Worst customer experience I’ve ever had to date! To start things off, I’ve never been one to complain or have issues. If there’s a problem and it can be resolved, cool. If a representative/employee is having a bad day and is a little moody or upset, I give them the benefit of the doubt and I don’t let the first impression be my only one. But this service advisor named Justin…unprofessional and disrespectful!The first visit/interaction (which was to do an inspection) was moody.When I come back to pick up my car, he ends up losing my keys.Second time around when I do the actual service, his quote changes from the last time! I catch it before I leave but at this point, it’s one too many mess ups from him. So when I went to pick up the car I talked to the service manager Ken. Totally different person compared to Justin. Once I finished talking to Ken everything was good.But then Justin decides to talk to me…..Right when you think he meant well, his emotions got the best of him and tells me “if you don’t trust us here, then don’t come here!” And walks away!I’ve worked in customer service before and NEVER have I ever thought it was ok to tell a customer off like that.BEYOND unprofessional and VERY disrespectful!

Both my tail lights were out. They allowed me to drop it off for the day, would fit it in as they could. It involved disassembly of part of the rear of the car to access the problem, but they had it done in a hour. I was prepared to spend the day at a restaurant, but had breakfast, paid my bill and picked up my car!
