Great professional service. Jose M. was our sales rep and he was awesome!! Didn’t pressure us at, ask question on what we were looking for and immediately brought up three vehicles to our liking. We went to another Mazda dealership the day before and did not receive half the professionalism that Jose M provided. We will definitely do business with them in the future!!
Called and set an appointment last week and now they have no appointment scheduled for me. Stated it will be 4 weeks to service to my vehicle if I schedule an appointment today. What happened??
Two employees not one hello or welcome. Walked all through the lot and finally someone greeted us but was helping someone else. Already turned off by the children working the lot. FyI someone who manages retail a group of kids huddled between cars on cell phones isnt a very good look. Ill just go elsewhere for the two vehicles were trying to purchase.

The World Car Mazda Service department is very thorough and maintains knowledgeable staff which kept me informed every step of the way! I want to thank Natalia (sp?) and Guy for patiently and professionally answering all of my questions with the utmost courtesy. The care and attention they gave me made me feel like I was #1 even while they were assisting other customers! I also have to highlight Ron! I felt genuine sincerity from Ron and the man went above and beyond by informing me of the Sunbit program to assist me with paying for my repairs! Im a happy camper and recommend the World Car Mazda Service dept to all!
I was expecting the wait to take a while but it ended up being very quick which is always a nice surprise. Mary was very helpful the whole time and kept me informed about everything going on with my car. I’m sure I could find a place to get an oil change for a little bit cheaper but the customer service and amenities (free WiFi and coffee, comfy couches, good lighting) are worth it since you have to wait anyway.

Tony H was Wonderful!!!!!!!!! He did everything in his power to get me a car and I ended up with a beautiful 2018 Mazda 3. And he was extremely patient with my son! Which was a bonus!!! Definitely recommend them and Tony!!!

Brought my KIA Forte in for the scheduled warrantee maintenance oil change. I was taken care of right away by Mary Melchor. She was Friendly, and Professional. Gave me an estimated time for service and offered mesome refreshments. Came to me while waiting and gave me an update on my vehicle. I always have a great experience when I come in for my vehicle to be serviced. I will be back.

Absolute worst service anywhere. The service advisor who I started with failed to put what I wanted done on the work order then went on vacation. The idiot who replaced her decided to look for the most expensive repair possible and charge $1300 for installing a $200 part, and refused to do the work I asked for or anything else unless this was done. Pay the extra $100 to tow your car to New Braunfels to North Park Mazda where you at least have a chance at not being ripped off. World Car techs are either crooks, morons or both.
Mary Melchor my service advisor was pleasant, professional and helpful. She referred me to condiments for coffee, snacks and wifi. She also offered if I needed anything to let her know. My service today went amazing, everyone’s seemed so friendly and they were very happy. Mary Melchor, one of the service advisors was amazing and seemed happy to serve anyone as much as she could. Overall, I would totally return to get my car checked at this place any day.

Reckless disregard at World Car? You decide. So disappointing…I purchase a used car, on the condition that World Car would replace the timing belt. 14 months later, timing belt trouble, World Car will not repair the timing belt except at full cost. So, my own mechanic fixed it and noted the tensioner had failed — BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER REPLACED AT WORLD CAR. World Car says I have no evidence, since I did not have it repaired at World Car — THE VERY PEOPLE WHO SAVED THEMSELVES A COUPLE OF DOLLARS BY NOT REPLACING THE TENSIONER.So:World Car refuses to make good on the repair, and then denies that the tensioner was not replaced because it was not repaired by the same people who would not own up to the timing belt THEY INSTALLED failing after 14 months. The general manager said, “It’s an old car” and that he would do nothing.Reckless disregard at World Car? You decide.
