Best customer service Ive ever experienced by the sales associate Isaac at the salem Staples. We were on the hunt for a last minute Fathers day gift and decided on an office chair but couldnt figure out which one to get. Isaac helped us through the entire process with enthusiasm and great knowledge. Its good to see young people with such an amazing attitude. Good job Isaac π

He told me what they had.While at the store, he approached me to ask if I was the one who called. Looked at the picture of mine and realized what they have would not work. Absolute worst customer service! I have worked retail before and acknowledge the job stressors. Upon looking at the store reciews I felt the need to vent. The lady who works in printing and assists with self checkout area was beyond rude. She was sarcastic to an older gentleman in my presence. When I needed assistance she got snappy. I called her out stating I did not need her to be rude. She then just hurried off. No apology nor problem solving. I chatted with a fellow customer who said that she had dismissive customer service by two male employees. This store needs to train employees on customer service skills or find people better suited to work with customers who may need just a wee bit of patience. I honestly do not recommend this store at all.

Trying to get my business ready to open after Covid there were specific things I needed to be compliant Went to 10 different stores and nobody was helpful and very dismissive. Which I do understand times are tough. Went I tried staples I expected the same but the manager Bob went out of his way to help me, and even called me when the items I needed became available. This has been a crazy stressful time for me just trying to keep my business from closing for good. And people like this should be recognized. Anyone helping someone when they donβt necessarily have to is what we need right now.
3/14/2021 theres a young woman that works there black hair white. She really needs an attitude adjustment. She works in printing, treated me like Im an ignorant, after i explained to her many times what i needed.
Customer service is great and they go out of their way to make shopping easier. The checkout is super fast and efficient. Very organized.

I had never been to Staples before, today was the first. I had been to five other stores looking for a special wire for my projector. As soon as I stepped in the store I was immediately helped and they notified me that I would have to order it online. They helped me order it online and they also helped me find a portable speaker. The staff there were incredibly helpful and in great spirits. Thank you Staples for making this experience great for the end of the day!
I come here for the computers and printers. Staples has great prices and good brands. They also have really good service and short lines for online pick up .

The staff is always super supportive and the store itself is always well stocked.
This store is certainly convenient, however, I asked two people for something with which to wrap the white poster board I just purchased in order to protect it from the driving rain and wind, and amazingly there was nothing in this entire store full of supplies that would work. These two employees were dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unconcerned that I was worried about protecting my purchase. Customer service and common courtesy FAIL!
Its a Staples. The staff are good people, but dont expect deals. One star dropped for the bad prices. Otherwise, its a very convenient store. This location has a UPS attached, and is helpful if you need to ship something in a pinch.

This review is for their iPhone glass replacement service. It cost a little over $110 so I expected a nice job to be done; I was told by the manager that they use manufacturer parts and it would be like new. With that said, when I got my phone back it was a disaster. The color and contrast were all washed out on the picture, and the glass itself was raised up way out of the frame in a fashion that you could run your finger up then over the edges. I made these comments to the manager and all he had to say to me was that he could put my broken glass back if I wished. GREAT solution, and it came in a very condescending manner. Defeated I went home disappointed. It was so bad I did a quick Google search and learned that an Apple Store does it for about $20 more. So I went back in the morning to request the work be undone. The same manager was there and super unpleasant; he only commented on how he offered last night to put my broken glass back and he didnt know if he could get it out of the trash. End of the day, I went to the Apple Store to get a proper job done. Go there.

Just tried to exchange a mouse for my laptop after the wire wore out in 8 weeks. return policy is 2 weeks. $ down the drain and no backing of their product. hope my $13 exchange was worth losing me a customer.

My experience at the Print and Copy center has left me feeling sad and upset for the past several days. The woman who was assisting me was unbelievably unhelpful. I needed images printed to exact dimensions so that theyd fit into an insert, and was trying to explain the process to make them fit (something I was able to do fairly easily at the Danvers location). Every suggestion I made was greeted with a dirty look and a sarcastic response. Finally Frank came over to assist and seemed to understand what I was saying, but was still unable to print what I needed. I ended up just leaving and heading home where I could get the job done properly.Anyways, Im only going to print things at home from now on. Not worth dealing with the lack of customer assistance I received at Staples.
Very disappointed with the service of my laptop. Bought it in to get specific services and I come out with a laptop that has over 300 bucks worth of repairs and functions worse than when i brought it in. I had to stop by the store multiple times prior to it being fixed because they screwed up telling me it was done when the first time, they mixed up laptops and it wasnt my laptop they were finished on. The second time was when they called me saying the service (a new hard drive) was finshed being installed, little upon arriving did I turn it on and they did not complete the recovery for the product...Not one time did any of the employees or managers appologize and only placed the blame on someone else instead of just fixing the problem in a timely manner. The service which was estimated to be about a week long turned into 27 days there and worse off than before. I dont recommend this location to anyone else in hopes that you dont get screwed over like myself and they only offer to fix the new problems that mysteriously came up while at the store with more charges and service fees. They have no idea what they are doing and are the least professional...
Ive had no problems here - though products and sales are sometimes poorly labeled.
Immediately a customer service representative met me and asked if I needed help. He directed me to the display case and I found what I needed.
