This allowed us to feel the difference in the mattresses. She thoroughly explained the 120 night guarantee and the free delivery was set up for the following day. If I could give them a zero rating I would we spent close to $5000 were told the Product was available. one week later was told that it could’ve been sold out from under us pushed out another week, they called still no product pushed out one more week, called again still no product I have looked at reviews for this company and it seems that everybody’s getting the same runaround from this company. they guarantee that they have product you make the payment now they don’t have the product I will never do Business with them again also the employees that we have talked to have been very rude and unprofessional they have no desire to rectify the situation. their answer is you want a refund fine here you go they have zero customer service and zero patience when people are frustrated with the blatant lies of “we have this product in the inventory but oh wait someone can go to the warehouse and buy your purchase out from under you” this is a bait and switch and I am making sure to tell everybody that I know to not buy from them.

She was so sweet and super fun and made it such a easy process and answered all my questions, she was jumping from myself and another guest while answering the phone and taking care of everyone. Update so I got my bunkie board delivered and it was nothing like I thought it was just cloth wrapped around wood nothing like I thought it was. I looked at reviews for it and realized this is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed in this purchase I was under the impression it was a flat board to separate your metal box spring and your foam mattress. Boy was I wrong. Called back and I am awaiting them to pick up this cloth wrapped wood and get a refund. My bad for not reading reviews to begin with. They gave me 3 options. 1. Keep it and get an in store credit, 2. find a truck and take it back or 3. Have them come pick it up for $99. The Bunki Board cost $90. Ugh very disappointed in my options....

Do NOT apply for a payment plan unless you KNOW youll get approved for what you want. They dont tell you checking to see how much you qualify for means youre opening an account even if you dont end up wanting to go forward. The person on duty June 8th 2021, checked that I approved to open even though I didnt. Now my credit score is screwed up until this falls off my report because theres nothing Synchrony can do but close the account. Ugh. If i had known, I wouldnt have applied or went through mattress firm at all.

I only rated it 3 stars because I have not purchased a mattress through them yet. I have no problem with this store, but wanted to check other stores for pricing. The saleswoman, Tabitha, was awsome! She was patient and very carefully explained details about the mattresses and how to use the adjustable bed with motor underneath. I do think theyre a little expensive, but I have not checked them enough to know whether their quality is very high, which it very well may be.

My wife and I were just window shopping and we decided to go look at Mattress Firm. We were approached by Mike; a kind, friendly sales person. We didn’t know what we wanted so he showed us all options for memory foam beds. We narrowed it down with great help. We bought a hybrid mattress with adjustable settings...a great price and exactly what we wanted.

Pam was great to work with! Helped us out. Was willing to move some mattress around just so we could see what the mattress and based would look like at home! She is great and highly recommend her!

As most people Brandy & I are going to shop around for matresses. There like 10 in Salem, Oregon alon. We went to Matress firm on Lancaster & Auburn. Killian Cater was the best salesman. We went to 5 other places on Lancaster looking for twin beds for teens. Everyone else said twins are for toddlers. Killian found us twin beds that are good for teens for a great price. We could have waited for other beds, but Killians customer service was above & beyond. I have worked as a supervisor in many customer service departments & roles. I would hire Killian in a heartbeat.

Best experience I have had shopping for a mattress. When we walked in we were each given a pillow and and explained the lay out of the mattresses so we could try any of them out without someone hovering over us. We felt right at home trying them out. Whenever we had questions they gladly helped us so we could make an informed decision.

We looked everywhere for the right mattress in and around Salem until we found Mattress Firm. Barbie who helped us was not trying to push anything but allowed her stores products and prices to do most of the talking. What we really got from Barbie was some good information and as much help as we asked for. She did however work very hard to give us the absolute best deal...unmatched anywhere else in town. Sam was extremely professional, and even though he was working by himself, he made us feel like the only priority. From the initial warm greeting to the moment we left, it didnt feel like we were being sold. He offered the complete package, from mattress and foundation, to sheets, mattress protection and delivery.
