Im so happy I decided to go with Cabinet Depot for my kitchen. They were helpful each step of the way. Walked me through the process and gave us suggestions to consider. I even got a call after installation to see how things were going and if I was happy with it. This would never happen with a big box store. The cabinets were ready in 2 weeks where other stores were quoting 12 weeks. Locally made high quality. The installation by Kinney and granite by Galaxy Stone were top notch professionals too.

Mother-in-law bought a new home in December and we renovated most of it. Chris from Cabinet Depot was great working with us. He was patient with all of our questions, gave us different options to best fit our needs and most importantly had delivered & installed on the scheduled date (even with Covid). Roy Kinney who owned the company that installed the cabinets came out measured everything and helped cement the plans so everything went smooth. They are an incredible collaboration for you cabinet and kitchen needs!

We live in Boston and this place is well worth the 45 minute drive.We needed to build an island for our newly renovated kitchen. I had spent several weeks of back and forth with someone at Home Depot (first mistake) and received an astronomical price point. I spoke with another Boston-area cabinet maker who could not give me an estimate for a week. We are talking two cabinets here, and I knew exact measurements.On the recommendation of a local carpenter I gave Andy a call at Cabinet Depot. We had cabinet models, color, materials needed, and price squared away on that first phone call. Perfect! The price also happened to come in significantly lower than the previous two estimates. My cabinets were ready for pickup two days later, and working out pick up and payment with Chris and Andy was easy and professional.A few months in now and cabinet quality seems to be great. Soft close, solid construction, and it looks high end.Do yourself a favor and start here!

When deciding to redo our kitchen, we shopped around at a few kitchen design stores and were floored with how much the cabinets were going to cost us. We quickly sought out alternatives, but did not want cheaply made cabinets or to go the Ikea route. With one visit to Cabinet Depot and meeting Chris, our minds were made up. The price was very affordable and they were able to recommend an installer as well. They have limited door and color choices, but as long as you like one, you are good to go. Chris helped us with the design including providing advice and expertise. Roy, the installer they recommended, got to work and was nothing short of amazing. When installing the cabinets, they noticed a defect and were able to get a replacement within 48 hours! They even accommodated a last minute design change and got us the cabinet same day. We are in love with our kitchen and Cabinet Depot!

I came to Chris at Cabinet Depot from the recommendation by my wifes coworker. He helped them with their kitchen and loved the experience. So when we decided to do our kitchen it was an easy choice.We had done a design through Ikea not that long before and we liked the look and layout they gave but not the thought of having to build or install everything ourselves. We took that design to Chris and he put together a similar rendition and quote with an estimated cost for installation. It was nearly the same as the Ikea kitchen without install.In the end, we went with Cabinet Depot for most things. We did get our flooring and sink ourselves because we found them cheaper elsewhere. It was not a problem with Chris for us to take those off the quote.We love our kitchen. Everything looks great! We had a great experience all around. I would highly recommend Cabinet Depot.

I loved them. Chris the sales rep at Cabinet depot was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He gave lots of options on how to design kitchen. Then the man, Roy, who came to house to measure cabinets and install was also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. He also gave wonderful suggestions. He renovated practically my entire house, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, walls, floors, etc. I would highly recommend this entire team of people. I have the most beautiful kitchen. I had a huge project removing walls more than doubling the size of my kitchen. I was a little nervous because there was such an extreme price difference from other places. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I could not have been happier with the cabinets. We have full wood Maple cabinets, we used their recommended installer that was fabulous! I was even able to make a same day change to add something and they had it in stock I did not have to wait 8 weeks for something to be shipped! Chris, Andy and Kristen all were so helpful and great to deal with. I would absolutely recommend the Salem store!

We spoke with Andy regarding a kitchen remodel we are doing. He was very responsive. While we ultimately did not purchase our cabinets from Cabinet Depot due to our preference for a different door style, I would recommend them for cabinets a standard kitchen.

Cabinets installed for a month now- looking great. Very good pricing and quality. Got cherry wood for almost the same price as maple. selection is not huge and store hours are limited, but that did not impact my project. I would recommend these folks.

Cabinet Depot in Salem has been a joy to work with on kitchen remodels. They are very prompt with their response times and we had no issues when scheduling up for appointments. The two people that work there are so friendly and take the time to answer all our questions with a smile and dont worry about how much time they spend on each subject. I would recommend them for anyone looking to redo their kitchen at an affordable cost for the best quality cabinets around. Plus they can normally have the cabinets delivered within 7-10 days from the time of purchase instead of waiting 5-6 weeks at bigger companies like Home Depot and Lowes.

We purchased kitchen cabinets in January from Andy and we really had a great experience. Being first time home owners with a very odd shaped kitchen set up was daunting, but Andy designed a functional cabinet setup for us that gave us so much more cabinet/counter space than the original kitchen had. We went with the cherry cabinets and they look more beautiful than I even imagained!Andy and his coworker Kristen were both so easy to work with, and they were super patient with me every time I stopped by the store with questions (which was a lot!). We also went with the contractor he recommended to install them, and the granite person he recommended for the countertop, and we are so happy with both of their services too! I absolutely recommend cabinet depot, and we will be back for sure where we’re ready to tackle our bathroom!

Wish I could give them less than one star...Do not bother wasting your time. Had these guys come out and measure out kitchen to see about doing a full kitchen remodel. The information they gave us was scattered and confusing and it was not clear if we would hear from them for the estimate or of we were to contact them...waited a week with not hearing from them and called on a Saturday morning to talk to Samantha. Was told she was busy and sent me to her voicemail.. Left a detailed message with our contact info just to touch base and havent heard back from anyone... Its been over 20 days since then. Clearly they are not concerned about making money or keeping in touch with potential clients.
