We can’t give this dealership enough stars. First, we are from Ohio and flew in to buy a 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO. I found the truck online on cars.com. I made a call to the dealership and Milo (salesman) answered. Milo FT me and he showed me the truck. That evening we spoke on the phone and I told him we wanted it. Friday morning Milo text as I was in a meeting and said the truck was ours. I called him immediately after I hit his text and started the process of purchasing the truck. Let’s just say this is the most stress free purchase I have ever made while purchasing a vehicle. We flew in to Boston airport where Milo picked us up. We arrived at the dealership and everything was ready for us. Edwin in finance was very nice and a few signatures and we were finished. Milo took us back to service and Ramon explained our service agreement and what to expect when going to an out of state dealership. We have already put in a request for another vehicle. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you Milo, Ramon and Edwin for making this purchase so easy.

Jay Enright has sold us many automobiles which is why we return to Toyota. We know he has to represent the dealership but he also has a way of making us, the customer, equally important. He is great for following through on details and made our car shopping a predictable process without the haggle or feeling like a captive in a dealership (been there and done that elsewhere). It would be well worth it to seek out Jay if you are in the market for a reliable automobile at a fair price.

I spoke with someone about trading in my Jeep. She made me an appointment and I told her I wanted to buy a new car within the next couple of months or sooner. She said I could come by and have my vehicle appraised. I stated I can’t buy a car the same day and she said that’s perfectly fine. When I got there it was a different story. The sales manager was very rude to me even though it was their miscommunications that caused this mess. The sales manager stated he didn’t want my Jeep.. “They haven’t had the best track record with Jeep’s” whatever that means. I was also told I need to buy a car the same day because the Appraisal was only good for a week… so I still wanted my Jeep appraised. That didn’t happen. I’m just very taken back from what bad service I had.

I came into Rockingham Toyota not quite sure if I was going to purchase due to being a larger gentleman and never even sat in a Toyota before the initial test drive. I was greeted by Nelson Pena with a smile on his face and a very wonderful personality. We took the Tacoma out and he was showing me all the features of the truck but never pushed me into a purchase. Nelson said “just try it out and let me know what you think. Take your time” I was surprised how much room and pretty comfortable so I moved forward with the purchase but not the one test driven I wanted the one on the showroom floor of course! Words cannot explain how wonderful this experience was from sales to financial right down to General manager. I have purchased 100 vehicles in my life and this was hands down the best experience by far and would recommend Rockingham Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I knew the vehicle I wanted. The sale was streamlined. Friendly, (comical) and knowledgeable Edinson made the process of making this purchase actually enjoyable. Paperwork was a breeze. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Spur of the moment we popped in without an appointment but were treated professionally and kindly. An associate took down our information and got back to us promptly via text the next day. They did not have any cars on site that we were looking for, specifically used hybrids. She told us a hybrid would be coming in at the end of the week. Again, I was contacted via text, (which was great because I was already receiving many messages from other dealerships I had visited for test drives of other vehicles), that the hybrid car arrived. I made an appointment and ended up test driving two hybrids, one used that had just been traded in and one new. The associate who helped me was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to buy more car than I could afford or to settle for less than I was looking for in a vehicle. I bought the new hybrid and feel I got a fair deal, especially since the demand is high and the inventory is low for Toyota Hybrids. I was constantly searching online car sites to see what else was available. I absolutely would tell people to visit Rockingham Toyota and will continue to give them my business in the future.

Im thankful that they were able to take care of an issue while they were busy, but my car showed up in their system under a different name/info despite having never brought my car to their location before, which was very weird; had the rep not said the wrong phone number, I wouldve never known. The service did take all day, which was expected with how busy they were, and they did temporarily fix the issue I came in with. They ordered a part for me (but said I would not be charged unless I chose to move forward with the install, which I appreciated), and said that I would not need to set up an appointment because it was an emergency service.However, today I received an email from a service rep to set up an appointment, who not only said the wrong car type, but stated that they called me to set up an appointment on 7/1...when I hadnt brought my car in until 7/8. I would chalk this up to just missing another number while typing, but between that error, the rep saying I had a Yaris Corolla (which is actually 2 different cars), and the issue with my car being in their system under a completely different name/address/number...just seemed like too many issues to warrant wanting to return. I will likely find another shop to fix my issue.

I told him I was interested in looking for my next lease while I was waiting. After my 2007 Avalon Touring got totaled, I was forced to purchase a new vehicle. I was looking particularly for a white Avalon XLE Plus or higher in a particular price range. After wasting time driving to West Springfield (because Balise had a white one listed but surprise surprise no sunroof) It was very disappointed. I went back on the hunt and Rockingham Toyota had a 2016 Avalon listed as Blue 😒but it had the sunroof, miles and was in my price range. I headed to Rockingham Toyota where Brian who offered exceptional service assisted me. The 2016 Avalon that I purchased was not fully listed on the website. Brian looked up the vehicle and to my delight ☺️ the car was pearl white! It took Brian about 10 minutes to locate the vehicle on the lot. It’s huge! He went above and beyond to locate the vehicle so I could at least view it. It literally just came in and just finished being maintained. Between Brian and Lena ( in finance) this was by far the most delightful car buying experience ever. I will definitely be returning for my next Avalon.

Just so everyone knows I’m not a bot, I’d like to say right off the bat that buying a car is unavoidably stressful, unless you’re rolling in dough I suppose. You’re always going to worry about the quality of the vehicle you’re buying, and whether the price is fair. It is what it is. Everything apart from that is where the particular dealership can shine, and Rockingham Toyota certainly does.First off the building is clean and inviting, even with the COVID protocols they kept things as comfortable and casual as possible. Edison was our salesman, he’s a young man who is clearly knowledgeable, ambitious, and eager to go the extra mile for you, he certainly did for my wife and I. The certified vehicles (which is what we bought) come with a complete carfax history as well as documented accounts of their 160 point inspection, and the Kelly blue book price shown right on the front page. They have nothing to hide. They also have a five day/300 mile exchange policy. Which should give you plenty of time to take the car to a trusted mechanic like we did if you want a second set of eyes. We were able to drive several vehicles that day and we hadn’t even made an appointment. We also were able to pick up our car an hour earlier than initially agreed upon.I only have two small criticisms. First we wanted remote start and they said the model we were buying didn’t have it, we considered rolling it into the loan then decided to come back at a later date and pay for install. We pick up the car and it turns out it had it. Certainly not a bad surprise but it made me wonder how much knowledge of the individual vehicles they actually had, keeping in mind we made no appointment to give them time to prepare, so really not a big deal.The second criticism unfortunately I believe is just policy and unavoidable for their dealership or maybe all dealerships I’m not sure. They want you to agree to the deal before they actually check your credit score. I’m honestly blanking on the reason why, I think just because they want you to know that even if your credit is horrible they will still stand by the deal, which I suppose is honorable of them, but in the case of my wife and I (we have fairly decent credit) we ended up getting a lower monthly payment then what we were quoted. Again not a bad thing but it just seemed strange that I was agreeing to terms before even knowing how my credit would affect the price. What if I had come in the next day and my credit was worse? Would the monthly have gone up? And at that point with check in hand would I have been too invested to back out of a higher monthly cost than I anticipated? Again my hope is that they’d honor their initial agreement, but ultimately the bank gives out the loan, not them. It also felt weird agreeing to terms based on average loan rates and terms, instead of what would actually be specific to us.I’d like to stress the point that ultimately everything worked out fine, and they strike me as stand up guys who would have made things right one way or another. They were willing to negotiate with me on price and Edison even threw in some floor mats for us. I will definitely go back if we decide to get another Toyota in the future. They made the process as easy as I can imagine it going, and really what else do you want from a car dealership?

They don’t look at me like I am crazy trying to explain noises or issues with my car. I was lucky to get Milo as my representative. I ended up buying a car and Milo was like a guardian angel helping me through every detail. He is a Saint! My head was spinning with all the details and decisions! He calmly walked me through. He paired my phone to the Blue Tooth which is all Greek to me. He showed me all the bells and whistles and how they work......with demos!The best was getting through turning in my former vehicle. I couldnt unbuckle my granddaughters car seat out of the car - he did it! I forgot the EZ pass on the windshield - he grabbed it and ran it to me as I was exiting the lot! When I got home, I did not have my house key!!! Milo went to my old vehicle and searched and found my keys that were wedged under the passenger seat. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The salesman I have gone to for the last two cars I leased was Edwin Santiago. He has managed to change my mind about buying a used vehicle, and because of his super skills, patience, sense of humor, knowledge of the vehicles, understanding and just being a genuine great guy, I leased my last two cars from him!
