My car broke down on i5. Called my insurance to tow it to Carlos, as it was the closest shop to me. They didnt even charge me anything to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. The diagnostic they provided allowed me to recognize that the repair is under warranty through Kia, & they allowed me reasonable time to figure out a long distance tow to the dealership in Vancouver, WA. They simply helped me in a time of need & didnt charge me a dime for their time & inconvenience. If the vehicle hadnt been under warranty, I wouldve felt more than comfortable having Carlos do the work. I would highly recommend them. Honest, helpful & professional.

Carlos was an absolute life saver!I was in the middle of a move from Seattle to LA when my clutch went out and left me stranded in the middle of a completely unfamiliar state. Carlos arranged his schedule to get my car fixed ASAP where as other shops quoted me over a week out. He went above and beyond to make sure my car would be safe all the way to LA, gave me discounts where he could and even answered my many (oh so paranoid) questions even after I left the shop with my car.It has been over a month and my car is running better than ever. I highly recommend this place for not only the quality of work but compassion shown by the owner and employees.
