Went in to get a tire fixed and overheard the customer in front of me talking to the manager. Don’t know the full situation but I’ll just say they made things right with the customer who had an issue. Was very impressed and OK tire did the right thing. Made me want to bring all my business here.

Went for alignment 2 weeks ago, refused to do it due to finding issues with tie rods and bushings. Which is nice to know prior to doing. Brought back and given keys back after mechanic drove it and said wheel bearings bad. Remind you all brand new front end. Asked him to drive it with me, magically the sound was unable to be found. He said I guess we can do the alignment. Be aware of this type of poor service will not recommend further to anyone even with the reasonable prices...

Great experience! Staff is always Very personable and friendly. I had a flat that was irreparable, and due to AWD vehicle was told by another store it would be 1200.00 for a new set. My tires were only 6 months old. I stopped by “OK” and they found a used tire that matched the very minimal tread wear.....$40 later I was on the road again. Very grateful. Thank you so much!

Dont look anywhere else, but HERE. I was looking for weeks to get new tires on my card that i needed desperately. 6 different tire shops could not get my car in for 2-3 weeks. I called them and they told me they could get it done that day. Dropped my car off and within hours it was done. Also amazing customer service. :) Thank you OK TIRE!

Bought 4 new all-season tires. Dropped off car to have them installed. Went to pick up and winter tires (less than 1 yr old) werent in the car but in some pile. Requested them back and eventually received without bags on them. When driving away felt horrible clunking. Turns out lugs on one wheel werent even finger-tight. Patronize at your own risk.

I have used this company for over 10 years now. Today I had a tire alignment done by them. When I went to leave I noticed a nail in one of my front tires that had been there for awhile judging by wear. When I went back into the store they fixed it for free for me, saying they should have seen it. The nail wasnt their fault in my view. I called OK when my service engine light came on to see if they could run a diagnosis. It was 5 minutes before their closing time on a Saturday but they told me to bring it in. Even though it was a short job for them they could have closed instead of seeing me. Ive done business with them before and I will again. Hats off to you guys!

These are the nicest people! I thought I was going to be having to buy new front tires when I rolled in last week. They took a look at my tires and said it wasnt too bad, that mine had just been on the front steering the car too long but that they would still follow just fine in the rear. They put the rear tires with all the good tread on them onto the front and got me outta there for the $10 tire rotation.I always go to OK Tire, and theyre always so fair and good to me that it keeps reminding me why. Maybe they dont have matching uniforms, and maybe its not the newest and fanciest store in town, but Im not going there for a massage, Im going to get my oil changed or a new part installed in my car. They do a fantastic job, and their customer service is top notch.For me, I really enjoyed handing my keys to a gentleman there named Ralph and 15 minutes later having my car done and ready to roll. In and out, thats what Im looking for.Keep it up guys.

Love these guys. I moved away from Salem 15 years ago and remember buying used tires from them almost twenty years ago, when I was still a teenager. I was recently back there and needed a good set of used tires to get me across the country and they delivered at a great price. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Purchased 2 tires. They put them on, quickly! I purchased 4 tires from them in 2016, so I went back! Getting my alignment done, and oil changed, Saturday. Good people!

With my schedule, I dont often get to pick where I get maintenance done - but when I get the chance I always go here. Ive been going here off and on since I was 17 (Im 25 now.) Its not some super fancy all-in-one maintenance shop and the staff isnt dressed up in matching uniforms, but they have always been super honest and fair with me.Every time Ive gone there they give me exactly what I need and never have tried to up-sell me or push me into something that my car doesnt need. In fact, their recommendations have saved me money from time to time.This is one of the few businesses in town that is actually trustworthy...and its nice to see an organization stick to honest values. If youre not going here, youre wrong.

I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff here is. I went in thinking I was ready to buy new tires but they decided they would take a look first. Turns out my problem was rust. It only cost 30 dollars and 30 minutes to fix my slow leak toes and now I am a fan for life! Ok name, amazing service!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove over a nail on a busy Friday morning and next thing I knew I was driving with a flat. I googled the closest place I could and as soon as I got there, I was greeted with a smile and was asked for my keys so they could help asap! I waited no longer than 15 minutes for my service and to top it off, the staff (which might have been the owner), didnt let me pay! So grateful. As a college student with no spare tire and not much money, it really meant a lot. Definitely recommend.

We brought our car to Ok Tires for an alignment and there were excellent!! We needed to have a cam kit put onto the vehicle and they explained everything to us before installing the kit. Not the most extravagant of places, but the people there are so kind and genuine, especially the owner (I believe he was the owner). I went here because it was the least expensive place I could find. I needed an alignment and for my brakes to checked and fixed.As a person that doesnt know much about cars, I went in knowing that they would be like other places and try to get me to pay for things that I didnt need. I told them what I thought I needed and turns out I need less done than I thought. If they want to, they could have replaced my back brake pads, but didnt because they still had about 50% life span left. They care for the customer and giving good service instead of the money. The owner gave me $20 off my total. Im still not fully sure why, but it was a really nice thing of him to do!About 2 weeks after their service, my brakes stopped working. The first thing that came to mind was they must have done something wrong. Turns out, one of the cylinders in my back brakes broke. I came in (With no appointment). The same guy (I believe is the owner) took my car in right away and got things taken care within an hour and a half. When I picked up my car it was supposed to be $40 for the part, but they gave me the service and replacement FREE OF CHARGE. This place is so amazing and has such kind people. I even feel bad that they didnt charge me. All I know is they converted me and my whole family from Les Schwab to OK Tires. I definitely plan on going back when I have more issues!

Had water pump go bad and they they were able to fix it that day. If I had to I would go back to them. Prices seemed a little high but I was able to get it done that day.

I purchased an aftermarket track bar due to the Death Wobble I was experiencing in my Jeep ZJ. Many shops wont install bring in parts, which I can understand, even if the part is brand new in a sealed box, from a company that specializes in curing the Death Wobble. However, its nice knowing that such a part can still be installed professionally. Les Schwabs said no, Ok Tire said... OK!Death Wobble has disappeared, and overall stability is much better! The price was very reasonable, too.Courteous, professional, and quality service.

Hands down the most honest and kind people. I walked in and told them straight up i dont know jack about cars. They coulda taken advantage of that and screwed me, but i ended up spending close to nada. Im making an appt to go back in this week for more work, and ill be saving a hell of alot more than i would somewhere else. Plus, i cant express how helpful the staff is. Always a crap shoot when I go there......One day,I went there to get a a tire replaced on my Land Rover. That day, the service was excellent, there was a nice girl working at the counter and the staff got me on my way quickly.The following week, I went in around 4:00 in the afternoon for tires for my truck and trailer, I stood at the counter for 19 minutes, the tech in the back looked at me twice but never helped me. Naturally, I left and gave my business to Les Schawb.So, either in the future, I will roll the dice and give OK Tire another chance or, I will go somewhere where I can get guaranteed service....

The worst customer service ever! First the employee tried to sell me on my ball joints being bad when they are not! Thank God I got a second opinion. Then they dont stand behind what they sell. I bought a set of four used tires and less then a month goes by and one of them splits out the sidewall. Went back to them to see if they would make it right. Not a chance the sent me down the road with a two-ply highway tire when what I bought was a six-ply tire. I HAVE TO SAY I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED I AM AS ALSO TREATED LIKE CRAPPIE BY THE MORON WHO INSTALLED MY TIRES AND TO ADD TO IT HE OVER TORCHED MY LUGS CAUSING MY ROEDER TO GET WORPPED

They stand behind their work. There was a problem with our alignment and caused the tires to go bald. They replaced tires and realigned for mo charge.
