Great little store with very knowledgeable staff.

My wife and I drove from Logan to buy a tandem bike. We met Cara and Zach. They are fun and helpful people! Since I knew what I wanted, they were very helpful in selling us the bike and getting us on our way.Zach helped me load the bike in the back of my truck and when we realized I needed an extra tie down strap, Zach went and grabbed one of his, so we could safely get the bike home!Great service, great people!

These guys are awesome. Had a great experience renting a bike from this place. Zach and the rest of the staff were so nice. Place is well taken care of, price was great and there is a lot of great trails around the area. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Had a great experience renting a bike from this place. Zach set me up with a Fat Tire bike that was a freakin blast. Cant beat it for $30! Highly recommend renting an eBike. It is so weird and fun to pedal a powered bike. A great way to spend an hour.

I purchased the Trail Tracker Gorilla Edition. This is such a fun bike to ride. The sales experience at the Salt Lake Store was excellent. I can say the same for the support. I brought the bike back in for some adjusting and was pleased with the support and technical expertise. They patiently fielded my many questions.

If you want to have a really funny day go to this place and take one of the many options to have a good ride with the safest quality of electric bike, the staff is amazing in explaining everything and prices to rent or buy are among the most affordable in the market, I recommend this place 100% and planning to come back soon!😀

These guys are the best! I came in with a laundry list of problems to fix on my Pedego and they took excellent care of me and my bike. Zach called me and updated me on what was happening and where parts were after getting started and then when it wasnt going to be ready when they said, he called me again to update. My bike was sparkling when I picked it up and it works fabulously! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my bike and keeping me informed!

Such a cool experience. My boyfriend surprised me and took me on a date to ride these bikes. I had so much fun. You are able to ride these like any normal bike or like a speed demon. You are able to go with the traffic of downtown. I loved being able to ride around the city and see stuff you wouldnt normally see. The shop also has the coolest vibes to go with downtown or even cali vibes. I highly recommend.

My husband and I recently purchased Pedego bikes from Zach the owner. A friend recommended Pedego ebikes over others we were looking at. We each rode the variety of bikes he has. I got the interceptor, a beach cruiser style. Ben chose the city commuter black edition. We love our bikes, I highly recommend Zach he was really friendly and knowledgeable.

What a wonderful experience. Shop is very nice and the service was very friendly. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me and any question I had, which happened to be a lot. I ended up renting the bike before committing to the purchase which was a pleasant surprise because I thought I would have to purchase it without having any prior experience to a electric bike. (Ive been wanting one for awhile but havent ridden one before). The shop was in a great location was able to try it out and ride around liberty park before biting the bullet and purchasing. Would buy again and recommend anyone wanting to replace there car with a bike to come here. Thanks Pedego I love my new bike!

I broke a spoke on my ebike during our road trip from South Carolina. Bike shop after bike shop couldnt help me with the unique spoke size. Then I found Pedego. Zack and Cody were amazing. They fixed my bike and corrected past bike shop mistakes. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Im very grateful that we can continue our road trip and its all thanks to the guys at Pedego!

Zach and Sean run a great business! I love the Pedego Platinum Interceptor I bought from them over a year ago, using it to commute to work. Even with lots of steep hills and work clothes (tie and full monkey suit), I arrive at work in a great mood and with no hassle. Cant say enough good things about the bike quality, ease of use, and service.Only three suggestions to think about if you are planning to buy one for commuting:1) You will likely want to consider an OEM front and rear light with many more lumens than the Pedego standard to protect yourself from texting drivers who have no situational awareness, both day and night. I also bought the Lumos helmet.2) If you cant store the bike in your office, and you work at an institution like mine (a generally bike unfriendly University), you should also consider a good paired set of locks for both the front and rear wheels while leaving your bike at racks that lack good security (and take your OEM front and rear light with you each day so that they dont get lifted).3) Good set of panniers; Im really happy with the Pedego version.Overall, my Pedego Platinum Interceptor is one of the most satisfying material purchases Ive ever made. Do a test ride with Zach and Sean; you wont be disappointed!
