Took my vehicle for a simple oil change and they couldn’t get that right, filter wasn’t put on right and was leaking oil

No bueno! My partner took her vehicle and they mentioned it was the thermostat! They took a day and half and supposedly the car ran good! Well she was headed to my house and her car stalled and the hose ruptured! Now waiting on a toll truck to get back to the shop and see what they are going to do! Come on Man! Its the same with almost all other shops! I took my truck to dealership and a similar issue happened. End of story!

Disappointed to say the least. Spent $300 and the exact same problem still exist. Took back truck 3 times to be told I now need to take to an electrical shop bcuz its its a short somewhere. All that was done was the battery disconnected so the engine light comes off. No repairs were ever fixed. All I can say is watch out!

If you want a reliable place that will open on time and be there for you when you need them for a state inspection, then go some where else this place have their schedule just for show, I waited for 40 minutes after the opening schedule time for them to start opening their doors, another 15 minutes for the techs to finish having their cofee and pastries till almost an hour later they doctors to start bringing costumers in and even them they would take their sweep time to get you out the door and thats without mentioning the poor attitude tours you for showing so dang early. Ill never be coming back to this location thats for sure.

I went to go see if I can get my Cadillac converter fixed they charged me $60 but upon team winning to go do the van they charge me $320 to do the job I do not recommend this place be careful

We waited in line to have our inspection done and the attendant skipped us three times. We finally left.

Needing a starter, had them also do a throttle body cleaning with small tuneup and was very pleased with the results and a great price ! The mechanics are all friendly and very informative on what they will be doing on vehicle. I will be going back in a few weeks for a wheel alignment... and future services.
