Awesome place to buy a car stoked on our deal

This is one Shady car lot!!! They have the same cars listed by a dealership in Woodburn and Salem. They also have individual people list the same car as well and listed with different prices and not accurate info. We worked with George and are from out of town. We asked him about a certain vehicle and he said it was in excellent condition. We asked if there is anything we should be concerned about that we can’t see from the pictures as we don’t want to waste our time, and he advised us the car was in excellent condition. We give a deposit and drove 6 hours to find the whole left side of the car dented and smashed. It had looked like someone tried to epoxy a hole and colored it with black marker. The whole passenger side of the vehicle needed to be repainted .The response was it was at another lot so he did not see it, but it drives good. There was also many things on the inside broken as well. We asked for our deposit back and we’re told no that it’s no refundable because they take the car off the listings. This is not true because the car is still on all the listings multiple times. The car never came off of Facebook and car gurus. So disappointed !!! Stay way from this lot!!! As soon as you drive on and see the conditions of the cars is not good!!!!! That’s how there trying to get people is buy is keeping your deposit. Worst experience ever !!!!

This is what happens when you buy a car from these guys. Eric and Ivan will sweet talk the money from your pocket. Bought 2 weeks ago, water pump failed on first drive above 55, overheated, insurance towed to a Ford dealership, where it was noted that there was an attempted leak fix on the water pump recently.Being on disability and getting screwed by a dealership knowing as much, shows how important making a dollar is for these people. Nice guys very friendly and welcoming but the cars they sell aren’t friendly or welcoming. Bought a car from them with high miles With very minimum service done to the car. Within Three days of having it home engine light came on immediately that’s not all car ended up stalling in the middle of me driving it I am very thankful I didn’t have my family in the car with me at the time literally stalled on me in the middle of a busy intersection I panicked didn’t know what was going on with the car. Towed the car to a local professional mechanic went to find out car had a lot of major issues with the engine, carbon build up with cylinder heads, oil leak and a bad EGR valve had to replace 46 parts in total I dropped an extra 5k+ to fix the car. Salem auto market sold me a over priced car they won’t negotiate the price don’t bother with that. I wish they were truthful with me from the start I don’t appreciate how they do business they will sell you an expensive car with major problems they won’t tell you about. I am happy with the car now that I fixed all the issues it came with unfortunately I won’t buy anymore cars from these guys in the future nothing personal just bad business.

This is now my favorite place to get my cars and my family will be going here. Excellent service great friendly staff and fast service. The cars are beautiful and clean. I recommend this place to everyone.

When I purchased the vehicle I did the sales rep told me the smell was from possibly something in the carpet and that he would give me a free shampoo. So I took his word for it. Later to find out that the drain hose in the sun roof was clogged and water had filled up under neath the floor boards to the point I had to tear out the padding underneath the carpet. The sales rep then tried to tell me it was from when they shampooed they left to much water which was a lie. Also they did a horrible job cleaning the vehicle I found hay cigarettes and old food under neath the Seats. I still like the vehicle after going through the trouble to repair the clogged drain but I wouldnt trust these guys again.

Great service I bought a 2011 BMW X3 from this guys truck runs great haven’t had any issues with it. I looked at other cars on the lot and the prices are competitive they also did a great job financing me.

I was very pleased with the car and the great deal I got. There were one or two issues with the car which they fixed quickly.

I wish I could give them a zero. They do not inspect their vehicles and I bought a lemon tried to take it back the same day and kept being told to come back or wait for a call. 4 days later I received a call saying car was sold as is. They are shady and do not care about the people they say are customers. Very unsafe vehicles. Very rude staff.

This car dealership sold me a car with no rear differential, rear section of driveshaft missing, rear axles missing which has caused wheel bearing failure on the vehicle I bought from them and is unsafe to drive now. They are taking no responsibility saying I bought the car as it and they had also admitted to me that they are NOT doing safety checks on their cars before they sell them. They are simply buying cars and selling them. My son and I could of gotten into a horrible accident.
