Formula Ford of Rutland because John has always treated me fairly, with honest answers, and fast and reliable results. He is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is treated well.We know we are in good hands when we work with John at Formula Ford of Rutland, and in three years when we are looking for our next Escape, I know right where I will go!

I bought a vehicle from a private seller that had brought in a vehicle to get a recall. At the time, they claimed the parts had not arrived. I called every week for updates for two months - they still claimed they hadn’t arrived.Then I brought it to Carmody Ford - they looked up the parts and said they had already been delivered weeks ago. I called Formula Ford again and called them out on it and suddenly all of a sudden the parts were there. Nick in service straight up lied that the parts weren’t there until I called them out on it.Now they won’t ship the parts to my dealership and I have to drive 2 hours to Rutland to get the recall done. This dealership has been completely unhelpful and dishonest.

Happy with my 2020 F-150 Lariat model Ford.It provides all I need to tow my center console boat or my 10K dump trailer.It has an amazing feature laden leather interior.Tons of room, and comfortable spaciousseating.Trade, incentives and courtesy all get high marks from this experienced car/truck buyer. We Always have a Great experience with Formula Ford Lincoln In Rutland Vermont. We Have been there 2 times and we talk with John. Very nice guy and very helpful. We have bought our last 2 cars through John and we are always very Happy.If they do not have the color car we want John finds it for us and then has people go and pick it up for us. They go above and beyond to make you Happy. John goes through everything with us, helps hook up my phone. Shows me all the new gadgets you have with ford cars. We also like the guy who does all the paper work we sign. Very nice and knowledgeable. Answers all our questions and if they do not have the answer they find someone who does. Great place to go and look for Vehicles. I will go back again.

I was in the market for a large truck to pull my camper. With Covid 19 I was uncertain of how things would go and or the supply in demand. The only negative for Formula Ford was their speed in getting back to me when I was doing my internet search.I had thought I was set for getting a truck at another Ford dealer out of state when it was sold as I was driving to pick it up! I stopped by Formula Ford on a whim, not thinking I could beat the deal I found. I was wrong. I got the current years truck with the same specs/bells and whistles for less. It was definitely a different buying experience with the social distancing, but it was a great experience. Thank you to Kevin and Formula Ford!

I recently took my Ford Edge in to Formula Ford in Rutland VT. The main purpose of the visit was to correct my massive mistake in allowing my state inspection to lapse by a month. I arrived at 730am that morning, expecting to have to take a shuttle home to wait out my inspection. To my surprise, not only did Ford take me in that day with no appointment, but they also did my oil change as well (which was scheduled for later in the month). When it was discovered that I had another issue with my back rotors (a rust issue) that would take a while, I was given a courtesy shuttle to take to work. Overall, it was great service and I felt cared about as a customer. I did not have to have any of this done- I could have been made to wait for an appointment, have to go back for my other appointment later in the month, or forced to stay as the rust issue was dealt with. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service! Thank you!!!

Just purchased a beautiful new car but I am not impressed with the outside sales team that was brought in for their sale. Our sales person I primarily worked with was Matt, very nice and easy to work with but little knowledge of the products he was selling. The sales manager, Ben, that stepped in on the other hand was just down right deceitful. Not the type business I prefer to do, honesty and transparency are key and I walked away with feeling very taken advantage of. Not impressed.Service on the other hand has been great to work with !

I bought a car (Subaru, the car is a total piece of $---) here about a year ago, got screwed by one of their super salesman during some sales event. However, every other experience Ive had with formula ford has been positive--the staff are super friendly and their service center has been really helpful. If I were to buy another car here, it would NOT be during one or their super sales events and it would definitely be a ford, in fact, I plan to purchace a Ford as my next car

I took my car in for service. Aside from the fact my Ford seems to require so many more repairs than my Toyota there were a number issues that annoyed me. As far as I know the repair was done correctly. The ancillary actions around how it was handled left a lot to be desired. Although they did not text and were having troubles reaching me by phone(when at work I move between areas of service and both service) I was made to feel like an annoyance to them in that I needed a shuttle back to the dealership. I tried to call them 6 times over an hour and kept being given the service departments voicemail. No one ever called back. I eventually decided to take a taxi as my time is too valuable to wait around for them. When they loaded my tires into my car they did not load them in a way that they did not move. I discovered this on the highway when I braked and 2 of my four tires moved dramatically in the cab. An annoyance and a safety issue. They also did not respond to my concerns opting to send me an email inviting me to rate them on Google instead of addressing any of my concerns. The final insult was the car. My Toyota dealership may have spoiled me by being responsive and by the little things like finding ways to cut costs when an unexpectedly large bill comes due(This was a surprise $860) and giving the outside of the car a quick wash before giving it back. They washed the car even on a quick oil change. Formula Ford had my vehicle for the entire day. It is not a huge issue but is really indicative of their approach to customer service.My wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle and I was going to speak to Formula Ford when I picked up my Escape from servicing. I was so annoyed that I chose not to speak to them about our upcoming car purchase. That decision was made when I was 15 feet from the nearest salesman....pretty indicative of how I felt so a customer. I am willing to go out of my way to avoid dealing with them again.

I showed up quarter of 5 with my sunroof not closing. With the knowledge that they were closing soon, I asked if they had a quick fix and could help me. On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend two guys in the garage stayed and worked on the sunroof and tried multiple different things before deciding they need to order a part in order to fix it. They then taped it for me as a rain storm is coming in. I could not be more thankful for them as not many other places would stay late and do all that they could.

Sales staff was great I dont know how many times I was asked if there was something they could help with. While finalizing the insurance so I could leave I was on the phone and the sales manager walked by multiple times talking loudly with a co-worker made it hard to finish what I was doing. Just not the respect I would of expected while finalizing paperwork after just buying a truck .

I didnt like it when I left the service department to go home my car started to smoke and I didnt think of anything so I called ford service department and I told them I wasnt happy about what my vehicle was doing and I went back to have them check it out. On my way back to ford the vehicle started smoking again to were I got to the bottom of ford dealership parking lot and left it at the end of the driveway because I spent money for my car to be serviced. come to find out they OVER FILLED my oil. not right after spending that kind of money to have my car to start smoking because of the over flow. not right

There an okay place. But cant seem to follow up with phone calls or let you know whats going on. They like to get your Hopes up then tare you down leaving you hanging. Would recommend going else where.

Stewart in service is the guy to see. They are a great dealership, but Stewart knows how to explain things in such a way to his service team so that what you need fixed, actually gets fixed.

I love Ford, but these folks are some of the most dishonest crooks out there. They took advantage of a 20 yo girl on an F 150. I recommend going to John C Stewart in Cuttingsville instead.
