Came in asking for 2 shirts with 2 lines of text and simple softball underneath. She acted like I was asking asking the moon. Made us feel stupid for even entering her shop. Wont ever make that mistake again.

There are a lot of different types and styles of shirts to choose from. The folks here did a nice job of helping me get exactly the right thing.You can also choose one of their print designs and they can put it on a shirt while you wait. I have been working with Debbie for a little over a year for creating and printing graduation T-shirts for me. Though I graduated in 2020, we have not been able to walk due to COVID.Today I stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Denise, who was excellent and very patient with me! We got some fine tuning done with the design and amount of shirts, she even explained the discount I would receive by purchasing a certain amount!I am so very excited for the final result, and beyond grateful for these ladies in bringing my creation to life. I wanted a one of a kind Christmas gift. Went in with a friend and browsed the last tshirt and sweat shirt selections. Picked the one I wanted. Then reviewed the scripts on display to pick the right one. I also checked the effects they had, stats, hearts etcThe sales lady worked with this, took her time and made fantastic suggestions. When I left I had the perfect gift, and she had already wrapped it for me!

NOT SCREEN PRINTING! Online it says theyre screen printing they are not. I went in and the lady was rude and acted like she wanted me to leave instead of trying to sell me something. Ive lived in Salem my whole life and this was my first and last time going here.

The staff here was kind and knowledgeable and they rush ordered our shirts in time for the concert! They turned out great!

I went to this store for the advertised tshirt special on the window and was greeted by a rude shop member who dismissed me to a rack of clothing towards the back. There were literally a coupe of shirts to pick from, sz small and extra small. What a gimmick to get people to come into the store. I always take my imprint business to Top to Bottom on Lancaster, they have great prices and staff that take the time to assist their customers.

I called inquiring about their services for a single shirt with a small design and was spoken to as if I was a child. I understand the person I was speaking to was probably confused as to what I wanted, especially without a visual, but there’s a way to speak with potential customers. Very undermining and rude. Needless to say, I didn’t utilize their services.

My experience with this company was horrible. I went in and we were setting everything up for a custom shirt for a family members remeberience bbq. First the guy that was helping us kicked my friends broken foot and apolagized but laughed like it was funny. We asked multiple times if they had everything they needed to get these shirts done for us and assured us that they were good. Then then guy made it sound like a request we made for the lettering was too much for him so we settled for something else so they would get them done. And then he got 1 shirt done and informed us he ran out of supplies to do the other 2. Horrible experience i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place to get anything done
