Dr Kohn is great, I have been going to her for many years. She takes the time to check you out, to make sure you understand and will sit and answer any questions. The office doesn’t push you to get your glasses at their office like some places do. The glasses they have are great quality and it is convenient but can be more expensive.

The staff are very friendly. The office is very clean. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable in what they were doing. During covid-19 my concerns were put at ease as they sterilized everything immediately after it was used. Dr. Kohn was very nice and explained things in an easily understandable manner. I didnt use the on-site optician as I left with a reading prescription and was told that over-the-counter readers would work just fine. No high sales pressure here. But while I waited for 5 minutes before my appointment I perused the offerings in frames and found them to be fashionable and reasonably priced.

Dr Beth is outstanding, thorough, knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and safe in her office in the middle of COVID. I’ve been her patient for years having great success. She worked with me so patiently with contacts and my astigmatism. She referred me perfectly to a cataract Doctor. Her follow up is impeccable.

As always, my visits and experiences with Acuity are exceptional. This is the top shelf option if your needs are highest- level of quality in eye care from experienced practitioners with the most current capability and knowledge in the business. It’s a family-like office with wonderful and caring people who provide the best services available. If you need glasses of any kind, the showroom is available and staffed with a professional specialist who makes the process easy and efficient.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful office. We followed Dr. Johnson to Salem NH from Burlington MA. It’s out of network for me but he is that amazing that I’d rather pay out of pocket than go to anyone else! I was very pleased with the eye exam. Dr. Kohn answered all the questions about my eyes and my concerns moving forward. She made me feel comfortable and educated about my particular eye issues.

My son has autisim and the Dr was great with him. She was very patient and caring; also aurora was amazing with my kid and made him feel comfortable. The only bad experience was the tech that was helping him find the right glasses She was very impatient i dont even know her name

I called the very same day and despite of them being extremely booked, they scheduled me in for an eye exam. They staff are super friendly and they look out for your best interest. I found my new eye doctor. I recommend anyone looking for quality to give them a call.

There were no issues with scheduling, I got an appointment about 2-3 weeks later. All staff were curteous and professional. The Dr explained things very thoroughly.

Dr Johnson is great. All the office staff I interacted with were pleasant and polite. I drove from MA to follow Dr. Johnson when he left the practice I used to see him at.

I like an annual checkup to know my eyes are healthy. At 70 years old still the case for the most part. The exam was very thorough which I’m glad. Medicare covered most of it. But I wanted to be fitted for contacts and this was an additional fee. I’m hoping wearing contacts will improve my golf game!Highly recommend Acuity Eye Care.

The whole staff at Acuity Eye Care is so friendly! They always take me in for my appointment within 5 minutes of my appt time. Other places I would wait for 15 minutes to be called for my appt. Dr Cohen is attentive and answers any/all the questions I had. My 90 yr old Mom goes to Dr Cohen and I was impressed with the care and patience they had during her exam. They let her take her time and relax between sight exams. Would highly recommend Dr Cohen and Acuity Eye Care!

The person who did the eye scans and asked me some questions was attentive and kind, and the person who helped me pick out glasses was patient and knowledgeable. I have been going to Dr. Beth for several years. Yesterday, I splashed a diluted bleach solution in my eyes while cleaning. Even though I thoroughly flushed my eyes with tap water and had no vision changes, I knew I would not relax until I saw her. She fit me into the schedule, examined my eyes, said I was OK, and put me at ease. Shes the best. Period.

Dr Kohn and her staff are wonderful. During these times of Covid-19 I was very comfortable with all of the precautions they’ve done. The second you walk in the door, your temperature is taken. You’re required to use sanitizer and wear a mask. They’re very cautious about the number of appointments they have at any given time.Dr Kohn spends time answering any and all questions one might have. (I asked a lot). Jill was REALLY patient with me (thanks Jill) while I was picking out my frames. I love the atmosphere. Great job everyone!

Wasn’t even my usual eye doc, she is my wife’s. I had extreme pain in one eye one night and she took me in immediately for evaluation the very next morning (she’s closer than my usual eye doc). Turns out I had a torn cornea. Antibiotics and special drops worked to heal my eye after the standard 10-14 day regimen. Quite thankful for getting me in on short notice.

I have been coming here for several years and overall I have had great experiences. The selection of glasses is substantial and the staff are friendly. The reason that I am not giving them 5 stars is one due to one event where I picked up new glasses that were giving me intense headaches and distorted vision and was having a difficult time getting in touch with them about it. There was some phone tag and an unanswered vm I left but eventually it was sorted out and I received different lenses. Overall though, for vision care in the Salem area I would recommend coming to Acuity as the providers have always answered my questions and have been thorough in the care they provide.
