Stopped in to have tire pressure checked. Very helpful employees. Very courteous too
I feel as if Im always being treated fairly. If something needs fixing they let me know. If something doesnt need fixing they let me know. Prices I think (?) are reasonable.
Will never use this shop again. Took my truck in at 7am and left the keys in the early drop box and had made an appointment days before to have the oil changed. Come back at 515pm to get my truck to find out that they never checked the drop box or serviced my truck. They just forgot to. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I have used Blue Ridge for a couple years know but this will make me take my business elsewhere. If you cant remember something as simple as checking the key drop box how am I supposed to trust my and my familys safety you to put every bolt back or tighten every lug. No thank you.
I went in today for my check engine light it was showing for cylinder misfire and injector circuit. I got a call saying that the test doesnt show a misfire and that it was a connector tab that was broken. The quoted me at 90$ I was fine with that. But when I got my car I drove it for 45 min and my check engine light came back on. And started doing the exact same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. So I paid almost 100 dollars and didnt get my car fixed.
Good place to bring your vehicles. Friendly people too. The company I work for brings vehicles here every week. Always a good experience.
They fixed my flat with a plug & patch, and it eas reasonably priced (like $21). I will bring them more business.
Great service. Had a metal screw in tire, worked me in. ALL other big name places said I needed to leave it and maybe they could look at tomorrow.
Service was great and timely! I definitely will go back and recommend!!
Great place for safty inspection. Friendly and fast
Needed a leaky tire checked. Ended up needing to be patched. Quick, honest, and a fair price. No annoying upsale pitch... And the staff was great! What more can you ask for?
VA inspection is a total crock of B.S. Sounds sour, right? Heres how you make a customer:My vehicle was failed. If you know anything about VA inspections, Jeep YJs, and the dangerous track bars, youll know why my vehicle failed inspection. I dont care what the law is. If it causes danger for myself and my passengers, Im going to fix it, law or not. After getting the bad news, the tech came out to speak to me (he didnt have to do that) and explained he agreed w/me & understood why the track bars were removed, as well as offered a solution to my dilemma (which I was aware of and have pursued/resolved).I was out $20, but it isnt their fault. They have to follow the law. I really appreciated the tech speaking with me. He turned a bad situation into a loyal customer.Thats having the right kind of employee that actually cares about his work and the customer he serves. Turns out hes a Jeep guy!Ill be back...with vintage plates.
Quality work. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Alan and all the techs are personable and will answer any question you have to the best of there ability. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.Car repairs only come three ways. Quality, Fast, and Cheap. You can only ever have two of the three. Quality and Fast but not Cheap. Fast and Cheap but not Quality. Quality and Cheap but not Fast. Blue Ridge Truck & Auto has come closer to meeting all three better than any shop I have ever been.Dont know how they do it but glad they do. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
First time here and I was impressed. Work was done quickly and employees were very friendly.
UPDATE BELOWVery disappointed with the service. My car wouldn’t start one day so I had it towed here since it was the closest mechanic. They found out my fuel pump had gone bad. It was an expensive fix, but the part was very expensive so I understand.Immediately after picking up my car I drove it to work, about 5 miles away. My fuel gauge went from half a tank to a quarter of a tank. As soon as I parked I called the shop back and spoke with Crystal. She told me that it was because when they replaced my fuel pump they had to take the gasoline out of the car and put it back in. She said my car was adjusting and that I needed to continue to drive it around for it to recognize the correct amount of fuel. After 3 months of driving my car, trying to fill it with gas, and being completely unaware of how much fuel I had in my tank, I decided to call back. They told me that it was probably a bad fuel pump and that these things tend to happen with after-market parts. They replaced the fuel pump a second time. Then, they told me that the problem was still there, and I would have to pay over $100 for them to find the issue. JUST to find the issue, not including the cost to fix it.I had never had an issue with my fuel gauge before they worked on my car. Furthermore, when I first brought up the issue, they gave me false information and told me to continue to drive my car. I told them that I thought it would be fair for them to run a diagnostics test, but not charge me to figure out what was wrong, since I never had the issue before they worked on my vehicle.I spoke with a mechanic and a manager, but both of them agreed that I needed to pay for them to find the issue. I’m disappointed that I’m having more issues since they have worked on my car, they’ve told me false information multiple times, they are continually trying to charge me to find the issue, and this has been progressing for 4 months now. I plan on taking my car to a new mechanic soon to have this issue resolved.**UPDATE**About two months after I left this review Alan responded. I called the shop and told him my situation. He said that, if I was willing, he would like me to give him a second chance to make it right.I dropped my car off for an appointment on Friday, and Alan called me back on Wednesday. The fuel pump they had put in my car was faulty. They replaced it twice, and had the same problem. Alan called the manufacturer, initiating a recall on the part. He ordered me a new fuel pump, from a separate manufacturer, and put it in my car at no charge to me. He completely resolved the issue. Then, he went on to apologize. I understand that that he had no control over the faulty equipment. He also apologized for the lack of/miscommunication, and explained that I should never have been told that I would have to pay for a diagnostic test if it was something that they had touched. He was also very thorough in explaining everything he did to the car, and what the specific issues were. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt reassured that he had solved the problem. When I went to pick up my car, he had left a coupon in the passenger seat for a free oil change. I’m glad that Alan reached out to me. He made it right.
They are honest mechanics that want the best for you and your vehicle. They dont over charge or even charge for services that dealership make you pay almost 200 for. I needed my passenger airbag code checked and they were not only willing to get the code and clear it, but did it free of charge. I am forever grateful for their service and will keep coming here for my new vehicle as well.
Honesty, ability, customer service in that order. These folks have proved themselves over and over again. It’s where I go when I can’t fix it myself. It’s where I send folks who ask my advice. Do yourself a favor and go see these good folks when your vehicle needs work.
Great service
Very friendly knowledgeable people. There is definitely not a better auto shop in the valley.
So Im not the easiest person to impress but these guys are beyond impressive!! They are everything you would hope to find in a mechanic. Always great service
I went to this place a couple months back.. On the phone, very pleasant people, had my truck towed in to have some wiring done, for the turn signals, reverse lights and tag lights. I called and asked if it was ready after a week waiting, they said yes come get it. I came to pick it up and paid an insane $450 for all of it and drove a short distance down the street with my wife following me. She shortly after told me my turn signals didn’t work from behind and I got her to work though the lights with me, and sure enough, they didn’t. The only thing that worked was the front turn signals, which they replaced the wiring connecter on the side that already worked and charged me. I took it back and told them that none of it other than the front turn signals worked. They told me they were sorry about the issue, and said they wouldn’t charge me for the tag lights, and I leave it there for a couple of hours and they say it’s ready, I go to pick it up and they said the only thing I have to pay for is the new tag light sockets they installed, it was like $15 so I said okay. I go out there and look at all the lights to check them, and the reverse lights still don’t work! I already told them about all the things they didn’t do but already charged me for. They Look basically shocked when I tell them and say they’ll have it ready in a couple of more hours. I go pick it up and everything works fine. A month or so after the turn signals got a short and had to bang on it for it to work. So after re wiring it all, they still did a poor job. I won’t be returning or probably seeing another dime of the money I spent on all this that was half way messed up and not fully right even after.
Fantastic service with my emergency! Great techs and front desk employees! Thanks again!!
