Ive been shopping around for a specific piece of living room furniture to fit in my small living room. A friend tipped me off to this location and I was super pleased! I found the exact piece that I was looking for for about $600 less than it was listed on some of the other furniture websites!Usually I would pass on the extended warranty, but the one they offer is less than $200 and its good for 5 years! And it even includes cleaning services! Im thrilled!My new sleeper sofa with hidden storage is arriving on the 17th and I cant wait to get it settled in my living room!

We just moved 3 weeks ago from out if state and needed some furniture items at a reasonable price. We stopped into bedmart and Tim met us with patience and kindness helping us find what we needed and best part delivery will only take 2 days. We will definitely be going back for more items.

Have boughten from there twice! They are so helpful and patient! I came in last night to purchase a couch and Ed was so helpful and courtesy. We had been to a previous store prior and left due to the pushy feeling we got. They provide a relaxing helpful at your pace experience! Much appreciated!! Highly recommend! Bed Mart was our first stop looking for a new mattress and our last stop. We were immediately greeted by sales associateTim. We knew we wanted a Tempurpedic mattress. This was my first time shopping here. Initially, my salesperson was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Unfortunately, when my bed was finally delivered, it was the wrong bed. It turned out that my salesperson had ordered the wrong bed. When I went back to the store, the same salesperson was there and I asked her what happened with my order and why the wrong bed was ordered. She blamed me, saying I had changed my mind to save a little money! That was not true. The bed I had told her to order was in my budget. Now I have to pay more money for a bed that I had thought I had already ordered and I have to wait 5 more days for it to be delivered. I dont like being blamed for someone elses mistake. I will never shop here again.After I posted this review I was contacted by management within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the customer courtesy and compensation I received for my bed mix-up. Thank you BedMart for addressing my issue.

After going to another mattress store and being ignored my partner and I were slightly defeated in our search for a new bed. Chelsea greeted us right as we arrived and asked if we had any questions and gave a plethora of information that we didnt even know to ask about. Chelsea is very personable, knowledgeable about the inventory and processes and went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable. Overall a really great experience.

Didnt have what we needed so we didnt make a purchase but the salesperson who helped us was super friendly and as helpful as one could ask. I asked his name so I could mention him but it has since slipped my mind. Nice big showroom with plenty to look at. Will definitely give them a try next time we are shopping.

She helped us get a couch that unfortunately ended up with some flaws and stephani with her amazing customer service put in for us to get a replace that was taking too long and agreed to exchange it instead for us and gave us a discount to end up with a couch and loveseat instead. Best experiance ever!!!! They delivered an set up replacement the next day!!! Amazing job guys thank you soo much.

I do not recommend this place at all. A few years ago I ordered a bedroom set for my son and there were nothing but issues with getting everything delivered. Then this past August I went in again giving them the benefit of the doubt that the mishap with the bedroom set was a one off situation. My husband and I ordered a couch on 8/9/2020 and were told delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and we did not have our new couch and we had not been contacted about it either, so my husband called and was told it is on the way but because of Coivd and the fires in Oregon things were delayed. We said ok we understand. We waited another 2 weeks still nothing so my husband again called the store and asked about the couch only to be told. Sorry we actually dont have that model in the warehouse and we sold the floor model to someone else but we were gonna call you and you will get a refund within 7 to 10 days. That was over three weeks ago. My husband has called the store to find out about the refund only to be put on hold with no one returning. Then he called and was given and 800 # to find out what is taking so long with the refund and is getting nowhere with that either. They have almost $1200 dollars of our money and we keep getting jerked around. I will never do business with this place again.

I just moved from Boston and I was struggling to find an affordable and big free mattress, I came here and Richard helped me look through all of my options, and I was completely satisfied. I’ve never received better customer service or a nicer mattress; for the price it was honestly a steal. Anyone moving or looking for good furniture please come here you WILL NOT be dissatisfied.

Today my husband and I went into BedMart on Lancaster in Salem looking for a queen mattress. We had a plan to go to several different stores, testing beds and then most likely going home to make a deacon and come back tomorrow or next week. When we walked into this location we were greeted by Edward who helped us from start to finish. He never made us feel pressured, even walked away when me and my husband wanted to talk about it one on one without us even asking. He tested our alignment on the beds and gave us every option and was so up front with all of the information. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision and something I thought I’d need a couple days to think about, turned into something we went with on the spot. He’s one of the best salesmen of any product I have ever met and not in the bad way. I’m thankful he was the one we were with and I’m thankful that he made this process easier than I could have imagined. If anyone ever deserved a raise it’s him.

We recently moved to town and did a lot of shopping around for furniture. We ended up buying a sectional sofa and bedroom set from The Outlet. Definitely the best price for what you get. The staff was friendly, low pressure but present for questions and we worked out a great deal. Delivery and setup was prompt and professional. One piece arrived damaged, but the replacement was quick and conflict free. Thanks to Ryan and Harley for making it all so easy. Were really happy with the style and craftsmanship of what we received. Definitely coming back next time we have a need.

Richard offered my husband and me so many outstanding ideas and tips on our visit to the The Outlet BedMart that we will actually be saving money when we make our purchase. We were able to try out a lot of beds and Richard guided us in a very low-pressure manner that helped us feel comfortable. This experience was pleasant and pain-free and Richard is knowledgeable and friendly.

Found a great mattress for less than half our budget, also happen to fall in love with some pillows while trying out the bed. Had to pay a minor fee to remove old mattresses but I didnt mind since we saved so much on the new mattress. Richard was nice to work with.

I really enjoyed my experience with Richard. A no pressure, understandable kind of guy.I have a very indecisive in particular taste as well as budget he was willing to work with me and took all my concerns into consideration as well as making reasonable recommendations. Prior to this I had been to many stores in the Salem Keizer area and had not found what I wanted for the price I wanted. In the end I got the sofa that I wanted for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back! The only reason for four stars its because they do not deliver on Saturdays

Awesome place to shop. No sales pressure to purchase the high priced beds. We asked the questions he (Richard) listened. My wife and I found a bed we could both agree on, which after 16 years NEVER happened. Will go back and will recommend. Thanks By the way, the bed was only $700, delivered and set up.

Such a great place to buy a mattress! Richard was so helpful and very knowledgeable he helped us pick the perfect mattress. After sleeping on it for a couple nights i dont know how i ever slept on anything else! We had such a good experience that 3 days after getting the mattress we went back and got a love seat as well. Bought our mattress in April and Ive been having the best sleep since then. Richard was not only knowledgeable but personable. I definitely recommend doing the mattress test and go in with a couple hours to spare because IT IS VERY WORTH IT in the long run. I found something that will last me at least ten years and I got an EXCELLENT PRICE. My sleep is one of the most important things in my life lol so I was very happy with my shopping experience here.

Walked in with a vague idea of the sofa I wanted for our new living room furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I didnt feel pressured like i was at a used car dealership. Jake took good care of my girlfriend and I and helped us pick out the best option.Ended up getting a screaming deal on a chofa (chaise lounge/sofa). Definitely coming back to get my mattress here when my old when finally gives out.

Me and my girlfriend went to 5 different furniture stores today. I was never greeted by a salesman until I went here. Our salesman Oscar was great; he wasnt high pressure, quickly answered our questions and if he wasnt sure he quickly got the information I needed to make my decision. This store goes beyond discount prices it provides amazing service and I wont take my business anywhere else.
