So its my first time really using this tire center and I am pleasantly surprised. Customer service was great, they were quick and the quality was no different than a bigger tire companys. Ill definitely be back the next time I need tires.

Initial tech who approached me was very lackluster. I was already Surly and he wasnt a real bonus. I didnt catch his name, but the manager, from this am, was spot on and made it right. Good guy. Went from never coming back to on here giving thumbs up. Keep the manager, other guy, idk.

My husband and I had a 9am appointment to have tires mounted and balanced. The tire center was running behind and could not get to the car till 10am. This was frustrating because we did not bring an extra vehicle and we’re stuck waiting. I believe it was the manager of the tire center who went above and beyond to get two techs working on our car and also waived the service fee. Thank you Salem OR Walmart for making it right and standing by your customers:)

Amazing services and friendly staff! I called a week before I arrived, they assured me the tires I wanted would be there!! (Which they were) plus I got an oil change and they checked my air filter for me. Above and beyond customer service!

Pretty good! Better deals than anyone else on tires, can order to your home and bring tires in if you want, or have delivered to the store. Good warranty services, and got me in fairly quickly this time even tho I didnt have an appt. Guys are always pretty friendly and helpful and the price matching cant be beaten!!

I got good tires for cheap, but unless you have the equipment to take the rubber off your rims and put new rubber one, you have to pay the fee for them to do it for you. I didnt see this on their website, nor when I called did they inform me of this when I said I wanted to change them at home. I was not treated completely fairly. The only good is good tires for cheap. Service not so great.

When I shopped around for new tires nobody beat these guys in price, for sure. And their customer service is really happening here, too. I saved enough that I bought a lube job also!

So here’s the deal with Walmart. If you want to save money when buying tires, visit the website and buy them and have them shipped to the store and they will install them for you. You can’t beat the price. However, the customer service is where you take the blow. When I arrived the guy said it would take them 1 hour to install(already super long for the job) I said ok and shopped. Then only 3 of the tires I ordered were there. Luckily they had one in stock. An hour later there were 4 employees and just my car. I was outside the shop and saw them on their phones, joking and laughing having a jolly ol time. An hour and a half in I walk to see where they are with my car and there is one dude sitting on a stool putting lugs on like a sloth. 2 hours and my car is finally done. I waited in the cold. The gal said my car was done and said that these jobs always take that long. I could have self thought my self with their shop in the same amount of time. Good value but terrible service.

Air conditioning is not working in auto center.

In and out faster than quoted. Thats always a bonus! Usually they are pretty good here for oil changes but rarely (if ever) do they reset the oil change notifications. I usually have to look up the instructions online to reset them myself. For the most part Walmart is out choice for oil changes as they are friendly and get the job done right.

In and out quick only gripe is tired not inflated to specifications.

Its Walmart, only 1/3 in Salem that have an auto center. So expect to wait its average about 2 hours minimum. Im from out of state. This Walmart has a friendly staff. They could be a bit better at calling your phone number and calling of the intercom. Just like any other auto center. You may want to drop off and pick up later, especially for weekend. They always have good prices. Work with you on finding good deals. They are good with warranty coverage. Never had issues.

The Dallas Walmart auto center has been closed, so I went to Salem Walmart, about 15 miles further. I bought Goodyear all season tires and a road hazard warranty. $270 complete and now Im going there for further services.

Walmart has adopted a new policy! They are actively doing the OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a security service that will make you leave the parking lot for loitering if you pull off the highway to rest! In my hometown this would be unthinkable! No longer patronizing Walmart!

I love them! The mechanic, I think it was Derek, was superior! They did a great job and it was the lowest price in town! They even vacuumed my car.. 😁 This will be the place I go from now on!! Happy customer over here!! Thank you Walmart Mechanics! 😍

Got my tires at a great price! I was able to make an appointment to get them, great service, friendly knowledgeable staff.

We have purchased tires for 3 vehicles from this store in the last 6 months. Every experience has been great. When there have been any hiccups, the fantastic staff at this Walmart goes above and beyond to provide unparalleled customer service and resolve the problem quickly. Another great thing, they now take appointments.

This Wal-Mart needs to realize their customer reviews matter. I need 4 tires on my 4X4, but will not get them here due to bad reviews. We all need to let businesses know when we dont use them due to bad reviews.

Had my oil changed. It was fine. Not a real long wait. They said 2 hrs. I dont think it was that long.

Tire installation took a while but did a good job with balance and kept my car clean. Would have been 5 stars if they called when it was done, and if they put both old tires I saved in bags not just 1 of them.

In for oil change and wiper blades. Service counter is often not staffed. The service center is busy enough that it should be. My truck was on the rack for well over an hour. Will not use this store again.

So slow. I stopped in to do an oil change and was told itd take 2-3 hours because only one person was working. I left. Id also ordered some tires that came in a couple of days later. I came in to have those put on, and was told itd be 3-4 hours. So I leftagain. I called in later and was told the best time to come in was 7-10am. So I came in at 7am. I was the first one there, and it still took over two hours to get the tires on. Employees all seem to meander around without a care in the world. Made me late for work.Ill get tire somewhere else from now on, and do the oil changes myself.

Great friendly service at an amazing price

Literally have never made a bad review on anything before but this place was ridiculous. Les Schwab was closed and I had a nail in my tire... drove literally 45 minutes unsafely to this tire center for them to laugh in my face and tell me my tires are too worn for them to be worked on. My tires are 3 months old.... brand new... also I didnt appreciate it because I am 30 weeks pregnant and they could care less about letting me drive home safely with no nail in my tire... Literally couldnt believe it. Not sure if theyre sexist or just really lazy or what but I have never been disrespected like that. Disgusting. Dont go here EVER.

Told a mount/balance for tires would take about an hour on my car. Three and a half hours alter, still here. All they can say is were short handed. Thats just how it is today - wouldve gone elsewhere had I known. Not worth the few dollars off.

Customer service sucked

Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and rotate my tires. They got on the oil change fast but then drove it to the other side of the area and just stopped working on it and started working on other cars that came in after me. I asked and they said oil change come before any tires I will not be takeing my car back any time soon. In the past Iv had really good help from 2 guys JC and james wish these guys worked on my car again.

Initial service was okay. Said it would take about an hour and a half and ended up waiting another hour that is understandable. Took one tire back a day later and charged us to fix it. That part is lame.

Horrible place to get work done. they may have cheap prices but you pay for it with the worst customer service, poor quality work and total lack of accountability for anything. such a bad experience I will likely never shop in this stores other departments either. I and anyone I can inform... defiantly should never have tires done here!!

Took my car in to get oil changed. No one else in the waiting area or in any stalls. They told me 30-45 mins, took over an hour to get done (maybe if the stopped walking around on their cell phone they would get done quicker) then found out that they over filled my oil and now I have to get the oil drained to get it fixed. UGH every time I come here there is always something getting messed up....NOT HAPPY AT ALL

The guys at the shop was really helpful. I stop by around 5:45pm on Saturday evening when they r suppose to close at 6 with the tire pressure lights coming up on my friend’s Beetle. He profoundly walked me through what were going on with the functions of the pressure warning lights. He figured it out that the Lee Schwab guys had pumped too much air into the tires which cause the lights popping up (40 instead of 29 for manufacturer recommendation) so he release some air down till 30.Then i took the car for a drive and it worked!!!Thanks to these guys a lot!I’m from Corvallis and had one of the tired replaced from Lee Schwab because of the nail on the sideway and they did it so sketchy that the pressure monitor keeps coming up!If it had not been on Saturday when they close at 5, i would havent fixed this minor but annoying issue!

I know this service center has some pretty bad reviews and I was willing to believe them when they told me the wait was going to be an hour and a half. There was a long line of cars ahead of me and it was near ingclosing time. Trini, the service manager, came out personally to see what I needed done. I had a nail in a tire that was already off the vehicle and in my trunk. He was happy to tell me that hed squeezee in since there is no other tire shops open and my girlfriends van was stuck on the side of the road. Turns out my girlfriend drive on the tire too long and shredded the inside of the tire. Trini showed me the damage and I asked about a new tire. They happened to have in stock the exact tire I was replacing for 73 dollars. I was out the door quick after that. Good job Trini, lets hope some of the other employees take example and help turn the reviews around!

Paid $100 to get 4 tires mounted, got there at 5 and waited until 7:30 for them to be done. Never again. Watched the guy floor my mustang in the parking lot an didn’t stop before shifting from reverse to drive. Mike worked in my car.

We walked around for almost two hours waiting for the call that the oil change was complete. Finally went to check at 645. The car was ready at 614. They had our number. It should have only taken 30 - 45 minutes.

I showed up at 5 pm one night and the manager said they were closed because all his help walked off the job that afternoon. I was there at 7 am the next morning and was then told they wouldnt do the tire install on my truck because the tires were more than two sizes listed on my door panel. I EVEN CALLED BEFOREHAND TO CONFIRM THE INSTALATION OF OVERSIZED TIRES! A bunch of idiots.

Arrived at 7 am for an oil change. With no cars in front of me, it took nearly 2 hours. You can watch through the window as employees drift aimlessly from one vehicle to the next without ever finishing a job. I dont know if the idea is to look busy by always having the bay full of half-completed jobs, but as a former customer it is infuriating.

Came in when they opened at 7 with only one person ahead of me and waited over 2 hours just to have my tires rotated.

It is super busy there cheap prices but you are in for a wait 😆

When I pulled up they had one car in the bay and no one behind me. I had to ask them to check in my car after waiting a bit. I walked around the store for about an hour and when I came back they hadnt even started on my car because they put someone else ahead of me. I arrived here around 6 pm, it is now 7:30 pm and Im still sitting here waiting.
