Their prices are reasonable and their detailer is top notch. Even though the car was used it sure felt new. They were flexible with our timing and presented no pressure. When I first arrived on the lot there was a smiling man closing a deal ahead of us. We waited our turn, and when we were in the office the man’s wife arrived. Smiling, he drove off in the new purchase. It was worth the trip just to see their happiness. Next came our turn, and we were another happy couple driving off the lot. Terry was very friendly, and he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I wish I would have gone here for my last two vehicle purchases. I would recommended to a friend, family member, love this place!

Great experience. Bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla about a month ago from Terry- he runs the business himself and does a great job of it. The car had 20,000 less miles than one we found at a larger dealership and we got it for over $1000 less too. When we let him know which car we had seen online that we wanted to look at, he got the keys out for it but also let us know about a couple other similar options he had in case that one wasn’t what we wanted- but was NOT pushy at all like your typical car salesman. Walked out within a few hours with the car we came in looking for. It’s been a month and the car runs great, has no issues. All of the cars on the lot looked to be in great condition. I am very impresses with the way this company treats their customers. I got a great deal on a used car and its still under the power train warranty. The changed, the tires are almost new and it was detailed very nicely. It still smells new when I get into it. I got a 2013 Chrysler LX and it;s going to run for a long time.

I drove down to Salem from Colville Wa about a week ago to purchase a car (about an 8 hour drive). I ended up taking longer than I expected to get to Salem, so my ETA ended up being hours after Cherry City Autos closing time. Terry was understanding, and came in later when I arrived to unlock the gate and help me buy the car. He provided great customer service, and did what it took to make me happy, and the experience was enjoyable. The owner was pleasant enough to talk to. I spoke with him on the phone before driving there from out of town and he failed to mention that the radio in the car didnt work. The AC didnt work well either. Both things not mentioned in the craigslist post. He was firm on price so I walked away.

Terry was very friendly and easy to work with. He wasnt pushy as most salemen tend to be and his prices were more then fair for the great selection of low milage vehicles he had to offer.
