So i have been going to taylor at natural solutions for about a year now and i cannot stress how much i recommend her and natural solutions! the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and also will work to make sure that you leave satisfied. taylor has done multiple haircuts and even more colors on me, all of which are beautiful, vibrant, and what i had hoped for. even through all the coloring i have gotten done, my hair is not even too damaged either. i HIGHLY recommend :D(photos are of most recent color done by taylor)

Taylor is a wonderful stylist. She listens and is very helpful. I will continue to go here for my hair needs. All of the girls are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is homey and pleasant. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you ladies for taking the stress out of hair care.

Yesterday, was my first experience at Natural Solutions. I loved Madison. Her personality is wonderful and she did a beautiful job cutting and coloring my hair. She was kind, committed to do what I asked her to do, and highly skilled. I am completely happy with the results. 👏👍(Someone mentioned the cost was higher than expected for the area, BUT the prices are listed on their website, their products are natural, so I expected it to cost more than salons which use harsh damaging, chemicals,) and my stylist offered to go over pricing with me prior to the service, so I was more than happy to pay the cost.) I booked another appointment and already referred a friend to Natural Solutions.

Everyone there was super friendly. I got my highlights done and I was actually very happy with the turn out. She made my hair look exactly how I wanted it. Very Professional and Friendly. I also got a Manicure, and my nails turned out absolutely stunning. They looked exactly how I wanted it to look. I am very happy about this place and the great turn out with my hair and nails. My hairstylist is Calista and my nail technician is Stacey. I personally want to thank you two for making me very happy. You both did an amazing job! I will definitely become a regular here.

🚩They want me to sign a waiver that says you wont hold them legally responsible for damaging your hair.🚩Did not instill confidence, nor did their inability to do basic math for services during consultation. I seriously had to correct her math twice. None of the color specialists knew anything about the ingredients in their dyes, I had to talk to the owner about it and was STILL met with resistance. Know your demographic - clients willing to fork out the extra cash for an organic salon care about what theyre putting in / on their body. After agreeing to a strand test, the styist cut out a chunk of my hair, which has never happened to me at a salon. She explained it was so close to closing shed have to do the rest the next day, then call me with a more precise estimate...then dropped the ball on my follow-up phone call twice! After leaving an honest review through their text request, the owner called me back. The difference between the estimate during consultation with the stylist and the estimate given to me after speaking with the owner was a whopping $600, with potential to be more depending! This has never happened to me at any other salon in my life. Would not trust this place with my hair. Went elsewhere and got it done for less than $300.Edit: I do not use boxed dye on my hair, I stick with Original & Mineral - a well-reputed organic hair color only available in organic salons. This salon didnt offer it, and employees didnt even know what it was. Hence my reasoning for inquiring about the ingredients in the organic dyes they did offer. I have nothing to gain by putting false information in a review. Feel free to check out my Local Giude status and other reviews and youll see I leave a variety of HONEST reviews, not just negative ones. It seems like this salon is upset that I left an honest review about my negative experience. I left this review for the sake of other Google users, not to get any sort of apology wrapped up in justification by the salon.

Jamie was very helpful and patient. I drove 45 minutes to visit and I was pleased with the service. They take your temperature and wear masks. They sanitize and allow you to try on the makeup with disposable applicators. I was happy with my purchases, as I was looking for cleaner makeup but that still looks good on.

Beautiful, affordable prom updo from a stylist who made my daughter feel like a star. The price was very reasonable but more than anything the enthusiasm and sisterly vibes from our skilled stylist, Madison made the experience memorable.

I am only giving a 3 cause the price was way too high. I have very fine hair and very little of it and it cost me 95 dollars with the tip. My stylist was wonderful and did a fantastic job on my hair. But I think 85 dollars is awfully high for how much hair I had. I cant image what someone with thick hair would have to pay. Sorry guys but I have to speak the truth. Truly saddens me cause if u can afford it they did a great job. I just cant afford it and wasnt really told the price they gave me a low end which I thought I would be on and a high end which is what I ended up paying

I hadnt had a haircut in almost 5 years, due to just horrific haircuts in the past, and severe depression. Not only did all of the ladies treat me like a human being, they did it with genuine kindness. Madison was my stylist, and I honestly cant rave enough about her. She made me feel completely at ease with her even just touching my hair. She made me feel confident again, and I smiled genuinely for the first time in MONTHS! I also love the fact that appointments are easy to make, masks were worn by everyone, including customers, and the salon was spotless, aside from the haircuts lol. Not to mention that they use products that arent riddled with horrible chemicals for your hair. Havent felt my hair this soft in years.Thank you again, Madison! Youre truly a great stylist, and person!

I try not to leave negative reviews but I don’t want someone to leave with the same results I had. Michelle did my makeup for an event and it was terrible. Aside from the makeup not being anything like what I described, she didn’t show me the progress throughout so I was unaware at how bad it looked until she was done. I tried to have it fixed but it was a losing battle. In addition to that, she asked to tweeze “a couple stray hairs” and took off half of both of my eyebrows. I didn’t realize this until the end of the night when I washed my makeup off. It wasn’t a fact of having unruly brows, it was that she was not capable of correctly shading my brows within the shape they were. I do my own brows every day and there’s nothing unusual about that shape. It’s one thing to have my makeup look bad for one day, but now I get to live with halves of my eyebrows until the grow back. The other girls seemed to do a good job, but michelle should truly not be doing makeup without more training.

Had an awesome experience with Taylor today! I donated my hair for the first time in years and wasnt sure exactly what I was looking to do when I went in. Taylor took her time to help me find the right length and style--we went with some longer bangs, and she cut them gradually to make sure I was happy with how it looked. The girls made sure I had everything I needed for the donation process, and I absolutely love my new haircut!

My hair has never looked so amazing! My color is always spot on, and turns out beautiful! I have very curly, thin hair that is hard to cut, hard to style, but Jesenia always does it perfectly. The natural dyes and products are a great alternative to the paul mitchell. The styles they offer are beautiful, and the salon has a wonderful spa feel to it.

My hair is always best after this well done actually spends time on your hair and fixs any mistakes highly recommend

Hair done here no matter if its coloring or hairstyling is amazing. Nails however I would not recommend. Mine were very thick and hard to get off.

I have tried this place twice to get my nails done. Not good. The first time I wouldnt even let the girl finish, it was that bad and the second time it took the woman two hours and 15 minutes to do my nails and they were below par. As for the other services, I cant speak to that.
