Great place to buy parts for caterpillar very kind and courteous employees
The parts counter is a Complete and utter joke. Mediocre ordering services at best. For example, if they require a serial no. To order any and every part why can I not order it online? They do have a 24/7 parts pickup after all..Part ordering employees also seem to be on their own time; source: it took me 25 minutes to ask one question about ordering a part today while sitting in front of an employee who ignored me while the primary employee was helping another customer. It took them both 25 minutes to both acknowledge, state I needed a serial no., and move on to the next customee.

They advertise jobs for a specific shift, you apply to that specific shift, they hire you for that specific shift then once you’re hired, they try and force you to another shift. Never mention that in interview or employee handbook. Straight lie to your face during interview.
Carter is a great Caterpillar dealer. The staff is incredibly helpful and will do what is necessary to keep you running.
Project manager on a job site. Weve been waiting 8 hours for a piece of equipment! Still has not arrived. Our company has lost more than $1000 today! Bad business!!!!

Horrible experience with Carter Cat. Got damage bills for 3 pieces of equipment that broke down wile we had them. Over 80k worth for in 3 bills w minimal explanation and documentation for them. One being a forklift that the turbo went out in so they charged us for a new motor. Trust me and take your business els ware!!
