This is my second time using Andy for a repair, first was a camera replacement in my personal iPhone and the second was for a battery replacement for my company laptop (during Covid). Best place to get your laptop fixed in Salem. Andy is amazing. I had problems with my laptop for a while and Geek Squad at Best Buy wasnt sure what it was and was gonna charge me $200 to fix it. Took it to Andy and he fixed my laptop and got it working perfectly for half the price. Their services are amazing and reasonable prices. Definitely the best and most reasonable place for laptop repairs in Salem.

First impression: So far, so good!I dropped off my 3 year old HP laptop (with an i7 processor thats got plenty of oomph left) with screen issues yesterday - Professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and down-to-earth - and especially impressive after a call to a competitor yielded, Hey, its 3 years old ~ Whynt you just buy a new one?~ And ~Somehow the fact that its a son-&-father enterprise - Dad does the intake and the son does the heavy lifting, so to speak - AND that its housed within a Subway franchise - endeared the whole thing to me, much more than if the whole thing was by some impersonal corporate entity.And for a better price!

After fixing the issue, Andy went above and beyond explaining the issue in detail, covering other potential maintenance items to be aware of, and even enlightening me with some facts about my laptops cooling system. My laptop battery was dead and would not hold a charge at all, but worked as long as I had a charger connected for a while. Finally the charger I got gave out as well but I needed a quick fix as I work on my laptop daily. I stopped by Salem Techsperts after doing a bit of research and they were able to order me a new battery Friday, it came in on Monday and they had it installed an hour after I brought it in. They even sold me an extra charger they had on hand for a low price as well. I would definitely recommend them for any of your computer repair needs, I know i will return in the future when I need a quality, fast and reasonably priced fix.

Couldnt be happier with my experience. I dropped and broke the screen on my 5 year old iPhone 6 with very limited memory (which I bought used). Given I like the size, Andy recommended that instead of fixing the old phone, I upgrade to a refurbished 6S with a new screen, 8x the memory, a new battery and a protective case for 3 times the cost of just replacing the screen. The process was really fast, and he gave me a loner phone so I didnt miss a scheduled business call while my data was transferred.

This is my favorite tech place on the north shore. No matter how busy they are, Andy gives everyone his full attention. They also text you back about your issue and help you to resolve it in a very timely manner.

I decided to leave a review two days later because of something I noticed. First of all the two guys that work in the store are very gifted it what do you do. I went in with a broken iPhone X and an hour later I had a perfectly set screen and a new screen protector. The back of my phone was also broken so they were proactive and caring and placed tape on the back so I wouldn’t cut myself. It wasn’t until this morning when I noticed the quality of the screen protector that was placed when I released I needed to leave a review. My screen went dead on my galaxy s6 and after going to multiple Verizon stores. Freedom Communications sent me here. As soon as he saw the phone, he was able to tell me that the phone was stuck in a boot loop and all I needed was a new screen. NOW... WHY DIDNT ANYONE AT VERIZON TELL ME THIS?!?!? Meanwhile I already had put in a claim for the new phone from insurance. In the meantime, he ordered a new screen for which I paid for and then when it came in, went straight to work. Unfortunately for me, someone along the line factory reset my entire phone and I lost everything so it wasnt worth the screen in comparison to the insurance phone. And Andy tried EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING he could to get all my information back... When the result was given to me, not only did he show and explain what he did and how. But he refunded me everything I paid for since it didnt benefit me! I cant say enough good things about him, and one you meet him... I can GUARANTEE you wont either!!!

Amazing experience. I heard about Techsperts through a friend, and I couldnt be happier that I went. I needed the charger port replaced on my iPhone 6, and Andy(the owner) gave me tracking number on the product so I could keep track of when it would be shipped. When the part was delivered, he gave me a loaner phone! This way I was able to still have a phone in case of emergency, and so he could contact me when my phone was all fixed. I highly recommend this shop over any other kiosk in the mall or other repair store.

I took my HTC M8 to 3 different shops and all of them refused to even look at it because it was so difficult to take apart.
