The lady that answered the phone is short and not very professional! Allen to ask about getting some electrical work done on my Toyota and was told we are one person short on staff and we are booked out so we have no interest in doing anything like that till winter time! Like are you serious lady. Like way to lose customers by turning them away and being short and rude!Ill take my hard earned money to someone that treats people with respect and professionalism!!
This company destroyed my engine! When I tried to find out what happened they were defensive, rude, accusatory and wouldnt explain anything to me about my car repair. They are the absolutely most worst costumer service I have ever encountered. I would NEVER take my vehicle to these people! Save yourself the emotional and financial hardship these people will bring you.
Called the week before, they got my truck in the following Tuesday morning when they opened, diagnosed and repaired not only the issues I knew I had but the ones I was unaware of as I had only recently purchased the truck. Had the work done within 3 hours of dropping it off. Cost was more than fair for the work done. They have done work on my sons classic car in the past and had the same experience. No complaints here. This shop does bad business. This guy Russ will have all the confidence in figuring out and fixing a issue. And then when the issue isn’t fix & reoccurring they blame it on previous work done on the car. Also to mention they charge $99hr for specific issues instead of doing a full diagnostic(this is how they get you to keep coming back and spending more money) literally $500 later still shows my check engine lights on. Save your time & money and find a shop that will get it done right the first time.

I have a 2006 Ford F-150. Have been experiencing electrical trouble for quite a while. Burning out alternators. I took the pickup to Mark & Russ, and they had it diagnosed, repaired in a day, & had it back the next. I was very impressed & pleased with their work & their courtesy. Russ has had a poor attitude sence day one with my truck that he accepted on claim from State farm. I was asked by my agent to give him a call and was greeted with rude attitude and arrogance. He stated he has better things to do with his time even though his speciality electrical issues. My vehicle goes in and out of complete electrical failures. He claims his code reader can specifically diagnose a short circuit down to the wire. Where as Dodge does not have that capability. I do not recommend this guy for complicated issues. He is very unprofessional and extremely rude.Russ is still acting unprofessional in his reply. Sir you failed to do anything at all. Thankfully the mechanics at P& M diagnosed the issue by my description. Its amazing how much time was saved going to a professional. I encourage all to go to P& M automotive for all your mechanical needs. Everyone knows the delearships waste time as well lol. Russ sadly we had to hire an attorney to move the issue forward because of guys like your self and the crook adjuster that was fired from his position lol. Your something else. I will pray for ya brother. The dealership had the vehicle for over a month wasting time as well, trying to diagnose a failed module with a code reader. Had Russ at Parker or Tim at Withhnell listened to my issues without arrogance they too may have figured out which modules were bad, instead they wanted to drive around 10 minutes a day and blame the code reader and myself for their ignorance for weeks and bill me wasted hours. It took a real mechanic with real knowledge to discover the issue and remarkably in less than a week. Amazing what an attorney can do with people who take advantage of people. It all ended when the law got involved 😆. Too be clear P&M Automotive was amazing at customer service, professionalism, and the mechanical knowledge outstanding. They stand behind their work and realize there is more to being a mechanic than plugging your OBD code reader in and waiting for a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and call P&M Automotive for all things auto.

I called and asked for help and the man who answered was rude as heck. I have never left a review before even if people were rude but this guy ticked me off. I was nice and ended nice, but he was very rude the entire call. Its sad to see that the person who answers the phone to help people doesnt want to help and doesnt care about customer service.
Our 2007 Nissan Pathfinder was sent down to Wayne Parker Auto Electric from A-1 Transmission as A-1 Transmission was unable to diagnose where a fuse that controlled the EMC/TCM kept going out from. After it got to Wayne Parker Auto Electric, I got a hold of Mark (May sound kid of Gruff on the phone but he’s really a nice guy… The other reviews about him, its total BS). Mark was able to tell me that he was going to be getting to it ASAP to diagnose the issue and that normally the diagnosis fee is less than what it was going to be for my Nissan but he explained why (If you read any reviews about Nissan and any models that have transmission issues, you’d understand why I got what he meant by it was going to cost a little more). Mark was able to have the issue Diagnosed by the next day, when come to find out it was an issue with the Transmission build (However this was not the fault of the Transmission shop A-1 Transmission, but the fault of the mechanics who took the transmission out and outsourced the transmission to A-1 Transmission). When A-1 and their team got the Nissan back from Wayne Parker Auto Electric, they took care of the whole thing, including the bill for Wayne Parker and the two tows one there and back and fixed the issue with the fuse, and the transmission (Almost another complete rebuild). If you ever have issues with your Auto Electric needs Please check these guys out, they are Fast, Reliable, Honest, an definitely do not beat around the bush when it comes to telling you price or how long it may take. Russ and Mark have taken care of our cars, and our sons, for years. We moved to Washington last year, but I still bring my car back to them for service and repairs. They are THAT good and THAT honest. Priceless.
Ive been taking my personal Cars and Business Delivery Van to Russ for over 20 years. The primary reason is trust. When you need work done on your Car, you can feel so vulnerable. So having someone that will fix your Car and yet not take advantage of your already difficult situation of needing to get your Car fixed by adding things on that you dont need is profoundly important. Thats why Ive been going to Parkers for all these years- Trust. They have never let me down. Id have to figure that out at any other Shop- And its just not worth the risk!
I have had nothing but great service and honest repair, I have trusted them with some very expensive cars, collector cars as well as my everyday car and truck. These guys are great, plus they campaign a funny car how cool is that?

Mark was a major jerk to me. I brought my car in for the specific reason to get my timing belt replaced for maintenance purposes. I also had a couple other minor problems I wanted checked out - my check engine light had recently come on and I knew I had an oil leak and I wanted to know if they could find and fix it. I dropped off my car for the entire day and walked 2 miles to catch the bus up to Portland. The first time he calls, he says he has $500 worth of work to do today with the mass air flow sensor, oil gasket change, and changing the spark plugs (he said the timing belt would be $650 and would not be able to be done until next week, which he previously had told me)- I asked if he could email me a breakdown of the costs, so I could see what each thing costed individually(because I had already bought my spark plugs and wires to do myself). He broke down the cost verbally over the phone and had wanted to charge me $100 for spark plug and wire parts. I asked if he would possibly mind using the parts I had purchased which were in my trunk. He said he only makes money by selling parts and that parts bought from anywhere else were not high enough quality for him to use. He demanded to know why I had not told him more history regarding my car when I had dropped it off (because the mass air flow sensor thing has come up before). Then he said he would look at my parts in my trunk and see if they were good enough to use and said he would call back in a few minutes. An hour and a half later, he calls me and says they have cleaned the mass air flow sensor and I can pick it up, no charge because my car was not worth working on because they did not know all its history. I was confused and told him I wanted them to do the work even if I had to pay for their parts too. He said they were unwilling to work on my car and to pick up my car before 5:30. I guess they dont like polite people asking mechanics they have never used to explain the work they are doing and answer questions. I was referred to this place by word of mouth, but I noticed the company has changed names, so Im guessing its under different ownership now which may be why others had such a better experience than I did. I just wanted to have necessary maintenance done, and I am probably delayed a week (could not get me in for a couple days when I called originally) in getting it done because of a man tantrum.
They fixed my car quickly, my MDS went out on my Dodge, and they got me back on the road, I was happy when I recieved my bill, the repair was very affordable, I had a great experience, and would use them again.
Car was having issues. They corrected the problem and told me about a recall on my car that I didnt know about. Great people to work with and they explained it on my level.
Brought a toyota Camry they fix the problem.. Now im back on the road again.. Great ppl thanks
