I was blown away by the hospitality of Sinaloa auto sales. My mother and brother both bought vehicles from here, and they were beyond happy with their purchases. I was looking for a reliable car that I could commute to work in. I found a lovely little Honda that I fell in love with! When I went to have it inspected, everything was perfect. Jose even washed it for me just because, before we left. 🥺 I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great used car!!

My mom is an in home caregiver and her car was breaking down. We went to Sinaloa Auto Sales and got the best service. Jose and his wife Carmen worked hard to make sure we got what we needed. They put new front tires on the car because the front tires were worn down. They washed and vacuumed the car before we left the lot. Jose and Carmen are very personable and have great customer service skills. I would recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a car. They are quality cars for decent prices.

Super freindly and helpful. Their was as a check engine light on in the car we were interested in, but they had a mechanic check it out and repair it before they would sell it to us.

An ok lot.. Did not buy there only because they didnt want to budge on an already over priced vehicle the lady helping us I felt like she followed us every step of the way. Didnt let me even put a little foot on the peddle to see how the engine sounded.. We showed up no one came out not even after looking at multiple different vehicles which was kinda nice until it got rediculous .

Multiple emails would go unanswered, went to dealer ship couldn’t get help. Once I did get someone to answer an email they were rude and unwilling to deal at all. Heard good things about their old location but this new one in Salem is going to ruin the reputation of the dealership. Steer clear people!

I bought myself a Honda Civic to commute to school, Carmen and Jose have a large selection of cars at great prices, and were both extremely helpful in helping me find a car that would suit my needs. They also speak Spanish for anyone who happens to need the service in that language.

Bizarre and unprofessional--- after speaking to Jose and hearing the weird explanation he had for not sending a copy of the CarFax I would definitely not buy a car from this dealership...watch out!
