Daren was our Service Advisor and we were very happy with our experience. We had an issue with the UConnect not updating properly within our dash and dash screen systems. Daren made sure there was a thorough analysis done and in the end, took all the steps necessary to insure that the issue was resolved and that we were happy with the outcome of the repairs and service. Both our instrument cluster and UConnect screen had to be replaced. Due to the pandemic, parts were a challenge to get timely, but with Daren’s follow through, the issues were resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
I took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. There were several issues that I needed addressed. The largest issue was the paint had begun bubbling on the hinges. This is a major issue that many Jeep enthusiasts have written about. Additionally, the minor service I had completed (oil change, AC repair and tire rotation) was done with care and was competitively priced. Justin in the service department submitted a warranty repair request with Chrysler, arranged for a rental car and coordinated with the body shop. He kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the repair and was responsive with both text and verbal communication. I highly recommend Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service and repair. I was very pleased with the outcome and with the repairs. .
I took my truck in on Monday morning for an appointment. Oil change, windshield wiper recall, engine trouble light. I was told they would need it overnight. No problem, right? I have to call the following day about an hour before service dept. closes to see status. I’m told by my rep they only got the oil change and wiper recall done. They need one more day.. So Wednesday early afternoon I get a call telling me engine trouble light was an exhaust sensor. No parts til Friday. Ok, at some point do you think the dealership should have offered a loaner for the inconvenience? Just saying, right?Then I finally get to pick vehicle up on Friday late afternoon. I get home read my paperwork and it says blah, blah, blah and a car wash. The vehicle came back dirtier than when I gave it them.The mechanics do good work but the rest is questionable.
My service advisor was Justin. He provided exceptional service. He kept me informed about the service and time it would take immediately after my car was checked in after the tow truck dropped it off the night before. Justin also offered to provide an Uber to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. He was quick to answer all of my text messages and was extremely polite. When I arrived to pay for the car, he was present and had my completed my paperwork ready for me to sign. Justin made the experience extremely positive. Wonderful customer relations and positive attitude. A+ and 5 star service. Thank you, Justin!
Honest folks only fixed what needed to be fixed & didn’t try to up sale me the store. Only complaint is I had to call them to find out when it was done. Other then that no complaints. Good job y’all!
Good WiFi, music, TV with remote, vending machines, popcorn machine, and charging station with semi private cubicle space to work remotely while waiting for your car.
I had to get a recall done to get new registration from DMV. No problem getting a date 2 weeks out. They said 2 recalls were needed. When I arrived all was good. Checked in, said Id wait and had a seat. My truck was checked for the v51 recall and found to be up to date. The other recall for the transmission was not done because they needed to order the parts. I fail to see why they scheduled my job but did not order the necessary parts 2 weeks ago. Now i have to make another trip and wait. Please do not waste my time.

Daren was my Service Tech and was very responsive and kept me apprised of everything going on with the repairs of my vehicle. He delved to make sure the repairs needed were covered by the manufacturer and the extended warranty. Its very important to have this kind of superior customer service when your vehicle is in the shop for 3 weeks. I would never take my vehicle elsewhere. Let’s see so much to get through. I had an appointment scheduled that took 2 and a half hours to complete and it was just an oil change. Nothing was reset in my car so it still says I need an oil change. I received an email today saying sorry I missed my appointment, we would like to reschedule you at earliest convenience. My thought are nothing was even done, but you stuck a new sticker on the car and charged me.
I originally scheduled an oil change with Roseville Auto Nation Jeep dealership but their next appointment was Nov 9th. I called Sacramento Jeep dealership and they got me in the next business day! Stephanie was very kind and professional. She was quick to get me scheduled and offer a free shuttle service. She kept me updated via text about my vehicle. They did not try to oversell me anything or tell me my car needed X service etc. They got me in and out. Thank you!

Got renewal paper from the dmv to do the recall, called this dealer, and turns out they have only mornings available, and I had to repeat for 3 times that I need AFTERNOONS. Was told they will call back... I bought a Chrysler car not to spend my time on recalls. At least if I have to, make sure you make it convenient for your customers until you lose them all.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I usually avoid dealerships due to rude comments from male staff but this dealership has changed my opinion.

Not great. They took days to even look at it my vehicle. The case managers hardly communicate, and are very hard to reach. The mechanic lost my cars battery, and replaced it with a different one without telling me. ( Voiding my warranty on my battery.) Also tried over pricing a simple job by hundreds of dollars. Not going back.
Mena always takes such great care of my car! When it started leaking coolant he recommended i tow it in and they diagnosed it right away. They replaced my failed water pump under warranty and also fixed an oil leak they found while inspecting it. I know I’m always in good hands with the service team. Thank you!
The report said that my tires were checked, but when I got home the left rear tire was 23. other then that service seemed good. I like the convenience of using uber to return hom.

It shows that this specific dealer has made improvements since the last time I came in for service about 2-3 years ago. The staff was actually very friendly and the equipment is updated (they use tablets now). You also can actually text with an actual person to communicate with them. Everything was very clear. I couldnt have said very good things a few years ago, but all I can say now is that I had a great experience with their service dept. Keep up the great work!

Darren and the team at Sac Dodge have always taken great care of me.They got me checked in quick and had my vehicle looked at the same day without a problem. I came in for a couple maintenance items that were handled easily and they also did the complimentary multi-point inspection and pointed out a couple items I need to keep an eye on.They use UBER for their shuttle service (which they pay for!!) which is super convenient.Im moving out of the area and will miss them all tremendously!
Angel in sales is a great guy.The detailing department needs a little work. They removed the monroney sticker and the bluetooth speaker and failed to put them back.I had to call and return the next day to pick them up.All is good now.
Went in for service and made an appointment for yesterday at 11 a.m. They got me in fast, and were very courteous. Also, I happened to have gotten a flat the night before and they fixed the flat for free!! Also it was even cheaper than they quoted. They even sent me home in a free Uber ride, since it would take a couple hours to get it all done. Great experience!

The service i received yesterday from Chris was five star. I cant imagine how it couldve been better. All of my vehicle issues were diagnosed and resolutions were initiated. I also had my tires rotated and vehicle washed! I used to avoid going to the dealer like i would the dentist but this was so easy and pleasant. Thank you Sacto CDJR!
Service was taken care of quick, took no more than an hour and a half. Daren was awesome, and helped me with great customer service. Kind of annoyed that my invoice included car wash but my truck was not cleaned. 30,000 mile service was performed but when i picked my truck up, my washer fluid light was on. Daren came right out to top it off. Just makes me wonder if everything was actually checked. If it wasnt for Daren i dont know if id get serviced at this center in the future.
This was by far the best experience of buying a car I have ever had! Not only did they have a car that was better than what I was originally looking for but they gave me more than I expected for my trade. I know some of their teamwork after hours to make it happen and came to my house and within a half an hour paperwork was signed and I was driving my new car.
Darren went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced quickly and completely. I always feel better having my service done here as I know they give it a full run through before they hand the keys back to you.
Service providers were great at trying to solve problems. The Maintenance team left spots on the leather from the cleaning materials. They didn’t reset the engine oil indicator, and a bolt was left unfasten on the engine air intake. These minor details makes it hard for the service providers to win the trust of customers.Thank you for find solutions to the problems presented to you and going out of your way to get my a loaner vehicle.
Customer service is decent but their techs are generally not very good. Even after getting work on done on my AC, the AC performance is still below average and they keep saying all tests run good. So maybe I can take comfort in that when driving in 100 degree weather with my AC blowing almost hot air.
Loved my experience here. Stephanie helped me the entire time while my car was getting serviced for recall. I was given a complimentary Uber ride to and from the dealership as well as a car wash. She kept me informed of the status of my car and made the process easy to where I had no questions.
I had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived no one came out to acknowledge me. So I went into the office. The service team were all busy and only one person who was on the phone was able to help me. I was then told are you going to wait 2-4 hours for my oil change. I was shocked that it took so long with an appointment. They are apparently short staffed. So I was offed an Uber to take me home. Great. I called 4 hours later and my Jeep was still not ready but the dealership was closing soon. They sent the Uber to pick me up. When I arrived my jeep was done but was dirty. I had to request a car wash. This took another 40 minutes. OMG they are very disorganized and slow.

My service writer regularly informed me of progress or non-progress on diagnosis of my vehicles drivetrain problem. He immediately informed me of the availability of my vehicle, as well. He gets five stars for his attempt to serve me well.The service resulted in no change in the symptom, and continuing problems exist and are increasing in frequency.
Took my boyfriend car which is a Dodge journey 2019 spoke with the advisor Justin he was really professional. A very nice guy left our car with him literally 10 minutes after he was able to find out what was wrong with that communication was great service was great overall everything was easy no hassle would definitely recommend and will definitely go again if car ever needed to be fixed

The service technician was nice, charge me $195 for a basic OBD I read. Wanted to charge me $1000 for a installation of $175 part. I looked it up online it was available through Mo par for $175 but they claimed it would take two weeks and cost $1000 to have installed.When I came to pick it up I was hit with $195 charge for their “diagnosis “.
The dealership was clean, good service. But and big but is my truck is still not fixed. Air conditioner is horrible in my 2019 ram 1500, 9100 miles on it. Air conditioner blows 65 degrees or more while on max ac!Almost ready to dump the truck. So sad
Customer service has never been great here. I had to wait 9 months for recall work as they were only servicing the vehicles that were already broken down because of the recall.After receiving the part for the recall. I dropped the truck off at 830am then patiently waiting for a Uber. 2-3 minutes AFTER I left, I receive a text saying they’re more then likely keeping the car as they’re short handed and won’t finish it today. I asked why they didn’t communicate this (I left my house key and other personal belongings in there as no one said it would be a two day job). He said they are just short staffed and he apologizes. At about 3pm I ask for a update and he did not have anything for me. No update on a car that’s been with them since 8:30ish?!?They then say it’ll be done same and they close at 5. I told the csa my wife would be picking up the keys as I’m at work. She arrives shortly before 5 and the csa rudely tells my wife I told him after 5 (but how so if they close at 5?)Overall I totally dislike this dealership but it’s closest to my home. Transparency and communication is key and unfortunately they fell short of this a lot.
My visit was very assuring. The service was excellent on this day that I went. I had some familiar faces so I was very comfortable with my vehicle being taken care of properly. They also went out their way to make sure that extra things on my vehicle were taking care of which was not included in the service. I would recommend anybody to take their vehicle there. Drop the car off right when it opened call back 7 hours later told me he hadnt touched car would need to keep overnight cuz technician was on previous vehicle. I stated I made an appointment this morning for my car to get work done what was the problem the advisor sent back you made an appointment with the advisor. I stated no I made appointment to get my truck worked on that I would need to speak with supervisor then was told well maybe I can find out something for you after all today pay $200 did nothing 0 Stars
Its a good place so far as car dealers go. We went on a Thursday evening, and the showroom wasnt crowded at all. The place is clean and fairly well organized throughout.Salesperson and manager were courteous and not pushy. I have an ambulatory disability, and the salesperson spent the time at his desk to sort out the cars wed like to see both in our wants, needs, and price range. Then he brought a few cars to us, rather than trudging around in the parking lot.Actual purchasing was about as easy as Ive seen it done, without trying to up-sell, though they did offer some at-purchase options

Tried to rip me off by selling unnecessary repairs!After inspection, they called me and pointed out urgent issues on my vehicle, and quoted $2000 to reseal timing cover for oil leak, and another $1700 to replace brake pads and rotors. They said the issues needed to be addressed right away for safety. Good thing I deferred the repairs for second opinion.Took the vehicle to a local shop I trust and it turned out there was NO oil leak at all!! In fact, I had changed oil a few weeks earlier and there was no issue then. As for the brakes, all that needed to be done was to just resurface the pads, which would cost less than $300.I knew that dealerships tend to be more expensive but come on, guys..

I had been shopping for over 2 months. This is not my first truck purchase.Most of the other dealers didn’t take the time nor show the interest in what I really wanted.So I went from dealer to dealer.Finally I called Sac Dodge dealer. They seemed eager also seemed very helpful on phone and tex.So i drove the 60 miles. When I got there I was approached right away and asked what I needed.My sales man came right out. We started on the truck I seen on line however it didn’t work for me so we moved to other trucks. This salesman Ray spent a lot of time making sure I see the truck I want. He finally showed me a truck that was perfect from me and my family.The finance man was also awesome and made my experience a pleasure.The whole team here very professional and on point for the customer!I would go back for sure.

What a great experience today at Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I drove up for my appointment and saw so many cars I expected the worst, given experiences elsewhere, and I asked if I should reschedule. But from the first moment, each person was quick, kind, and attentive. The young woman who originally checked with me on my concern for rescheduling, went out of her way to ensure my experience met my needs, offered to get an estimate of time, and offered to reschedule or arrange an Uber. She was so very nice. When I decided to stay, she passed my personalized care to a young man, Derrian, I think (? - please forgive my declining memory). He was awesome - light-hearted and a great listener that put me in exceptionally good spirits. He asked me very relevant auto questions which undoubtedly served to so accurately estimate the service time He confirmed my preference on the rescheduling and ride options once more and when I decided to stay and wait, he stayed on top of my service with an estimate and especially kind followup, including service recommendations, and ensured my car was ready to go, inclufing a great car wash. He didnt dawdle with dragged out conversation, but quite impressively moved me swiftly along so conscientiously I didnt feel it happening - my every comment and need was heard and met - his boss should be impressed. The waiting room was spacious, friendly, and comfortable so 2 hours flew bright by (I had declined the offer for a ride). They were right on track for the estimated time. I dont temember ever feing good after an auto service before, but this dealorship washed away negative past experience and made my day a happy one. I highly recommend them all! Thank you, all that provided the service, for making it so pleasant to deal with!!

I Brought my Dodge Journey 2017 for a ticking noise coming from the front. They then fixed that issue while creating another when I received my car back. My Car was Returned an over the weekend I noticed it was not shifting correctly the RPM was not going past 2 even when I was going 80mph. I then reported this issue to my service Advisor. He then said it would cost me More money ($195 ) just for them to take a look.
Work performed on truck seems to have been done well. A little disappointed by greasy fingerprints on the interior in several places. This was quite difficult to clean.Follow up.Had to return to dealership. After recall work to airbag wiring was performed the horn started blowing requiring removing fuses to shut off. A wire was shorting the horn from prior work performed. Dealership stood by their work and fixed the issue no charge. However they left the fuse box lid unhinged and loose. Again with the greasy prints and boot marks on the interior.
100 times better then the jeep Service department in Roseville! I appreciate the attention to detail. I have gone to Roseville serval times And had several issues. you get a complementary car wash here🙌🏻Justin is amazing

I drop my truck off early Friday morning with no expectations of knowing the diagnosis until Monday. To my surprise, I get a call back at about 3:00 Friday afternoon letting me know what the problem was with my vehicle and when it would be fixed. The part came in the following week and it was fixed to my perfection. The service that I received from Chris, who is the service manager was very professional.He communicated with me via text throughout the whole process and even provide the transportation from the time I left my truck along with transportation to pick me up so I can receive my truck. I will always use this dealership and the services of Chris and his team.
I expect my rating to improve over the next few months. Most of the things that didn’t make the rating stronger are normal new business kinds of things:-2 weeks after CA dropping the COVID tiers and limits, but the building and COVID signage hasn’t been changed or removed. No one seems to be in charge of of the customer environment.- the review of my service didn’t include the one thing that was found that needs repair. The young man helping me was obviously new and eager to please.I asked the questions and he took care of my concerns.
I left a message with service tech about fog lights no working. fog lights were working before my vehicle was turned in the be serviced. I have not received a response to my concerns.

I was not to impressed by the service department but i do have to say they did get my truck fixed for the coolant leak but not the other issues i brought up, i also put on the night drop slip to change the engine oil and check some other things which the only issue they addressed was the coolant leak under warranty i was very surprised as this dealership use to be a great place to bring a vehicle to get fixed or to purchase a new one i hope this was only a 1 time thing.

Had my Jeep in for a waranty item and to get some locking nuts installed on my wheels and they got me in and out in a fast time even after they had to chase the wires to find our why the out side mirror would not work.
