We just ordered our bed this past weekend. Clean store and no high pressure sales. Bought a mattress for our RV that we full time in. Cant wait for it to be delivered. Staff was very helpful and I think we ended up with a great mattress and great price to boot.
Good experience! I felt safe going in during covid times and the salesman was extremely helpful and open to questions and working within my price point. And receiving the delivery was seamless. They wore masks and shoe coverings inside my house without me having to ask. The mattress is amazing! I am sleeping so well now!
I was a tough customer as I was looking for a solution that would save space in my RV. The salesman was very helpful with specs and measurements, and the manager not only agreed to a driveway delivery in our RV, but also to take back the adjustable frame I ordered if it didnt fit. (The other store we went to would not let us return the frame.) The delivery guys were super and had fun making what they were certain was a first...delivery to an RV. The product fit, did what I hoped it would do and surpassed my quality expectations. Ive posted the info to two RV sites that Im on and have over 100 questions in 24 hours. I hope Bedmart gets tons of business from this because of their exceptional customer service from start to finish!!
After doing our research we came back to the south Salem store, each time we had great experience with Landon, the professionalism of him and Steven was great. We went to 2 other mattress stores before we came back to purchase the Eastman House Jefferson King mattress.
We bought a fairly expensive bed, when it arrived we realized the center had a bar in it causing each side to slope making us feel like we were rolling out of bed. We kept it for the recommended three weeks and finally went back in. He sold us the next step up starting we shouldnt have the problem as there were two extra inches of padding on top. What a mistake, another $900 and we still have the problem.They are not willing to work with us on this problem. On top of that $80 sheets that dont even fit when he said they would.I would NOT recommend shopping here. Were $4000 into it and are totally dissatisfied.

Walked in shortly before closing with my 4 year old. Had done my research. Knew what i wanted. Knew my budget. Knew the price. Jeff was very friendly and worked well with me. He made suggestions without pressuring and understood that i knew what i wanted before i came in and wanted/needed a speedy transaction due to my restless child in tow and obvious stress level. We went to several mattress companies, after which we found Bedmart had a better deal and higher quality mattresses.Their service is unrushed, no bogus, and factual. Rob or Rod cut me off as I was trying to ask him a question. He was so rude and raised his voice and refused to help me out. Even though he clearly found my order in the system. Yikes poor customer service skills.
Very bad experience testing mattresses. The lady didnt like my husband asking questions about delivery and availability. She got upset when he sat on the bed to test pressure points and quite angry when he laid down on a bed that was sold but not marked sold. Just stood there saying thats sold, thats sold, thats sold. Husband said he didnt know her problem with him but he was done and she says well Im done with you too. Just a very unpleasant experience unfortunately.
Walked in and the woman was friendly at first. I described that the family had moved and that my wifes and mine queen box spring would not fit up the stairs of the place we moved to. I stated that we had been told that they make a split box spring. The woman stated oh yes that she did not have any in stock in the store. Without missing a beat they would be $250. I said okay can you you give me more information about them. She acted indignant and asked me what kind of information I would like to know. She didnt seem interested in selling anything that night. June 19th 2016. at 6pm. We left the store. Ordered from Amazon. For less with prime shipping. You ask what more information she could provide? Color, time to receive, warranty, delivery options....
Kathy from south salem is very rude. Dont bring your Kids in that store unless u want to have kathy roll her eyes at you. She also told my active 3 year old he couldnt scream in exitment in her store. They sold us head board brackets that didnt work with our bed. Their beds are hard for a month. Their 120 night guarantee is $99.95 for restocking extra, not free. Read your fine print carefully. Their corporate wont care about your comfort either. They dont do returns. I wish we would of gone with anywhere except there. I will never buy from them again.
We had EXCELLENT customer service from Marissa, she was great on helping us out on figuring the right beds for us, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with what we chose, I would definately would recommed anyone to her and also will be a lifetime customer of bedmart .Stacy
The sales woman only gave us a few minutes of her time and showed us two beds. Ultimately we did not buy a bed here, though we did buy one that day.
We shopped hard for adjustable beds and the right mattress. Lots of variety and considerations. Ultimately, we began to narrow down what we really wanted. It became obvious to us that most products were good and could fill our needs. As we continued our research though the saleperson became extremely valuable to us. We felt that we could trust our saleperson to fully disclose and to guide us to what we told him what we were seeking. His patience, knowledge and non salesy style made it much easier to make the decision. We are happy with our decision and greatly appreciate Our Salesperson Steven Duck. A 5+
