I highly recommend getting your air conditioner serviced here. They were fast and efficient. They were extremely friendly. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!! I am beyond thrilled I brought my car in to Cartech of Sacramento. I will definitely be coming back for any future car service needs.

Appointment for oil change is 12:30 and I arrived at 12:15. I waited for about hour for my turn. When I asked, they replied that they are helping other customers repeatedly and have patience. After 50 minutes my car took inside for oil change.During my waiting in lobby, two customers came for after service issues. One customer reserved uhaul truck but the truck was not starting due to dead battery, they booked other location but small size. They disappointed.

Great experience at Cartech! Wonderful staff and super nice! Clean shop and not only did I get oil change but they checked my tires and fluids as well! Very helpful will recommend Cartech to other people!

Joe is amazing in his approach! Hes honest, tells you what repairs and maintenance are necessary, and will let you know if you are jumping the gun on unnecessary work. He quoted me half of my last mechanics immediately necessary repair and ending up finding out that it wasnt even needed and that the part had plenty of life left in it.This is by far the most upfront and honest shop Ive come across. Definitely give them a shot!

Joey (the mechanic I worked with) actually brought me back into the garage while he was working on my car and walked me through the issues my car was experiencing. Amazing!!! Everyone is super polite and friendly and patient to explain everything from service needed to breaking down the bill. They really make sure theyve done their job 100%. Ive taken my car to multiple shops in the past and this is the only place that figured out a random problem and took the time and patience to make sure the problem was resolved correctly. They also listened to what I explained what Ive had done in the past/problems at the time when Ive been brushed off completely before by others. Wonderful people and service!! Id recommend to anyone and everyone in Sacramento area.

They wanted to charge me $95 just to read the code and its done by apt only, and it takes them 1 hour? Its a rip off
