Terrible!! I have never seen something like this “Lady “ Unable to get her name. CVS in Broadway St. Salem. It is 9:54am. Sunday 29, 2021If it helps the manager. I will try to call Monday. This CVS attendant refused to use the regular cashier and is forcing elderly clients to use the automatic check out….. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this one is necessary ….Specifically because no everybody knows how to use self checkout… 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.
Showed up for covid 19 test, waited with 3 other cars for 20 min. One car had been waiting 50 min. Finally I went inside and knocked on the door of the minute clinic and was told the testing nurse didn’t show up so all appts were canceled. It would’ve been nice to know this earlier. I understand someone may need to be out for whatever reason but they don’t have a backup?
This place (CVS - 512 South Broadway Salem, NH) is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!The people that work behind the Pharmacy desk are TERRIBLE, LAZY, RUDE AND NOT VERY HELPFUL!!!The drive thru is NEVER open. They say its because they are shorthanded. But, when I needed to get my prescription. I needed to park my car and walk into the store ONLY to find 4-5 people working behind the Pharmacy counter. They purposely make customers come into the store..... and hopefully they spend money on OTHER things while in the store.It is important to me and my family to NOT get exposed to sick people. Going to the drive-thru to pick up our prescriptions helps us avoid SICK people.I am going back to RiteAid to get our prescriptions filled and used thier DRIVE-THRU WINDOW!!!!! ...as the Pharmacy workers at RiteAid are not LAZY & RUDE and will have thier Drive-Thru window OPEN!!!!!!Stop going to this place and being disappointed by the Lazy employees!!!.
They cancelled our COVID tests 24 hours before we were suppose to take them. Didnt transfer us to any other CVS or testing service just dropped us. Didnt answer any phone calls, no explanation. Now we cannot travel.
20 minutes on hold to just get An attitude from the pharmacist when just checking on a prescription. Email confirmation on Friday 5/28 today still no pick up confirmation Sunday 5/30 that’s why I was calling. No record whatsoever of the refill from Miss attitude. Says hang on then hangs up on me. I at no point give any attitude. Call back another 15 minutes no one picks up I give up you’re terrible I just switched from Walmart to online orders from CVS which have been much better this prescription I need now cannot I wait for online. Your customer service is horrendous. Yes we’re on it OK according to this email we have no clue
The worst pharmacy staff I have ever come across. Rude, disrespectful and they actIts like its your fault they gave out the wrong info. Calling corporate first thing in morning.
Wondering why this store never wants to answer any of there phones!!! They have you waiting forever, one particular employee finally answered then had the nerve to hang up on me...it doesn’t matter if your busy or not you don’t hang up on customers!!! Very rude staff
To Be Honest Store Looks Great Just Cant Get Over The Rude Employees That Work There, Never At The Register Always Running Back An Forth Feel Bad For Them Honestly, And Its Mostly The Young Cashiers Who Always Have An Attitude, If You Dont Like Your Job Dont Work There, Theres One Cashier I Believe Her Names Ashely Her Attitude Isnt Very Professional, i Just Hate Shopping at A Store An No Being Able To Feel Comfortable Paying For My Items Cvs Really Needs To Fix That.
Some of the rudest and unhelpful employees I have ever dealt with. To start off with trying to get a Covid test and wait a half an hour which is not an issue but when I call in the lady jump down your throat when you’re asking simple questions is unacceptable. Second off the pharmacy will not look up history will not assist you with online prescriptions when you change over from paper to online. I understand the time we’re in But I have no sympathy for employees that are rude and don’t even want to assist a customer in need
It has taken more than two days to fill a simple prescription. They stated originally it was out of stock but it would be ready the next day. When I called a day later they said they had received the med but did not fill the prescription because another CVS (much farther away) had filled it. Now it wont ready for another day. Awful customer service.
Becky from the pharmacy department it’s absolutely phenomenal!!!! She goes above and beyond for her customers. In my 33 years of life I have never had customer service of this caliber! Becky, you truly are amazing!!!P.S. My son wanted me to give you a kitty emojis on your review.😸😸
Never really have a problem, one woman is always rude,, so much so Ive learned her name, Zulmarie, was very rude about an exchange I had, should not be dealing with customers if you THAT miserable. I go to self checkout when I see shes at register.

Really bummed this location was marked open 24/7, but not the pharmacy. Really needed a medication, so after seeing it marked open 24 hours, I thought this was a safe bet to have a prescription sent here. Now i have to deal with some intense inflammation till tomorrow, but dont worry, you can go here to grab a candy bar anytime you get that midnight craving.
Oh my goodness, the staff desperately needs Customer Service training. They are horrible. There are new self serve checkouts at the front of the store and the staff, instead of graciously asking customers to try the new checkouts, proceeded to simply ignore the customers. If there is a way to encourage customer to try the new checkouts, this was most definitely not the way to do it.
