We highly recommend The Fixture Gallery! We love supporting local small businesses, and Kayla and Jodie delivered great customer service and lots of value by helping make our kitchen remodel amazing. They walked us through options for our kitchen sink and showed us styles and different colors, using our counter and backsplash samples to make recommendations. We chose a single basin quartz sink and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Want to get professional help instead of just looking on your own at a big box store? Unbelievable customer service. I had a major problem with obtaining replacement parts with a glass shower which was installed by another business which no longer carried that product. I reached out to Kayla to see if the business could help since they currently carried the same shower doors by that manufacturer. PROBLEM! The model was 5 years old but that didnt stop Kayla from working with me to solve the problem. Long story short; she found the part, was able to get it under warranty and had it shipped directly to me. And we NEVER even communicated except via email. Talk about going the distance for a customer without regard for the sale or, in this case, no sale. Her comment was - this is what we do. So for what it is worth, in this day and age how many companies are willing to do that!!! If we ever need fixtures in the future, I will be looking at this business because I feel that whatever happens, they will make it right.

Recently visited store2/15/21. I get Covid-19 is present its not new. Better posting outside and/ on Digital listing would be advised to Owners. I bring my family in to purchase items for our new Kitchen to be met with being told to leave as kids are not allowed. Disappointing. Told there is posting outside. Only to find a small vague signage approximately 8x8 appointment only 18+ .Would ask more Communication or More Visible Notifications.

Not happy. Looking for tub fixture. I was the only customer in the building and was told I have to leave and make an appt next week because they are now appt based. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. their appts hadnt arrived. How hard would it have been to help me? I waited 15 minutes in my car and still the appt didnt arrive. Awful customer service. So now masks and social distancing doesnt work with this deadly virus? I am redoing my entire house and need fixtures. Theyve lost at least $1,000.

We were looking for a certain kind of toilet and they were very knowledgeable about their inventory. Pleasant and helpful staff took care of us (Thank you Jodie!!!). Then when we found one of the bowls had a crack, we were able to get it replaced quickly. We will definitely be using Fixture Gallery again for any of our fixture needs!

Our experience picking out fixtures for our new build was top notch with Amy. We had our young children with us and she was incredibly patient and accommodating as we juggled decision making alongside meeting the needs of our kids. She was very familiar with all the huge array of products and steered us expertly towards the features that fit our needs, style and personality, choosing a lower priced option where it made sense for us. Being able to see and feel the options was so valuable.

I want to start off by saying that Amy was awesome! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. If I could rate the individuals differently Id give her 5 stars. I am extremely disappointed with the other indivual that works there though, she was rude and condescending. We made a few different orders and when we ordered under her she never called to let us know our items had come in, unlike Amy who called right away. Its a great store, especially if you need specialty items, but with an extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful employee I will take my kitchen and bath needs elsewhere.

While I didnt find what I wanted the selection was visually appealing. The ladies up front were knowledgable and offered several suggestions for my requests. Definitely a local shop to support!

Plumber recommended. Its very expensive, product is difficult to return so keep that in mind. Do some price comparison shopping first.
