Very crowded and very limited on what they had the times I have went. I have better luck at Finish Line to be honest.

I was bringing my son on his birthday today to get shoes. He knew exactly what he wanted. Got there at 6:45pm and they were closing their doors even though they are open until 7pm. I told the guy we know what we want, just let us in to buy them. He said sorry we are closed. Im furious. I will never give Champs my business again

Horribly customer service. Nobody helped us for 10 mins then the manager came to help. All the other 3 employees were on there phone distracted. There were a lot of people and nobody was helping also they give you a nasty attitude
