The gentleman came out to help me when I locked the keys in the car! I was with my 6 month old and he wouldn’t give up till he got in. I can’t believe how patient and nice he was! I will 100% always recommend. They got there so quick.

Came down from Waynesboro to visit my mom who was in the hospital. Stopped in the store for a drink. When I came out, my truck wouldn’t start. They came out and attempted to get it started for me. When that didn’t work, they promptly brought a rollback out and towed it to the dealership for me. Both guys were professional, and easy to talk to. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Out of towner who had an alternator die right before arriving in Roanoke. We took our car over to the guys at professional auto to have it fixed. Not only did they replace the alternator, but they replaced our brakes, and did an oil change within a few hours. The guys were very helpful and very reasonably priced, especially for resolving everything same day so we could get back on the road. Would recommend their services.

Traditional customer care is what I consider to be rare these days. Thats why I go there any time I need service that I cant do myself. A tragic fire nearly did them in, but they are fighting back and are on their way to successfully recover and be better than ever.

An older woman had locked her keys in her car at Walmart Supercenter in Salem. She did not have her phone and she used mine to call this business. They were there in less than 10 minutes. They allowed her to pay the bill the following week. I am extremely impressed with what I saw of this operation.

Matt came out for a call on a cold night when we were stranded while traveling. We assumed it was the battery, but the battery tested good and a jump box failed to trigger the starter motor. He suggested the starter might be hung up, and tried gently tapping on the starter itself - and it started up easily. Grateful that he was able to get us up and running again with a simple fix (instead of arranging a tow and putting it up on the lift).

These people are great and very fairly priced. I had to get my car towed to my mechanic. I have a very tricky driveway to get into with a flatbed truck but the serviceman was super upbeat and positive and we worked together to get the job done. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

My car broke down in the Roanoke/Salem area. I called AAA and they sent over Jason from Professional Auto Towing & Service Inc. He was super helpful and nice. Its rough when your car breaks down twice while trying to make it to visit your family during the holidays. He was a great Christmas elf. He also gave good tips for making sure people dont take advantage of a lack of knowledge of cars by trying to make sure you dont buy more than you need. Honest, and good-humored - customer service at its best!

I got placed to them through AAA and they were super nice and my tower, Cain, held conversation during the trip to my location. Super pleased with the kindness of the workers. You don’t see many kind-hearted workers out there.

I would really like to commend this company for making a tough road trip into a good experience where the journey was as important as the destination. Car broke down for the 2nd time on a 7 hour journey and barely made it off the freeway. They came to the rescue. They accommodated our little one in a car seat and brought another truck to make it happen so momma was happy. Upon arrival I noticed everyone was just as nice as can be and everyone was smiling. He noticed the problem was my terminal connectors and spent the time to install new ones.
