Didnt get the impression they really wanted my business. Understandable given that new boats are on back order. I bought my last boat new from Tracker Marine and was treated much better enthusiasm. Give this some time, the tide (no pun intended) will change.

Mark and his entire team in Service are awesome. They keep me informed before my boat is headed to the shop for maintenance and during the repairs. Every time my boat is returned in better condition than when I delivered for work. When our boat has had minor issues at the coast (as all boats do), they have offered to visit the coast and repair and/or walk me thru steps on my own. Again, these guys are AWESOME!

Aside from the salesman Mark and Meg from accounting, my experience has been horrible and I would not recommend you buy a boat here unless maybe you are local.After 13 months and numerous emails and calls, my sales tax and registration have not been paid to the state I live in. They have had my money (almost $2000) to pay them, they just couldnt do it correctly.They have strung me a long until I threatened legal action this week, now they finally figured it out....amazingIf they try to deflect or blame someone else as a reply, I will post all communication or lack there of.

They have really nice boats for all uses. The staff is friendly. The boats are basic to flashy. This company has been around a long time. You dont last in this business unless you take care of your customers.

MIKE the salesman doesnt communicate to his customers or keep them in the loop AT ALL. They also lie and say they told you something when they really didnt to keep from looking bad on their end. We got approved to get a boat and because lack of communication we are buying a boat from a different boat store. They lost a perfectly good Sale. Communication goes a long way. They are only about making sales, not good customer relationships, which is needed to future and current business. save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

It is a good place to go, you always have someone servicing you. But it is a little pricey. But youre guaranteed to find some good products there.

We just got a new wake surf boat and the employees here were great at helping us figure out which wake surf boards we needed as well as ropes and life jackets that would meet our needs. Great experience and highly recommend them for all your boating needs.
