Just an oil change? I need 6 quarts, and have a bunch if miles so this getting the oil done is very important. The service man is named Richard, and he is smart, quick, and fun to talk with. For $20 they will rotate your tires as well. Cleaned the windows, and after all gave a $10 discount for being a good customer. Richard asked after all the filters as well as differentials as well as the transfer case. Everything checks good, and I was back on the road in an hour. Well done Richard!

Ive been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for years. They are always very friendly & thorough. I was able to get an oil change, engine flush and new wiper blades in 1 visit. I was able to use a coupon which reduced my bill my $30.

This was my first time getting my car’s oil changed (my ex-husband used to take care of it). For as nervous as I was about the experience, my anxiety was quickly put to rest. The employees working at this location were some of the nicest people I’ve come across at any business. They were patient, accommodating, and they took the time to explain each process to me. They even helped me with a tire issue I was having, saving me the time and money of replacing my whole tire. I highly recommend this specific Jiffy Lube for any of their services. They’re efficient and amiable. Two qualities that seem to be rare these days.

I find it a bit baffling that I got charged $100 for an oil change, a 25% increase since last time I went there, with nobody mentioning the price until the bill was presented. The only real reason to go to Jiffy Lube was that it used to be a good value. Now its not. I can go to my mechanic and get the oil changed for less.

I did not have to wait got started immediately, great communication.after leaving I noticed that they did not replace new oil change sticker So I returned to get it. Employee comes out To me showed him my billing receipt and explained to him what happened He took receipt and a few minutes later another employee came out with a hand scribbled sticker and said will this do.no apology I sensed his thought of urgency to get back to his duties I said sure.

I always have an incredible experience with this jiffy lube. They are knowledgeable and professional. They tell me things they notice and offer fixes, sometimes finances are right and I’m able to take care of it and sometimes not. What’s nice is when I can’t afford a repair they don’t get pushy with me and still give me an awesome experience. They also have financing options available which is nice though I usually prefer to save and pay at once. Overall this is prob the best jiffy lube in town! Thanks guys! You are awesome!

Quick in out. I asked only for oil change. Service tech then respected my wishes and stopped going through the list of things that could be done. I know they are expected to sell other services and at some locations the techs disregard my wishes and continue to upsell ..not this place..no tweaker types working here either..just hard working guys doing their jobs.

Came to them with low transmission fluid and a few other problems, they took care of them with a smile and they must of known or could tell I had been having a ruff week cuz they not only got me in quick they also did it for me on the house. Always a nice experience. I am always treated with respect.One thing I don’t get — everyone who checks my tires makes certain they are at 35 psi. This is not correct! Why don’t technicians check the information on the door post and set my tires to 32 psi? (It’s not just Jiffy Lube technicians but everyone who checks my tires, by the way.) The young man who checked my tires yesterday re-did them at my request.I paid full price yesterday. But boy was I annoyed when there was a $20.21 off coupon in my mail today!ALERT THE MEDIA! The store manager just called me and put through a credit to my AMEX card for the full value of the coupon! Unbelievable!Made a customer for life!

Dont let them take your wheels off/on because they will cross- thread the studs every time. They dont know how to hand start the lug nuts. They can change oil, thats about it.

Was very professional and courteous. I had a dead starter on my car when they got finished with my oil change. At least 5 people worked on my car to get it running again. The gentlemen finally rolled my car outside. The manager was kind enough to stay a few minutes after closing to make sure I was ok while waiting for a tow service to come. The guys here always do a great job in a timely manner.update: dropped from 5 to 3 stars. While I was at Jiffy Lube, I was told that my brakes were dangerously low and that they could replace them. Instead, I went to my mechanic and he removed the wheels and inspected the brakes and told me they were fine and would continue so for quite a long time. I was purposely misled at Jiffy Lube - probably to get me to pay them for a service that was not needed. Really disappointed.

I had put brand new bulbs in my headlights and they stopped working. I went in for the oil change and they helped me figure out the bulbs were bad. Very fast and professional. Will definitely be back.

I normally go into Jiffy Lube and take care of my oil changes. Every time I go, I seem to receive better service than most. Whoever the service manager was needs to work on his customer service skills. I did not appreciate being talked down to about my issues with my car. With that being said you can’t beat the price for the service you receive.

Lancaster one is a joke.. alternator replacement and messed up the belt putting it back on. Then try to charge me for a new belt. Then waited 4days for parts that were overnight...

I pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer when Charles a tall, older gentleman asked me to remove the trailer. I asked if he could help me hook it back up because that is the part I had a hard time with, and he agree. It was the end of the shift, after checking everything and doing the oil change and closing the store he was great at guiding me backwards and securing everything properly. This help made it possible to have my car serviced.

The Lancaster store is horrible. Cant even bolt an air filter housing down 2 oil changes in a row. They leave oil all over the top of the engine. They take forever too!! Didnt even ask to wash the windows. Didnt check the tire pressure. If there was a ZERO star option, this location sure earns it!! Plus, I heard a service tech on the phone asking a COVID testing location when they were open because his significant other was showing symptoms of COVID and he was exposed. But yet the employee is still talking close with customers without a care in the world. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Another Jiffy Lube had overfilled my truck. When I went in, Monte and his staff took care of me right away. They drained the oil and replaced it at no charge. Called the other location to tell them about the issue. I will definitely be back!

The entire crew was awesome. I was able to get fuel filter done which was a big bound just wish they wiped the diesel off when it dumped out on frame and components. Other than that the crew was awesome

Traveling alone, out of town, 4 hours one way. Drove up to have car checked fluids and tires. Found a problem made suggestions for a safe trip. They were kind and professional. Much to my suprise no charge for checking my car. Very nice professional crew. I recommend this location. Thank you.

Great service, and financing (*5)..Oops turns out to good to be true. Double charged and overcharged to the tune of $400. Never given copy of finance agreement. Jiffy lube guy digitally signed my name on the finance agreement. If you dont pay it all in 90 days, they charge interest on full amount, and then compound that interest at insanely high rates. DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING, and check the charges before paying. Nice employees, but management is shady as hell.

I was there for about 5 minutes before someone came out to greet me. Next, they did not check my lights. They came over and asked me what I wanted. Oil change and I think thats all they did. I usually see them checking all my fluids. But I saw them just check my washer fluid. They did not check the air filter or show it to me.. they did not fill my tires to psi ratings,, but on the paperwork they said it was all completedThe paperwork said I refused.. I did not mention anything as I usually get really good service. Hopefully its just this time. They had an awesome manager that always ensured things were done. But I guess they released him. Sorry Monty. Service has gone down, time to maybe start looking for a new place for oil changes.

I had a great experience on Saturday when I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was professional. Because of Covid, I stayed in my car, so I was able to see how well the staff worked together and communicated with each other. Lots of team work, and of course, they were all wearing masks!

They were very nice and treated me like a queen. I got a water pump replaced that took a few hours so one of the guys took me home and picked me up when it was ready. I would give them more than 5 stars! 5+++++ I will never go anywhere else!💕

My 17 year old brother went in to get anti freeze put into his car. I was told by an employee that 2 mechanics with degrees were both out with covid and no one else on shift had degrees. One of the workers had my brothers chevy impala running and decided to take the cap off of the radiator which then exploded all over the engine. I have on recording me asking the mechanic why he did that and his response was no reason, I just wanted to. Because of this guys decision my brothers car is even more messed up then before, the car overheated when he drove away from the lot and broke down in Keizer. I had to have my friend use her truck to tow it back to the jiffy lube on Lancaster for them to fix and it is still having problems. My brother dropped $500 already just to get anti freeze and we got back a full mess. To the employee that gave my brother a ride to work, thank you I appreciate you.

I have used Jiffy Lube in the past and fill they have been fare. In taking my van to have a oil change. The charge was $76. This seems to be very high and i wont be back.

Was very upset once I heard Monty was back as the manager. I pulled in for my oil change and saw that Monte was back, so I left. Ive had a very uncomfortable experience with him there. I also have seen and heard many other WOMEN and have the same issue as I have. Its disgusting that this company is keeping someone like him around.
