Went to get an inspection sticker on my Civic. Waited in the lobby for ~5 minutes before someone came to talk to me (no big deal).The folks working in the shop walked back and forth b/w the shop and lobby and were pretty lax about mask restrictions, which was a little uncomfortable.The person doing the inspection told me I needed 2 wipers to pass, but I knew one of the wipers was totally fine, and I told him to just replace one. He kinda argued with me a bit telling me I needed it (which I refused), but he eventually just walked back into the shop without really saying anything. Came back 10 minutes later and the inspection was done (with 1 wiper replaced, like I asked).I felt awkward arguing with the service tech about what the car needed... I would only go here again if I knew 100% what the car needed and could hold my ground on that. Otherwise, youre probably going to get sold something you dont need.

Awesome place awesome owner and staff. They do all my work that I need. Ziad is number one, a very good person, quite honest and straightforward.

Went in for an inspection sticker, 50 minutes later left with a flat tire. Cant say theyre related. Flat couldnt be fixed had to buy a new tire.

I called and asked them if they could do an inspection for us prior to a meeting. I had 40 minutes to get it done. They guy said, sure we can. I drove there to only to find out that they couldn’t do in at the time they said they would. So basically I wasted my time. My rating is not for the actual service but the wrong information provided over the phone to me.

I made a call on Tuesday asking to drop my cat off for repairs on Thursday. I arrive at the time they suggested Thursday and dropped off my car, no issues. They promised a call once they figured out what was wrong after taking down my number on a random piece of paper (while on the phone with another customer). I left my name, number, and the make and model of the car. No one had called by Thursday evening, so I called Friday late morning for an update. No one knew about my car at all, so they directed me to call a different number. Which I called and left a message. I called again Friday evening before close, and still no one knew anything at all about my car. I was promised a call first thing Saturday morning. Still nothing so I called Saturday afternoon and still no one even knows what my car is in for. (The check engine light is on, which I have had to explain every single time). At this point, Im wondering if my car is even there anymore. Horrible customer service.If they cannot fix a simple Honda Civic, I wish theyd just let me know so I can take it somewhere else. Ill update this if I hear back from them, but right now, Id recommend staying away.
