I needed some exterior vinyl siding repaired on an older home. Better Home Improvements had color options that matched very closely. They offered a fair price, the crew was professional, on time, and the work met all my expectations. I would definitely hire them again if I need any of the services they provide in the future.

What a great experience we had with Tracy, Bill, and John remodeling our kitchen. Tracy White is a stand up guy that delivers what is promised. Bills computer design and layout is top notch and right on point and John did an amazing job with installation and finish work. Tracy even added a finishing touch on our main bath shower that was left incomplete by a different contractor. I whish I would have come across Tracy and his company first to do the bathroom remodel as well. Everything was complete and any issues were taken care of immediately. I cant say enough about how happy my wife and I are with our new kitchen. Any future projects we have will include Better Home Improvements to do the work. Great job guys! Highly recommend this company and these guys for any home projects that need to be done professionally with high quality work.

We had an excellent experience with Better Home Improvements. We had them replace an old fiberglass tub shower combo with a solid wall stall with barn style glass door. Tracy the owner came out for the estimate and he was fair and honest. He understood the options and advised us on the best solution to fit our needs.The install took two days and Zac was extremely professional to work with. From putting down cloths to protect our wood floors, to keeping the door shut to keep the dust contained. He checked in a couple times to be sure he was adding the shelves and nooks where we wanted them and that we knew where the progress was. It took 24 hours to set so I took my first shower in it last night, and those added special touches really made a difference. absolutely love the work!

I would have to give BB&K 5/5 stars just because of the finished product. It was a rough start and took an extra-long time but overall, I’m thrilled with the results and expect to have them come back for more work. This started out as a kitchen remodel and turned into so much more. For starters, I had them put in new tile flooring throughout half my house (a double-wide). They also adjusted the roof over my back porch so that it slanted AWAY from my house so that when it rains, the rain no longer comes in thru my back door! During the job, I asked for and received 3 new windows and a new back door, which was not that easy since this IS a double-wide and requires special doors. For the new windows in my dining room, I asked for a real windowsill and Bill built it for me. In fact, Bill was so awesome that it would take a book to sing his praises! Not only is he professional and well-educated in his field but in many other ‘fields’ as well! I learned quite a bit during the whole process and I’m no novice at home ownership. All this was on top of a rather large remodel already with all new appliances, all new cabinets throughout the kitchen and laundry space, granite countertops and bar in addition to new lighting overhead and under cabinets. I chose some seriously different backsplash tiling which Bill did, not only a very professional job installing, but added some creativity of his own. He’s a perfectionist, which I just love! In addition to the main project, I asked for and received some extra handy-man help as I live alone and am a bit handicapped as well. The end result of all the time and effort is that my home is not only in a great state of repair (no more sagging floors and collapsing cabinets) but I am more organized than I could have thought possible. Remodeling is always a stressful condition and issues arise inevitably. With BB&K, all issues were addressed and resolved. I am now proud of my ‘new’ home!

These guys were great. They had the best price and the best timeline for completion of my master bathroom and they delivered on both. My lead contractor Zac Hart, got more done in one day than others do in a week. He moved efficiently but never skipped out on quality workmanship.They brought my vision to fruition and I couldn’t be happier.

Better Home Improvements redid the hall bath in my townhome, replacing the fiberglass shower/tub combination with a walk-in shower. Their prices were so reasonable that I decided to have them replace the sink, vanity, toilet, lights and floor as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From contract to finish, Tracy White and his installers were professional and congenial. They listened to my concerns and were easy to work with. Yes, as with most jobs, there were a few corrections which needed to be made. These were done in a timely manner, in one trip, and I have not had any problems since. They contacted the materials manufacturer for a solution and came out this morning to fix it. So far, so good.

We engaged Better Home Improvements (BHI) for a five (5) weeks home remodelling project. The work primarily involved a master bath and kitchen renovation, together with entire home electrical and lighting improvements, and garage refresh. Tracy White, the owner, is knowledgeable, responsive, forthright and was instrumental in arranging interest free financing. The work went as planned and on schedule. We very much appreciated BHIs designs, material suggestions and color schemes. Much attention was paid to construction details. All work wasprofessional and neat. All questions were promptly answered. BHI also stands behind its quality work after project completion. Overall experience was five star. We enjoyed working with a local vendor and highly recommend BHI.

Contracted with this company to completely remodel our severely outdated kitchen. Although we experienced some delays due to supply chain interruptions during the pandemic, kitchen was completed in a reasonable timeframe and we were always informed when delays occurred. All the employees were professional, courteous and skilled. Bottom line.....we have an absolutely beautuful kitchen now and they have very satisfued customers. Awesome company to do business with. We had a kitchen remodel done by BB&K earlier this year and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.  The workmanship was detailed and complete, the staff was friendly and reliable, and the management teams communication throughout the process was top-notch. Good work starts from the top - Tracy White and team were excellent in their communication with us and attentive to any needs/changes we requested during the remodel.  Having never undertaken a large remodeling project like this, we were a bit nervous going in to the contract but Tracy and the management staff walked us through the entire project so we knew exactly what to expect. We were very impressed with our installer and would recommend BB&K to anyone.  As a matter of fact, were planning to have BB&K quote us on 2 bathrooms in the near future.

They are not customer orientated three visits, one salesman to the house, no measurements, only pictures done. Ask to come to the showroom no outlay of the kitchen done after a week.Another appointment which after the point it was confusing, was told the layout was done, but the salesman had it on his computer, which she said she did, so why would it not be on your computer you created it. These people are a waste of time!!! GO ELSEWHERE. Im sure I would have been happy!!!!

Based on our experience and a previous review, this business makes a habit out of reckless driving. Went straight from a left turn only lane and nearly ran into us. Then abruptly weaved back and forth both between lanes and nearly drove off the road. Be more careful, especially when pulling a company trailer.

The BEST!!!The upstairs full bathroom is beautiful and now they are doing our downstairs full bathroom!!
